The best staff!!!
If I could give 100 stars I would! I’m so happy I found these apartments because this has been the best rental experience I’ve had. The ladies at the office are great, they have always helped me though any issues or questions I’ve had. I’m not a very tech savvy person so transitioning to all online was a little scary but they made it so easy! I love that they always have some sort of event for us and who doesn’t love the free gifts lol. I’ll be recommending these apartments to everyone I know.

Holiday
Apt maintenance guys were always willing to find a solution with any trouble to my unit. Outside area was very clean and kept maintained. Great atmosphere no trouble at all with any of the residents on the property. Glen was always a helping hand. Can’t say much but thank you holiday hills 11

Today I came to tour a 1 bedroom at Holiday Hills and I loved the service from start to finish. Gloria answered all my questions and explained all the process. The apartment is very spacious and the grounds are very clean. I saw the nice pools and just in general I will be back to lease when my lease is up in October.

Great!
After moving out and living at a different property for a year I had to come back. I moved out due to a job transfer and I was so sad to go because I loved these apartments. I lived here for 3 years and I had no issues. The office staff was always so friendly and attentive and the maintenance was always quick to get anything fixed. Once I relocated the first place I called was holiday hills and I was glad that they had something available. I’ve been back for 2 months now and I’m just as happy as I was before. I hope I won’t have to move again until I get a house. If anyone is looking for a home I recommend holiday.

Naomi was Very Sweet and Very Patient She Showed Us 2 Apartments Today Very Nice By the Way .I Actually Loved the Stand Up Shower in the 2 Bdr.I Really like the Area Everything is Very Convenient and In Walking Distance. Naomi Actually took her Time and Answered any Questions We had to asked..The Other Young Ladies as Well..Can't wait to Move In...

Mayra Sierra has great customer service skills. Always makes you feel appreciated & cared about. She creates a welcoming experience and makes you feel good about yourself and the community. Mayra is truly engaged with everyone who walks in & treats everyone equally.

Tengo casi un año de vivir en el apartamento lo recomiendo muchísimo el personal es muy amable, atienden con prontitud hay escuelas cerca y el aseo del lugar es muy bueno cortan el césped muy seguido y no hay basura a los alrededores. Agradezco al personal q siempre nos han recibido muy cordiales. Recomiendo mucho el lugar aparte es muy seguro y silencio.

The Bahamas glen apartments
These apartments are the best around!! The staff is very understanding and have bilingual people at front desk (so it’s very beneficial in my case). Also have many optional parking spots. Will recommend to friends and family.

We have been at holiday hills for a couple months now and so far we really like it the staff is very polite and professional when ever we need anything they are quick at fixing it and helping is with any concerns

I like the apartment that are kept up on maintenance there are also clean every time we call we always get a fast response I also like the parking security I like these apartment also because it has history here and I never had no problems living here at all

A mi en lo personal me gusta el área hay tiendas cerca, escuelas, el personal de la oficina muy amable, el de mantenimiento muy amable, y toda el área muy limpia, siempre reparan las cosas lo más pronto posible

Me gusta, porque son muy amables, te atienden en español e inglés, los se mantenimiento llegan a tiempo y muy amables, las muchachas también son amables. Te arreglan lo que les pides. Dónde sea que los encuentras son amables. La oficina atienden tus dudas. Tengo muchos años viviendo en los Holiday Hills . Desde 2012 , salí y regresé después de dos años porque me gusta el vecindario.

Es muy bonita haría muy cuidados el mantenimiento muy bien están seguros me gusta que ay luz en barias arias y esta tranquilo muy respetosos los los de la oficina como los de mantenimiento me siento segura y tranquila es toy agusto les doy las gracias por darme un hogar

Buen servicio tratan bien a sus residentes. Tranquilo y los apartamentos muy espaciosos. Los de mantenimiento trabaja muy bien y son eficientes. Las muchachas de la oficina son muy amables y siempre ayudan en cualquier problema.

Aquí no tengo quejas vivo muy a gusto. Glen siempre atiende los problemas que tenga en mi apartamento. Toda la área es limpia y siempre muy silencio. Recomiendo que venga y hablen con la oficina para su nuevo hogar.

I have lived in Holiday Hills Apartments since March of last year, 2022, with my two daughters. We have enjoyed living here in holiday hills. The maintenance people are really good. Mr Glen has done several of the different maintanance work in the apts and he has been very Profesional and very good at what he does. He did it in the nick of time. Also the staff is very nice.

Tengo 2 años aquí y me a gustado mucho el mantenimiento siempre está a tiempo el señor Glen es muy eficiente en su trabajo. La área está muy limpia todo muy bien. Estoy muy ajusto aquí. Recomiendo holiday y bahama

I have been living here 3 years it has honestly been great- maintenance issues get resolved in good timing I am glad to renew ladies in the office are friendly and welcoming whe I go in Dulce and Erica were very helpful

Office help is excellent. Apartments are very nice! Awesome location. Five stars over all and I would recommend everyone to come make this your home. Service was 10/10 no region being a returned resident.

Excellent
Spacious floor plan and very affordable prices. I have lived here since 2021 and have always had all work orders completed in a timely manner. All the staff are very nice and office is always clean and welcoming.

Maintenance work
Maintenance works very fast past when I put in for a work order in for Holiday hills apartment. Also at Bahama Glen apartments the receptionists that works infront are very friendly and nice willing to answer any questions that I have available for them

Best experience I had with my brother talk with Naomi
The best experience I had while being a first time Renter. Any questions I had Naomi answered everything that I needed to know. The staff is amazing and friendly, any concerns or questions you have they will help you 100%. If you’re looking for an apartment to apply or to tour in the future, this is the place!! 10/10

Peaceful and Calm
Been a resident for over a year now, had no problems so far, if something is wrong in the apartment, maintenance will do it literally the next day, neighbor are nice and peaceful. It really feels like home to me

Muy bonito todo muy bien organizado. Tienen eventos para nosotros los residentes siempre y están ala orden. Visitamos la oficina y las muchachas son muy atentas. Recomiendo ya que los apartamentos son muy espaciosos y la comunidad muy callada.
