Management is great maintenance is quick and clean when the do come in to complete work orders. The community is quiet and well built. Lots an great amenities. Super dog friendly. And the locations is great!

Great living conditions that make it easy to call it home. We love the trails that are behind the apartment complex because you have easy access to parks and a long network of trails. We would recommend it

So far, no complaints my only concern would be the breezeway and the steps like there's a lot of bugs and paper out there, but sometimes I just sweep it myself! The parking is a thing, but that's not something that the complex can control. It's just a lot of people that live here.

I recently renewed after 15 months and I am convinced that was the right move. Issues or concerns are addressed within reasonable time frame and outcome satisfactory. I would highly recommend this community to friends and love ones.

The staff doesn’t respond quickly or at all to issues, parking is very difficult in the evenings…I have had to park outside of the gates at times. The caliber of people at the community has gone down and I feel like I pay a fortune for what this community offers.

Location is great, apartment is always clean and grounds kept up very well, I feel safe in spite of the gates almost always being open. Pool is always nice and sparkling clean, weight room is overall good. I've never gotten a chance to use the golf simulator, although I want to, but it's always closed. Not sure if it's a good idea to only have it open during business hours considering the hours of high operation are evenings and weekends when the office closed. Seems like a big waste of money not being able to use it.

If you move to The Preserve, you’re going to pay $25 for Valet Trash pickup that doesn’t operate if it rains. You can also expect to pay for Pest Control, but you’re going to see cockroaches everywhere once the sun goes down and fire ants throughout the community when the sun is up. Once you move to The Preserve, you will find more dog poop and cigarette butts than parking spots. If you moved into The Preserve, don’t bother asking the management team for anything since they don’t follow through. If you’re looking for an apartment in the area, I’d recommend any other apartment complex.

My move in experience wasn’t the bed as the apartment was dirty upon my arrival, it did take maintenance a few days to come fix some issues. But they did get fixed which was great. I like the apartment however i do hear my neighbors conversations within my unit sometimes. Over all i like the community. I like the location. Just small things can be improved.

Honestly, the structure of the apartment as in the building and interiors is really nice compared to other places and we have lived in 4 other apartments in the same area. However, ever since management changed from Andrea and Charlie (maintenance) and front desk people the experience and service has gone way down hill. Andrea always tried to keep the landscaping fresh and complete but now you will find numerous muddy yards and corners of beds completely dead and empty. Maintenance guys are disrespectful and unprofessional leaving us feeling uncomfortable with any maintenance request. Management and front office have constantly provided misinformation or lack of communication leaving us frustrated having to spoon feed them their own information just to eventually navigate to an answer. One lady never smiles… one is sweet but have provided a lot of misinformation …. Tasha is barely reachable unless we escalate to corporate and then all of a sudden she sends these friendly responses. As amazing as the structure may be, the people in the front office and maintenance creates the culture and vibe of the place we call home. When we feel like they aren’t reliable, caring or respectful, it immediately makes the apartment feel extremely temporary and less homey… if that makes sense. It feels like a place you have to tell yourself you want to only stay briefly and leave. Words in text can’t barely scratch the surface of the experiences we have had. We have extended grace and patience but things have boiled to a point where change must be done. The reason why we moved to the preserve was because of how incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and professional the staff was at the preserve in 2021. The place is no longer the same. The Preserve is excellent in every way. We love living here! The neighborhood is clean, friendly, quiet, and beautiful. The staff is very responsive and kind. Our unit couldn’t be a more perfect layout. We don’t have a single complaint.

Put in a maintenance request Wednesday evening about 6pm and by the time I got home from work 24 hours later they had fixed my issue! Amazing! Carson called me and asked if I was home and I said no and he saw I had my dogs and asked if they were friendly and I said they are they’re just going to greet him and he said okay then he’d just come while I was at work and came and fixed my issue and I got home to my dogs just sleeping. Fixed my garbage disposal, cleaned the sink afterwards, and put dirty dishes into the dishwasher for me!

Exactly what we needed for us, 23 y/o newlyweds. Very clean place, everything works well, and it gave us peace of mind. We tried a complex down the road first and it sucked. The Preserve is awesome in comparison.

Gates dont work alot. Not near enough parking. 30 units in building 2 and 11 free spots. 30 units in building 3 and 14 free spots. You do the math. They dont fix the springs on the gates to the pool or mail room allowing doors to not close. Packages all over the floor.

Over the years I see that they can definitely improve processes and have more modes of communication available for residents as easier access to urgent phone calls, work on getting more lenient in rules and regulations and not charge hefty fines that can be imposed in better ways by warnings and reduced fines that doesn’t hurt residents financially. Need better landscaping always look dirty during rain the sidewalks look dirty with water flowing out of soil grounds and creating poor conditions inviting mosquitoes in grassy areas.

Horrific service
If I could leave less than one star I would. I was denied which is not the issue here. The staff does not answer the phone or respond to emails in a timely manner. I have requested a refund several times to no avail. Do not apply here. If they treat prospective residents like this I can’t imagine how they treat those who are locked into living here. Absolutely horrific customer service and they should be embarrassed to treat people this way.

My only negative experience is the lack of available parking. It’s hard to find a spot after 9pm. Impossible if after midnight. There is no “visitor’s parking” because that would include maybe five spots outside the gate which is the leasing office. Extremely limited. Everything else like the location, pricing and amenities are fair.

My opinion
The Preserve is a great place. The staff and Natasha are great. The maintenance team is great. The only issue I have is parking but that’s a construction issue not a management issue. I read reviews about price, customer service, etc. but I take into consideration people tend to only say negative things when they don’t get their way. You get what you give.

Great place to call home. I feel like eveyone who lives here is very friendly. I have lived in two homes here and both were awesome. My pets enjoy the pet park and I am thnakful for the dog was . Makes grooming so much easier.

My experience at The Preserve has been horrible. The management team is unhelpful and your car WILL be towed, there's no parking, the apartment were built very cheaply (I can hear my upstair neighbor snoring every night) and the grounds are disgusting - there's always dog feces everywhere and all of the trashcans on the property are overflowing with trash.

Sure…..avoid this property at all costs, you will pay premium rent for section 8 customer services. Amenities don’t work, there’s no parking and they will fine you at every chance they can. I’ve paid over $1500 now in towing and fines - didn’t pay $1 in fines at any property before this If that’s not enough, garbages overflowing with fecal matter and being able to hear every footstep, fart, cough, grunt, orgasm, bass, music, dogs, kids and tv noises from upstairs and next door neighbors. Gates never work, staff could care less. Every aspect of my life has been impacted during my time Here, finances, sleep, my job (if you work from home you can not live here, I have to pay for office space it’s so loud) If there was a “hell naaa” option that’s what I would click. Worst experience of my life

If you're looking for a great community to live in, look no further than The Preserve. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the maintenance team is responsive and helpful. I felt like part of the family immediately after moving in. The community is quiet, clean, and full of friendly residents. There are also a variety of amenities to enjoy, including a pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. Of course, no place is perfect, but I guarantee you won't regret moving to The Preserve. It's a great place to call home.

It is a nice place to live and a great location. Maintenance staff are excellent! Andrea is a great property manager. The staff that was working there when I first moved in were absolutely the best. April, Maya, and Jenessia were so accommodating and always there to help. I miss them!!
