I'm extremely happy in this community. These Bahama Glen apartments are in a community with everything you need close by: schools, shops, banks, Ignacio, and much more. The office staff are always attentive and super friendly. Mayra, the manager, is very professional, as is her entire team. Maintenance is always up-to-date and very attentive.

At first it was great then the roaches came not a bunch but a few. Then there were field mice. Shootings every weekend. They do get work orders completed fast. Rent is to high to be dealing with the mice, fights and guns. If it wasn't for that we would stay long term.

Dont recommend these apartments , they are infested with bed bugs, roaches and rats. The apartments smell like dog. Not a safe community. Constant gun shots at night. No security cameras either. Wont stay here again

Very quiet and safe

I really like that the leasing office always has those little details that brighten up the day, like when they surprise residents with treats. Sometimes they celebrate with cinnamon rolls, donuts, or even say “happy International Burger Day” with something special, and it truly makes you feel welcome. Also, every time I stop by the office, the staff is always very kind and welcoming with a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a positive and pleasant environment for everyone who lives here.

Management tries to maintain the look of the complex by periodic repairs to the parking lot, painting and landscaping, and replacing appliances. Loud sounds carry easily through the walls and across the parking lots.

I moved in in December 20 23 and what I remember is that it was extremely cold, at times colder Inside than outside and the heater was not working properly. Some of the windows in the living room and kitchen the glass was broken and plastic was placed but they weren't sealed properly. There were a few brains into peoples cars thankfully not mine and at one point I believe somebody was selling drugs, since then the breakers have gone down even though there's minimal security on patrol, most recently I saw a man asleep in the parking lot on the floor and it appeared to be the same man a few days later walking towards his apartment closest to the Home Depot back wall. There's a red impala that has been parked in the same place for two years since I moved in those two years I only saw a person trying to get it started once. Other than that the apartment design and space is great for the price. Compared to smaller one bedroom apartments for a higher rent

Love it here!

From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt right at home. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy, and everything from the move-in process to maintenance requests has been smooth and stress-free. The grounds are always clean, the building is quiet, and the amenities are top-notch. You can really tell the team takes pride in the community. I’ve lived in a few places before, but this one stands out comfortable, convenient, and well-managed.

Wonderful Place To Live

My husband and I have lived at Bahama Glen Apartments for 2 years. When we visit the office, everyone's happy to see us and very knowledgeable of the community events and happenings. If we have any issues, they are taken care of quickly. The property is quiet, clean and well maintained. We are HAPPY to call Bahama Glen Apartments home and you should consider it too!

I've lived here before a couple of years ago and had no complaints. I moved back because I loved the apartments but the building I am in now I've had roaches and the carpet it dirty and the cabinets are rotting out.

The apartment is just like any other apartment. Rent goes up every year you sign a lease. But I believe that is everywhere. Outside area is kept up nicely. Hard time communicating with Spanish speaking maintenance workers and they all only speak Spanish

I was able to tour Bahama and Holiday Hills. Everything was great staff was very informative I am looking forward to apply here around the fall. Everything looked very clean and the pools were super nice

Bahama Glen Apartments has amazing customer service. The moment you walk in your greeted with warm smiles. Kary and Dulce are amazing at helping with any questions that you have. Both properties managers are also really underdstanding.

Great living

Been living here for 6 years rarely have an issue but when I do they are extremely friendly staff. When it moved to the online services they very extremely helpful on helping me understand the new website. When it comes to repair maintenance comes very quickly to fix any problems.

Bahama Glen Apartments

Moved in here recently and I love it. Right from the start the leasing office welcomed us. Alex did a great job explaining everything. Dulce and Kary are really nice and do a good job taking down work orders from us. Maintenance gets the job done fast and in good quality.

Great service

Great and fast service I love how all the staff are bilingual and all have great customer service skills. We were struggling with a few requirements but the staff were very helpful in explaining what and how to obtain required information.
