The maintenance and the office staff are super nice and kind. They had a event yesterday and were giving out croissants for national croissant day. They always do nice events like this and give back to our community.

Sadly the maintenance team has failed to repair multiple damages in the apartment ive had my ceiling cave in and rain continues to destroy the sheet rock which is full of mold and my plumbing has yet to be fix its been and its been 2 yrs.The floor boards in my apartment are sinking and mushy probably full of mold from the plumbing continuously leaking over the years i have a newborn child and my apartment smells like sewage from the leaks and mold in sheet rock they patched where the sheet rock caved in but have not painted over the repair truly disheartening my daughter keeps thinking the roof will cave in again in her room because the leaks continue

recently visited Holiday Hills Apartments and had a wonderful experience. Kary and Dulce were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, offering a water bottle while I waited, which was a thoughtful touch. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

If you're in search of an apartment, this is definitely the perfect spot! I've truly enjoyed my time living here. The space is cozy and well-maintained, while the management team is both responsive and friendly. I can always rely on the front office staff, especially Dulce; her hospitality and dedication never go unnoticed! The amenities are fantastic and consistently clean. The location is convenient, providing easy access to shops and parks. Overall, it has been a wonderful place to call home.

I like living at Holiday hills because the ladies in the office are nice but the maintenance guys are good at what they do too. Leos came to my apartment to fix my garbage disposal today and had it working like new. Thanks to him for always resolving my work orders.

What I love about these apartments is how big they are at a good price. Rents are crazy expensive now so it was good to find these apartments that are nice at the price I did. My family loves it here and we hope to stay a long times

Holiday hills had been my home for about a year now and it has treated me well so far. The maintenance guys are really good about taking care of the work orders and the ladies in the office are really nice.

If you like endless leaks, rats and roaches; This is the place for you. They charge 2024 rent prices for a 1990s apartment. This place is "fixed" with rotting wood and holes in the ceilings. The AC only works in one room but because it's not completely broken they won't do anything. The women in the office act shocked anytime we bring these up and always say they will communicate with each other but never do. They neighbors will wake you up at 3/4 in the morning with loud music and won't stop till 1pm or whenever they're out of beer. This place sucks

I have been living in Holiday Hills for some time now. I am very comfortable here the staff is very helpful when I have any wuestions. Parking is also very good. The new manager Mayra is so sweet and very willing to help! I love how fast my request get taken care of everyone in this apartment complex is the best.

These apartments are very spacious recently went and toured and loved it! The girls in the front we’re very helpful in me filling out an application! They showed me the whole property and pool area that I fell in love with! Looking forward to moving in here
