Best Leasing Manager & Complex!

I love that everything I wanted was available. Alex helped me decide on what I was looking for and was really patient. I highly recommend her to friends and family. She’s very knowledgeable and understanding and the complex is near my Job so commute is awesome.

I've been here for a year and I've enjoyed my time here. Quiet neighborhood, school is nearby and there's a grocery store and bus line near too. Its a really great place. The girls in the office are also super helpful. Alex and Myra are wonderful and very nice!

Great Apartment

Not a bad place to live, spacious apartments, clean environment, friendly staff and maintenance. Always helps when I need them. Pretty quiet but overall not to loud. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a budget apartment!

Great place to live

Living here has truly been a great experience! The community has a welcoming vibe, and everything is kept clean and in great condition. I love how spacious the apartment is, and the modern features really make it feel like home. The office staff is always kind and helpful, they actually care and it shows. Whether it’s handling questions or keeping residents in the loop with updates and events, they’re always on top of things. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run community.

It's been ok. The only exception is. We can't BBQ at our apartments. so, if we can get that back. It would be heavenly appreciated. because walking down to that pavilion is very hectic, by carrying our food up and down them stairs...

The apartments are nice to live in and so is the area. With the staff being kind and helpful. Maintenance is super nice and when passing will say hello. My only complaint is the neighbors sometimes let there dogs loose, both small and large dogs.

Friendly staff

I went by to see an apartment! These apartments are very spacious! The girls in the office are very nice. They have a very good sized pool. Look forward to coming back and applying for an apartment here

Awesome place to live. My favorite thing is the recycling program. Also our maintenance team is great when it comes to completing the work orders. Great place over all including the ladies in the office too

Thanks to Kary she’s always so sweet and very helpful! As well as the rest of the staff . Also paying rent through the portal makes it easy and very efficient to be on time without wasting time going to PLS for a money order .

Holiday Hills Apartments

I've been a long time resident here and I just love it. Everything is amazing at this property the staff and the maintenance make me feel welcome anytime I see them. As well they have great amenities such as a pool and a laundry mat facility. They also always have resident events and I love that.
