Family focused apartments

If you’re looking for a longtime home i would recommend to check out these apartments. I’m in a 3 bedroom and the rent is really reasonable which is hard to find these days. During the pandemic we all struggled alot but the staff made us feel like they actually cared. Mayra and Kelly helped me get some help with my rent and I was very happy for that. I went in this weekend and margarita and Erika helped me out. I would recommend these apartments.

Me acabo de mover alos Holidays Hills. Los apartamentos estan muy grandes y bonitos. Las muchachas de la oficina me respondieron todas mis preguntas y hicieron mi mudansa muy facil. Llevo 2 meses aqui y siempre esta muy tranquilo.

I have lived in Holiday Apts for about a year in October to be exact. I was originally interested in a 3\2 but they showed me a 4\2.5, i can honestly say i fell in love. The ladies in the office were so helpful. Upon our little family moving in we were excited because the unit they showed me was the exact same one i was showed they had no models so what you see is the actual unit!!!! My husband was very excited because it already had a washer//dryer and a bedroom down stairs for a man cave. The apts have huge patios for my little ones to play and we can see the pool from my apt. I have recently rented their cabana in front of the office for a birthday party, and it was very spacious. I was a little worried about the parking lot but there was extra parking near my front door. Overall i highly recommend these apts. =) ... Looking forward to renewing my lease for another year.

Holiday Hills has been my home for 4 years now and I plan on it being my home for the years to come. The first year I was here they did major work on all our patios which I appreciated because I love being outdoors. The following 2 years they did upgrades on my apartment following my renewal. I was a little skeptical about renewing the third year because I didn't expect another increase, but I was convinced once they approved the renovations I requested. The office staff also made me feel like a valued resident which really made me feel great about living here. These girls really care about their residents and they show it by giving exceptional service. This is truly a great place!!!

I love Holiday Hills for many reasons. My apartment is not just affordable but beautiful as well. I never wait more than a few days to get my service requests fulfilled and the maintenance men are always respectful when working in my home. Victoria and Celeste are just the best! Always so sweet on the phone and when I visit them. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Viewed a 1 bedroom over the weekend. I loved the space and price but I was hoping for something downstairs. If they don't have anything by this week I'm definitely applying for it. I went by on Saturday 3/4/17 and I got a call today 3/6/17, I was surprised because a lot of apartments will ask for a contact name and number but none of them call back, so it was nice to get a courtesy call. The girls were so nice, I can see why they didn't have many apartments available. Overall I would recommend this property just based on my viewing experience.

Going on my 3rd year renewing, my rent went up a little more than last time but I was given a few upgrades so I say its fair. Initially I did go look around as my renewal time came but everywhere I looked was either way overpriced or a big downgrade so I decided to stay and I'm glad I did. The office staff made me feel like they really wanted me to stay so that definitely swayed my decision. The girls have always been informative and friendly which I appreciate so much. I've had 2 good years here and hopefully the 3rd is just as good!

I've been here for about 6-8 months or so and i love the area it's so close to bishop arts and downtown, and easy access to I-30..

I have lived here for 10 months now and i am finally glad I found an apartment that's near the bishop arts. I recently put in a work request and it was fulfilled that same day. The neighborhood is quiet and close to schools.

I have lived here for 4 months now, and any time I have a maintenance request, with in 2 days its taken care of, the office staff is so nice and helpful, my apt is huge for this area and well worth the price, good size double patios. would def recommend

My family and I have been staying here since may 2013 and are looking forward to our lease being up . since we stayed here we had roach , and bed bug problems . i thought the bed bug problem was just in our home No turned out it was going on in 3-4 different apartment buildings that I knew of ! Also had a problem with the washers and driers here there's 3 washers & 6 driers this past year only 1-3 washers worked and 2 driers if not that All 3 washers will Work while all 6 driers wouldn't work as well . reported it to the office would take weeks for the maintenance to get it fixed. When I first moved in my bath tub was BLACK and all the maintence did was spray paint over it same thing they did when I reported mold in my restroom they spray painted over that too. My restroom had a leak it took them almost a month to come and fix it they came about 2-3 times to fix the same problem! And right now at the moment the weather is cold they don't bother sending us any letters out saying the hot water will be out for the next day or two! in this cold weather were taking cold showers really? But don't forget to send papers that I owe 10 dollars I'm sorry but I don't recommend anyone I know to live her . Maintenance man are a joke

I still live here and I'm counting the days till my lease is up. It's been a full month and both of my ac units do not work. The roaches regroup and are immune to the pesticide, the plugs in the walls are so loose I had to duct tape them to the walls. The closets make your clothes smell old like you never worn them before. The maintenance is a joke, no certified electrician and holding a flashlight and pointed it doesn't certify your an electrician. I'm going to complain everyday. They are the slowest ever to repair anything but don't be late or behind even 5 dollars cause you will get notes everyday! I hate this place!

Visited property in April looking for a 3 bedroom but they didn't have any. I was shown a 2 bedroom townhouse. it was spacious but way over priced for the quality of apartment. it was extremely outdated and there was no light other than the kitchen light downstairs. I really loved the size but couldn't come to pay so much for something so old. The appliances were extremely old and the carpet was flat and old too. Wish they would update their units!!!!!!

Ok, so they are a little old, but HUGE!!!!! I love all the space I have in my apartment! The staff is friendly and I havent had a maintenance issue yet. I haven't been her too long, but I hope I continue to have the same great attitude towards the end of my lease. I def think you should live here if you are looking for an apartment with space! :))

Just moved in and so far so good they have a party club which I'll be renting it out for my daughters pool birthday. The office is so helpful the apt is nice and the patio is great size

Large apartment and huge patio. We loved our three bedroom apartment we had here. The staff was wonderful and we had a great time there. Had to move out of town or would still be there. :)

Worst customer service EVER, I am an apartment manager and I know the way you should talk to tenants . I wish I could report this to their corporate office. I do not recommend this place.

ROACHES ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES

THERE IS TOO MANY ROACHES, BIG ROACHES!!!!!!!!! AND SMALLL ONES TOO OF COURSE! EVERYTHING IS FILLED WITH ROACHES! AND EVERYTIME PEST CONTROL WAS DONE MORE ROACHES WOULD COME! I AM JUST GLAD MY TORTURE ENDED! JUST TO THINK I WOULD HAVE TO GO HOME TO ROACHES MADE ME SICK. I WOULD SLEEP WITH ALL MY LIGHTS ON EVERYDAY,AND EVERYTIME I WENT TO THE RESTROOM AT NIGHT I CHECKED EVERY CORNER IN THE RESTROOM TO MAKE SURE NO ROACHES WERE THERE! WHEN I WALKED I MAKE SURE NO ROACHES WERE ON THE FLOOR! I HAD TO COOK WHILE LOOKING AT THE FLOOR AS WELL. A COUPLE OF TIMES WHILE I COOKED THE BIG ROACHES CRAWLED ON MY LEGS!!! AND I WOULD JUST SCREAM MY LUNGS OUT AND CRY!!! BUT IF YOU DONT MIND THE ROACHES..THEN GO FOR IT!!!!! FYI I AM NOW AT OAKWOOD APTS AND NO ROACHES AT ALL THANK GOD!!!! AND I HAVE ALL MY 3 CHILDREN IN THERE!! THEY ARE JUST ACCROSS FROM HOLIDAY HILLS BUT THE ROACHES OBVIOUSLY DONT MAKE IT THERE! WOOT WOOT!!!

I've been here since October 1st 2011 and I can honestly say I can't wait until my one year lease is up and done! Let me start with the good..the floor plans are great I currently live in a 2b1b it has a laaarge pantry which I love and the living room is big. I love that it has a vanity area from the master bedroom it opens up to the restroom and makes it feel as if it was a master suite. No walk in closets but plenty of closets throughout with decent storage space. Ok now the bad..it will seriously take months before someone comes to try to fix something my fridge leeked water since the day I moved in and was not fixed until January 2012!! In all of the apartments they have no living room light so you'll have to purchase a big enough lamp to light up your living room. The AC has a drain pipe into the ceiling that drains in the bathtub right over your head that leaks nasty freezing water whenever the air is on (maintenance man said it was in every apartment) the hallway closet which has the AC leeks water 25/8 so I seriously don't see the need for the pipe in the bathtub since it drains water right onto all your clothes and shoes...since moving in I have not had a dishwasher put in so that's right there's a big empty space in the kitchen where a dishwasher should go! Oh and lets not forget the endless numbers of fruit nats that seem to nest even if there is no fruit!! Or anything else that might attract them and they seriously never go away! I have a friend that lives here also that has tons among tons of nats. Don't move here please..

Like a house!

Great office staff and the apartments are big like a house. I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Hills and if I did not move out of town I would still be there. Can not go wrong wiht the Holiday Hills apartments.
