My experience was certainly one of the best Leasing experiences I've ever had and the staff made it seamless and we're extremely personable. In addition Management was accommodating and flexible. Was a pleasure working with them and executing my lease and an apartment complex I would definitely recommend your property to mubgjc too others

It improved a lot as my last move in took me like few weeks and had issues with couple of things. Now when I moved into a different apartment number in the same complex, I could move in a week with everything sorted out. I would congratulate and appreciate the management for improving a lot.

Again this is Downtown Living and even though part of the common area around certain elevator trash cans and stairways are not a (5) I gave the maintenance staff a (5) for the expediency in which they address the mess: The issue lie not with the staff but results of residents not cleaning up after themselves and not being a responsible pet parent.

Bad. Inconsistent hot water. Crickets everywhere, specifically in the ventilation system... I can't turn on my bathroom fan without hearing them hopping around. Property management made claims about gym renovations, package lockers, etc. when I was looking at moving in and it is now clear that there is no intention of doing any of these things. Garage parking is the wild west. There isn't really any question remaining regarding whether I will be breaking my lease to move out early, the only question is when...

The ABSOLUTE worst apartment building you will ever live in. The elevators have been broken for 4+ months, they have a security officer who follows girls around, and they charge you astronomical amounts upon move out when you are your roommates are OCD clean. Avoid, avoid, avoid even if there is a Tiff's Treats in the building.

Best apartment community I've ever worked with. Tami and faith are amazing and really make us feel at home! It feels welcoming to have staff members greet us by name everytime we see them, not something I've ever had before at other apartments. I would recommend this building to anyone, beautiful layouts, awesome location, great prices. I will 100% be staying here

Overall a good experience. There are areas of improvement with the fire alarm system and commitments to policies communicated to residents prior to moving in. The carpet in the hallways should be removed. I do like the concrete floors in the living, dining and kitchen area of my apartment.

Wonderful community. Great location in downtown. Close to lots of attractions and night life. Friendly office staff, maintenance, grounds keeper and very secure. Already renewed my lease and I intend to do so again next year.

I moved in recently & the staff has been nothing but helpful. My apartment is very nice, however it was not very clean- I had to clean a lot while moving. Also the elevators have a bad reputation for breaking down & the hallways are kind of icky. BUT the people who work here are wonderful & I really enjoy living here, would recommend to a friend.

I'm goung to very honest right now I have never seen an apartment complex run like this ... one word HORRIBLE !!! The office staff is very very rude .. they talk loud to you when you are able to reach anyone .. we have had at least five new office staff within a year that's how long I've been here and that's enough for me !!! People have gotten robbed Doors knocked in ... what more can I say ... your rent bill isn't the same when it comes to utilities just discusting ... safety be careful .. there are homeless people laying around .... all in the Garage ... you park your car it get tolled ... you call management about it .. they can't help you .. please please don't come here !!! I was in the garage and some people were getting ready to rent here I told them to turn around and don't look back !! Don't come here I've warned you people !!! Not the best place to live and it's near the train station where all the drubjs be ... just giving you heads up !!! Don't rent from this place !!! WHEN ------------------- WERE OUR OFFICE MANAGERS IT WAS GREAT !!! They were classy and professional but this new staff are just plain ignorant !!!! They all need to be fired abd shipped to ------!!!!!

Friendly and professional office staff. Efficient and speedy maintenance. Porter/Grounds Keeper keeps the community tidy & smelling well. Gated parking garage & 24 patrol makes me feel safe. Great community.

The office staff is not courteous. Carpet is never cleaned. Elevator has been broken for well over a month. Current BH Management changed parking so that there is No visitors parking. Expensive valet trash that tenants did not ask for and is not needed. Apartments are turning into a horrible place to live for the very pricey rent. Would not recommend.

The community has it's up's and downs I don't have any major issues; however, it's been unstable with all the management changes and different rules being applied. I think one of the staff members could be nicer. The biggest downfall for me is the elevator I use is always out of order which is sometimes an inconvenience due to the freight elevator is always so active with move in/outs. Pros: I absolutely LOVE the layout of my apartment. I feel safe and secure thanks to the officers on duty 24/7. I personally haven't experienced any issues, as to I see nothing but working class people and it's rather quiet for me.

Let me start by saying I love my floor plan as far as management goes they are terrible. For starters they've added a $50 maintenance service fee which I believe pertains to the clubhouse and a $25 electricity and water transfer fee. Why do we have to pay to transfer our water and electricity when the apartment complex doesn't do anything to transfer the services? Your trash fee is $15 EVERY SINGLE MONTH! Most apartments charge no more than $5-$10. Then they now made it to where it is mandatory for us to have Valet Trash which is $25 a month that is added to the $15 dollars that we already pay each month. That's $40 a month for trash services! The office never answers the phone when you need to speak with someone and office hours are between the hours that majority of the residents are at work. 9-5 and 10-5 depending on the day. When I first moved in the fire alarm went off at least once a day and we've had to evacuate the building at least twice and wait for the fire department to come and turn it off. The carpet is dirty and disgusting, the elevator floors are nasty with dog piss that the residents will leave without cleaning, and the stairs are even more disgusting than the elevators. Last but not least they've made the 1st level parking (visitor parking) LAZ parking and the rates are as follow 2 hours $6 3 hours $12 4 hours $18 All Day (6:30am-6:30pm) $20 After Hours (6:30pm-6:30am) $20 When they 1st began the process of implementing the new parking rules they said our visitors were allowed to park in the marked spots overnight after 9pm as long as the moved their cars before 8am. Not anymore, they changed their minds, took down all visitor parking signs, and did not inform the residents. Why do my guest have to pay to park when I pay rent and $50 for a parking spot for a garage that belongs to the building specifically for the residents? And they don't issue visitor/guest passes. That outrageous, ridiculous, and unfair! They claim it's because of the retail parking but you still have residents that you have to take care of. MY GUEST SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY TO PARK! Beware BH Management is terrible and continuously add more and more fees.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! DO NOT LIVE HERE. THE COMPANY MANIPULATES YOU INTO AN UNSECURED, UNSAFE, GOD-AWFUL APT. INFESTED & SURROUNDED BY DRUG USERS/PROBLEMS, MASSIVE HOMELESSNESS AND HECKLING, CAR BREAK INS, APT. BREAK INS, THEFTS, ROBBERIES, SEXUAL ASSAULTS, "SNATCH-N-GRABS," SHOOTINGS, ETC. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT LIVE HERE FOR YOUR SAFETY. WHATEVER YOU DO. WE GOT MANIPULATED INTO OUR LEASE, LIED TO BY THE COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT, ABSOLUTELY WORST IDEA EVER WAS EVEN CONSIDERING THIS PLACE. Their lease is written solely to manipulate people into their contracts, no "30-day love it or leave it" policy, no security measures taken whatsoever, save your time and money and look elsewhere. No secure parking, no secure apartment, worst experience I've ever had. Your car will get broken into, your apartment will get broken into, if you go outside your apartment at night, you will 100% run into trouble, whether it's getting robbed or heckled by a homeless person, or getting assaulted by a drug user.

1001 Ross is a great location with appealing units. The leasing staff is dishonest, slow to respond and unwilling to solve real issues. However, the maintenance team is fantastic. They work diligently to get issues resolved in a timely manner. Their work is high quality and they are always happy to help. I have been abundantly pleased with the maintenance staff as they have done an extraordinary job taking care of us during our time here. Our biggest hope is that management improves security. Our complex has become increasingly unsafe as we have been here due to lack of surveillance and personnel.

Original management was great! They use to shampoo and vacuum carpets in hallways, clean elevators, inside and outside of complex was spotless daily. Now the entire complex is trash. Homeless man was living in our trash room on 4th floor! Condom boxes, trash, and soiled carpets in hallways. Trash room is only cleaned once a week lol. My vehicle was totalled from a break in parked in parking garage. My friends vehicle was broje into along with my daughters hit and run, amd many other tenants getting their vehicles burglarized also. Instead of installing security cameras in parking garage they repainted it to look good for u.

I have lived here for 14 months. For 13 of the 14 months, my living room wall has been covered in mold. The maintenance has come to paint over it 3 times, each time it comes back. The last time, the maintenance person told me it would be repaired June 20. Hasn't happened. Everything in the previous post about noise, weed, filth, it's all true. I am too embarrassed for my friends to come up, I meet them at the curb. I am sure that I will get a comment that all I need to do is call maintenance blah blah, but in reality I have documented conversations and pictures to verify that span over 13 months. The location is awesome, the price is appealing, but don't move here unless you are comfortable living in the projects.

The leasing office constantly changes ownership. We are on our 3rd management group in the 10 months we've lived here. And the get worse each time. The fire alarms have gone off about a dozen times in the 10 month span, and the leasing office never has a reason or excuse for it. There is currently a very loud party in one of the apartments that is rattling my windows at 2am. I've asked the tenant and the office, and neither have helped out. There are constantly 3am pool party wake ups of people slamming the gate and playing music that sounds like it's in your own apartment. The common areas are full of garbage, vomit (yes seriously), and reek of weed. I can't wait to move out of this apartment. It has been a nightmare.

The leasing office is outstanding. I absolutely love the property. I hate I did not find out about this property sooner than I did. One month and plenty more to go that's for sure.
