Very good service, very attentive staff, we did the tour with Alejandra, she showed us the apartments before and after acquiring it, she explained everything about the facilities and how to grab our pet, it was very nice and they gave us the apartment very quickly.

it's been alright thus far. Leasing department representatives have been polite and resourceful. Although, there has been misinformation regarding payment formats a few times. Infrastructure is bleak.

My experience was amazing!!

?????????? I had such an amazing experience with this apartment community! The property is so clean, beautiful, and very well kept. You can really tell they take pride in maintaining the place. Alex, the property manager, was absolutely incredible! Her professionalism and office etiquette were top tier, and she was so kind, welcoming, and well mannered. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions. Our conversation was so warm and engaging that I instantly felt like this was the right place for me. Because of her great energy and the wonderful experience, I went ahead and applied and I got approved! I’m beyond excited and can’t wait to move into my new home. Thank you so much, Alex, for making this such a great experience! Yay!! ??????

My water heated busted and flooded my downstairs and my neighbor below me. Once the office opened, maintenance was at my door fixing the problem. Considering how old these apartments are, they do try to keep up with the community

Amazing apartment complex

Amazing living space love how close everything is to this complex, 10 minutes from downtown. Great amenities and lovely staff, Mayra always willing to help in any necessities you may have and very attentive. All the ladies in the office also very friendly and helpful. Maintenance people always on top of our needs and keeping our community clean and up to date. Been living here for over 4 years and will continue to! If you’re looking for a safe, affordable, and reliant place to live this is the place for you.

Great property to live at

We've been at this property forever and there has never been an instance we're we weren't taken care of. Staff is always so accommodating and they make sure residents are appreciated with goodies for holidays and special events. The Maintenance crew is always respectful and timely responding to calls. It truly is a great place to live.
