Roches, Roches, Roches

About the roches, they are not lying. Bahama Glen needs to do something about these roches because they are bad. They will not get rid of these roaches, the maintance is very poor here at Bahama Glen, they takes forever doing what they suppose to do. Bahama Glen has poor services

    well, talking about roaches is how you live, cuz in my apartment I keep it clean and i don't have any problems with roaches, and I do pay my rent on time, I love my place I do recommend Bahama, around this area is one of the few nice places, I do respect my contract thus never had problems with the office staff, I do have experience in renting, I know the proceedings and the Manager here "Abelardo" is very helpfull and the office staff as well, so go for it!!!!

      Good to take your money but not to things done.

      Just cuz the name Bahama sounds a very nice doesnt mean is good after all.or u like to get things done fast and good dont rent here. the maintance group take forever. But there is a nasty problem with Rouches they are evey where even in places you will bee grosed out. And the biggest problem is the warm water.It hasnt been working for at least 1 month with out warm water there is no way anyone would like to stay here..... so if u like to chill out then come and rent here but remember there is nothing good in these apartments. Even the maneger has no experiance for any of these problems. Eduardo is one of the manegers so this is a complain from me to him. Get your apartments well, fix them because what you are doing is not very fair. You are just charging us rent and we are not getting a very well service.

        Office Management very UNPROFESSIONAL

        i love the way my apartment is laid out. whenever there is a maintenance problem, the grounds crew is on it asap, usually the same day.<br><br>the office staff though, is very unprofessional. they dont keep proper records of their tenants and after having signed a new lease, they threated to kick me out (via letters) and change my locks if i didnt move out (even though i had paid my rent on time and just signed a new lease).<br><br>they had the electricity (that i pay for) cut off because their records indicated that my apartment was vacant even though i had been living here for more than a year and a half.<br><br>and when rent is due, they close the office early, unannouced. so you get off of work and go pay the rent and its closed three hours early with no sign on the door and now you have to pay 25 dollars extra cause it was late and five days for every additional day, including sunday, when theyre closed!

          Roaches, Roaches, Roaches!

          If you like living with roaches, then this is the place for you! <br>Maintence is good but not when fixing the roach problem....they have came to my apartment twice and those nasty bugs are still here. I lived here for a month and throwing away your trash is horrible, we only have ONE Trash bin for the WHOLE complex!! It's just looks horrible!
