We have lived at this complex since we moved to Texas in 2016. When we were looking, we wanted to find that complex with the best combination of the right place and inviting family-friendly environment. We found that in this community! Outside of a few months in 2018 the office staff and maintenance team has been great. There are activities planned that make you feel at home. And it is very safe here. We are so glad we made the decision to go with MAA! This is home for us.

Overall it has been good. I would be happier if I didn't have to pay for services such as Valet Trash that I do not use. They will often come at various times, and have at times left the trash of residents out in front of the buildings. Also consistent dog barking from neighbors is the 2 biggest I have here

I love these apartments they're are luxurious and have everything I need. It's always quite not a whole lot going on. When I put in work order maintenance come fix it right away. I would recommend these apartments to others. I give them a 4.5 only reason because of price is a little steep but they are very good!

For the most part, the local workforce was kind and helpful. However, in some situations they had no idea what was being repaired, or at what time. Most recently was the dryers vent. The vents on my floor still show lint hanging out. If they were cleaned, then why would lint still be showing?

At first good experience then we started having mold issues, constant leaks, refusal to accommodate support animal which led to months of back and forth despite providing what was necessary. Rent increase has been outrageous and maintenance work very sloppy which led to several leaks and water damage. very noisy neighbor, neglect in cleaning common areas. Would not be able to recommend this community to anyone I care about.

It has been pretty good for the most part . Just wished some of the appliances were updated. The community is great and quiet. The grounds are kept very well. The staff is friendly and courteous and ver attentive to needs of renters.

Would be nice if there were sidewalks or walking paths to make the community more walkable. Staff(both office and maintenance) is relatively good and helpful. Good amount of community events and I like having food trucks come to the community every once in a while.

Maint & mgr lady with bad breath run a power play on all their captives. Stay away or suffer . Acs are all for of. They were built in early 90s insulation is going out and they can’t afford to fix all buildings so move ppl around all the time until new ones find out.

The office team has always been great and helpful. Best staffing from all the years I have rented. I have had no problem with any of the teams managing this location MAA Bear Creek. I play to stay a while longer until I move of state or finally decide to purchase a House. I wouldn't mind purchasing a unit here if it was an option.

I have been a resident at Maa bear creek for almost two years. I like the property however when asking for repairs it's never done correctly. It's always a quick fix that doesn't last. But overall it's a nice, quiet, and convenient which meets my needs at the moment.

MAA Bearcreek has been an amazing experience. After living in my own home for decades, this apartment became my home for work travel. The entire process from start to finish was streamlined and simple. The community is wonderful and not at all what I was expecting for rental properties. Everything is well maintained and service calls are expediently answered.

The apartments are nice, teh grounds are nice, but the noise levels of the neighbors blasting sub woofers is not acceptable. NOTHING has been done to stop people from entering the grounds and asking them to turn off their stereos once on the grounds. Or even turn them down. Some people run their stereos at full blast! Not Cool MAA, not cool.

The staff is nice and professional but the unit is dirty when moved in. Garbage disposal and some outlets are not working. Cabinets are dirty. There's hair in the Bathroom drawers from previous tenants

Besides the fact that MAA raised our rent in the middle of our lease last year when they upgraded to the electric locks they are a pretty good apartment people. They say that they sprayed for fleas and ticks, but my dog still comes back from their doggy park or any walks around the grounds scratching. They are a decent apartment program.

So far it has been really good! The only thing I wish for is more covered parking (since it hails pretty often here) but the inclusion of lots of trees gives a nice natural look to the complex. Maintenance comes by same day if you request early in the morning or afternoon next day when you make a request after hours. The office staff is very friendly and helpful (especially McKenzie!) and the grounds are quiet at all hours so far.
