After almost 3 years of living here I finally decided to move out based on so many issues and complaints that were ignored. I moved in during COVID and even though I had great rental and payment history they insisted on a 5 month lease and said it was because of COVID. I asked if my rent would go up and this skinny girl with black long hair said maybe but only like $20 dollars. I still though that was unfair since I asked for a long term and they kept saying no but I went ahead and went forward with the application since they said I wouldn’t get my money back if I cancelled. I told them that wasn’t right either because they should of been clear before I even applied and said that they were Only doing short leases. Anyways…I got my renewal notice while I was out of town and when I got back i called and asked why my rent was going up $65. They didn’t even have a clear answer and only said “everyone is going up to market” I didn’t even know what that meant until I asked around. Since COVID was still bad I didn’t want to go out too much so I agreed to sign one more renewal for 1 yr. I asked for new carpet and they said no that they weren’t doing yhat and that offered a carpet shampoo. The pools were never open during my first year and a half and when I asked the manager said that I didn’t pay for the pool so that she wasn’t obligated to open them. I felt like that was so aggressive and ignored it. Then I complained about roaches and they kept saying that they were putting me down. I asked the manager if I could move and she said no. Again I felt like she didn’t even try to help. Finally I got another renewal notice and even though I looked ahead I couldn’t find anything so I signed an 8 month renewal. I asked for a carpet shampoo and they said they could only give me the number to schedule it myself and pay out of pocket! This was ridiculous because I was already getting another $55 increase from last year. I’m so glad I’m finally moving out because the management is only out for your money and not trying to give anything in return.

I have lived in these apartments for a while now not a lot the location has been convenient for me due to my work and family around but it is getting very bad cars getting broken into, catalytic converter’s getting stolen and all the front office says is their patrol services only comes at night for a little bit I have never even seen them here before! We need to do better in security not patrol! My car was literally stolen in day light you ask to speak to someone above the office and they all they say is there is no one above no corporate number or nothing

They are rude and so terrible from day one..The ----- ----- of a manger didn’t let me see the appt until the day I sign the lease. So I had to sign the lease then she showed me the Roach invested appt. Roaches evey where in the appt. The -------------------- woman’s are so rude and unprofessional. This appt need to be condemned. This is the worst place in history. They shouldn’t be in the office working, they all need to be cleaning the toilet and -------. Lord knows I hate this place with a passion. They only reason I sign this lease was I’m having a house built.

I check out a 1 bedroom apartment and one bath I been all day searching and frustrated with bad attitudes in other apartments but today definitely was definitely I came across a young lady with lots of charisma that walked me through with friendly attention and made my day alot easier I'm definitely interested and looking forward to talking things through hopefully this will be my happy place

The staff was excellent! Helped me with what ever questions I had. The staff at Bahama Glen also runs operations for Holiday Hills 1 & 2. Over all satisfied with the experience I had with the staff and thankful.

I am a current resident. I have never had any issues till this weekend when my SUV got towed. Parking has always been an issue since I moved in Since 2019. I had to move to a two bedroom and parking has gotten worse. I was told by office staff it was ok to park in the fire lanes. Which I have been for months. All of a sudden my SUV gets towed and they had nothing to do with it. Yet it’s their towing company they use. Manager refuses to speak to me about the situation and I have called multiple times and get the run around. And keep getting told to park in open spaces which are not available! My point is office staff will tell you one thing and when something happens they think an “I’m sorry” is gonna reimburse your money when it was THEiR fault for misleading information!

I’ve been a current resident for awhile now, I enjoy the community & the great office staff. Maintenance is hard working and always gets the work orders done in a timely manner. Such a great place!!!!

I've lived here for over 2 yrs now. I dont consider moving when my lease is up because the office always makes renewing so easy. My rent is fair for the size of apartment that Im in and I never have issues in my apartment that the maintenance guys dont fix right away. I've actually recommended these apartments to a friend of mine from work and they also love it here.

So far I've had a good experience living here. I feel like the rent I pay is fair since I'm close to a lot of places. My sons school is 5 minutes away which is really convenient. The staff is always available for when I need something. I would recommend these apartments to my friends and family.

Muy tranquilo, viví aquí por casi 5 años y todo estuvo bien. Me salí porque compre casa pero me gusto mucho vivir aquí. Mantenimiento y las de la oficina son muy atentas y amables. Los vecinos también fueron muy tranquilos.

I been staying here for about 10 months now the property is well maintained they are quick to fix repairs and all the residents are treated like family. The property is well maintained and safety is not a worry around here. My apartment is very spacious and up to date.

Roaches!! This complex has a roach problem! Informed management. Pest control has never been out to our apartment even though multiple requests were put in. I've noticed multiple maintenance workers yet it takes an arm and a leg to get someone to fix anything that's broken. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Can't wait to leave!

I am so glad I finally found a nice and reasonably priced apartment in this area. The market has gone up so much in Oakcliff in the last few years and some of the properties are not worth the money, and most people don't have thousands to pay in rent. That's why I'm glad I was referred here. My rent is not bad, I pay $875 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. I have washer and dryers in my apartment and my patio is a good size. I have no complaints so far with work orders. The staff are always in a good mood and actually take their time to chat a bit when you go in the office. Based on my experience I would recommend this property.

Love living in this area, Oakcliff has gotten so upscale with the best dining and shopping. The aea has gotten pricy because of the Bishop arts and Kessler park area, but if you want to be around the area you should come by Bahama Glen. I looked around just to compare rates and I'm not going anywhere. If you look for anything cheaper it's usually run down apts, and if you want luxury you're looking at over 1k for a 1 bedroom! My apt is nice and my rent is affordable. I love this place

In the process of moving back in after a year at another place. Left Bahama for something cheaper and I regretted it, luckily they had a one bedroom so I applied and I'm getting in again. They're doing some more upgrades since I left so that's a big plus. I'm hoping I have a great stay here.

I do not live here but my friends do and I really love coming to visit them the atmosphere is very lovely and quiet no one ever bothers you, they also have events in there Cabana and though I do not live there also got invited because I'm always here like I might as well move in lmbo!

I just recently moved here, and all i can say is what more could you want? They provide your apartment with washer and dryer, 24 hr maintenance, and the girls in the office are just peachy. They also do events for the tenants in their cabana i recently went to photos with Santa and enjoyed my self talking with neighbors. I highly recommend these apartments.

I've been here for about 3 months or so and I love my apartment it has a fire place full washer and dryer, The ladies in the office are very nice, there maintenance is 24 hours which is great. I highly recommend this apartment.
