Nice!

Been over here almost a year very nice and quiet neighborhood the office staff is very helpful and they are on time about fixing whatever wrong. The atmosphere is very clean and peaceful. I like the space and very open.

Really nice apt

Me and my family has been living here bout 6 months . And we’re are really happy here. Staff are always friendly and they fix things fast if needed. They have a doggie area and my pets love it out there running around . I really suggest coming a taking a look I if your looking for a home

Mr Glen does a great job of fixing things I want done Bahama Glen is an excellent place to live. I have been here 7 years and no problems at all with management. The maintenance crew is excellent, don’t have to wait days and weeks to get something fixed. I just love Bahama Glen.

I am so happy living at Holiday Hills. I’ve been living here for 3 years they’re always so friendly in the office. There’s lots of stores around the apartments are very spacious.I love living here!!!! Kelli is very understanding and helpful! Definitely recommended

bahama glen apt has been a good place to live everyone is so helpful and welcoming. the manager is so nice and understanding. im glad im living here at the bahamas they do allow pets have pools grill areas washer and dryer connections

I love Holiday Hills Apt been here for 2 years. There is a lot of stores around here. A lot of highways 10 mins from down town Dallas. The do allow pets and they have carport for residents. The maintenance team is really friendly.

Quite Community and pretty

Toured a 2 bedroom and all the office staff helped and answered all my questions. Quiet and clean community plus lots of parking spaces. Will be back to lease as soon as my lease is up at my current location.

The neighborhood is ok, don’t bother people too much. The staff is helpful when it comes to needed help. There is a very talkative women in the staff that is good at communication. She also helped us solve our issue.

Beautiful customer service

Holiday Hills has great staff . Office has beautiful Christmas decorations and everyone is willing to help and get things done . Property looks clean and the apartments look homie and cozy . A place to call home.

Bad management

I have lived at the sister apartments Holiday Hills 2 since 2021. Those who have written good reviews must live at BAHAMA GLEN CAUSE THEY ARE TREATED DIFFERENTLY. The manager KELLY is so unprofessional says one thing yet does another. It is sad when her own maintenance crew talks bad about her like they know how she is and her bad attitude she is a WITCH for a lack of better words... All the sister apartments are allowed to place work orders via the website EXCEPT Holiday Hills and Bahama Glen we have to call in work orders and they take forever to get done or just don't get done.. When we call to check work order status we are told they will put it in as though we didn't already call it in.. manager has told me out of her mouth most work orders are to be done within 3 business days. We pay monthly for pest control not sure why when they don't come spray unless you place a work order for it(mind you they forget to put work orders in and claim they go but you have deadbolts so they can't get in).. maintenance is nice but I don't think they fully know how to do all of their jobs properly. I went 2months waiting for them to come change 2 air filters to prep for summer they claimed to have been out (we live behind home depot.) they got upset with me for telling them to just give to me and I would change them. My mother was mid shower one afternoon and they cut the water off with no warning. Children can not play outside due to beer bottles and glass broken by grill area. They claim to have security yea that's JOKE.. I came from a small town an hour south of here never in my life have I witnessed a killing a month in 3 shot and killed in front of my apartment. Month after that a person was shot in the leg. Never once did we hear from any of the office to help ease what we had just witnessed. Pools are nice when opened and children are with parents being supervised. Clearly says 10am-10pm LIES they open around 3pm or when they feel like it. The moment you call KELLY out on her BS you then get notification of not being able to renew contract for whatever reason she can come up with. Funny thing also, is I received notice to renew contract yet when I had questions about it I was told I was not able to renew contract but couldn't tell me why... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK HERE... The response from the management saying this is FAKE wow, anyway I have paperwork stating I'm eligible for renewal but the manager at the complex is the one who claims I'm no longer able to renew all of sudden.... As for the shootings ask the neighbors it happened in front of our doors... all I was asking is let us know your sorry for allowing our children to see such horrible behavior or reassure us that we will be safe at the complex.. As for you not knowing what happened that falls back on the non-cummunication you have with your manager.

Terrible customer service and landlord

Ive always lived in houses so moving here was a bad idea but I couldn’t find a house so I had to move here. The rents are not worth it the apartments are too old and no washer and dryers in them. But the worse this about them is the manager u call her and she never wants to talk to anyone and just has her people say she’s in meetings when I know it’s a lie. I finally talked to her about how old my floor was and she just said I’ll get a work request put in and I never heard back. I also tried telling her that the parking is so bad because no one respects the parking and theres trash cars all over the place and she just says she will sticker them. Cars sit there for months and she never towes them.She expects her rent paid on time but cant listen to residents complaints. I can’t wait to live these apartments when my lease expires. I will go to a hotel before I stay another day after my lease is up
