Overall, it is a nice place to live. I love the look and the feel of the unit even though some parts need to be reevaluated and fixed. The management team is good and the office manager is great. One thing that needs more attention is the pet feces that are everywhere throughout the walking trail.

Gates are always broken and if they do fix them the call box doesn’t work so I can’t have visitors or deliveries, the amenities are always broken the grounds are disgusting garage sits outside for weeks and management is run by a women with a coke problem that has her priorities backwards with paper thin walls I can smell the weed my neighbor smokes and hear his tv or the constant bickering/ dog barking

Nice apt at nice location/neighborhood with access to grocery stores, theatre and restaurant’s ! Safe neighborhood and clean! Minimum noise level at the apartment and staff are super friendly and nice! Perfect location close to airport!

There was one small hiccup when signing my lease that got worked out. Living at The Preserve has been great and I love my unit as well as the complex. The office staff is welcoming and the residents are friendly. The one downside so far is that the gates have been open pretty consistently (I've lived here for two weeks now).

for money and follow me and it was a little scary. This was brought to managements attention on multiple occasions, but nothing was done. Because I never got a call back or my email responded to. Moving on to my next issue...Management and the team here are HORRIBLE. There have been 4 different managers and front desk team that was there in the year I was there...talk about turn over at this place. The only manager that was amazing was April. She was only there for the first month of my lease and then she left the company. All the management and team members I interacted with were rude, lacked customer service skills and lack of urgency. Long story short, if you want to talk to someone in the office...take off work and go up to the office to speak to them during business hours. Calls are never answered. Emails are never answered. You will get the call center EVERY TIME. The amenities...heads up...THEY ARE ALWAYS BROKEN. The golf simulator is always broken and never works. IF it does work, you can only use it during business hours. The pup spa is always broken. The only thing they have in there that works, is a shower with a water house. They charge you for pest control every month, but NEVER spray the apartment on the outside or inside unless you request it. This apartment backs up to wildlife and land. There are a lot of bugs that get into the apartment because of the location and that the apartments are not properly sealed off. Prepare to constantly have water bugs, crickets, grass hoppers and even ticks! I put in a service request the last month of my lease because I found ticks. The older maintenance man came in and put down a bug trap and said " yup, that's normal to see in the summer. We get a lot of requests from residents because they are found in the homes a lot". He was so casual about it. If you have a trash bag over 15lbs...you will be charged $25 for each bag. Both of the gates are locked for the garbage cans, so everyone takes their trash to the back and sets it there until the garbage truck comes. There is a mountain of trash and it blows all around the complex. There is constantly trash everywhere. My final issue with this place is when they sent us our renewal offer, it was $1000 additional a month for a two bed/two bath!! This would have brought our rent to $4000 a month for a 14 month lease. That is ridiculous. Bottom line, DO NOT LIVE HERE. Please do your research and read the 1 and 2 star reviews. There is a resident portal they have and you can earn points in different ways. If you post good reviews, you get points and can win a prize. They are all fake and not true.

Grounds and amenities are modern and beautiful. Although parking can be an issue, during the worst of it The Preserve provided a solution in the form of hiring a valet service for those who could not find a parking spot.

The Preserve staff and facilities are 5 STAR! Excellent place to live. Location is excellent also. Quick access to Airport and 360, 121 and 114 highways. Shopping is less than a mile away. We have also enjoyed the folks who rent here. Professional, kind and considerate. The pool and work out area is 100% john munaretto

Save yourself the headache

Do the apartments look nice? Yes. Is the staff super friendly and helpful? Absolutely. However, this complex was designed to maximize profit with zero regard to the functional needs of the residents. Cheap materials, razor thin walls and floors. The parking situation here is a complete nightmare and will most likely never be resolved given the location. The promises of better parking have been tossed around since I moved in over a year ago. Unless you pay for a covered spot (there is a waiting list for those, just FYI) or get home early enough you will most likely not find a place to park. Residents are then forced to park on the grass, handicap spaces (while being told your car will get towed if you park in said spaces) or circle around until someone else leaves. If you enjoy having guests over, they will have to park *outside* of the complex and then walk to your building. Again, that is only if there are any spaces available. 10/10 do not recommend.

Very lovely community. Staff goes out of their way to make sure your questions answered in a timely manner. When you call the answering service for any questions You may have they always go the extra mile to result your concerns. They grounds are always well maintained. The clubhouse and swimming area beautiful . Love hanging out in those areas. The workout/ gym is nice as well. Our maintenance staff always communicate with you with any issues you may have and gets the job done. Thanks The Preserve Staff ??????

The admission staffs Andrea April (now she at the cooperate office), Pauli, Alex, Charlie and rest of the team members are very friendly and professional, extremely helpfull. Other than the parking, I am very satisfied with the community. I pay for my parking but from time to time someone parks in my assigned spot which makes it a little frustrating due to the fact that I dont know who to contact for that. Other than that I love where I live and I love my apartment.

Nice outside appearance, walls and floors very thin, no insulation, can hear your neighbors talking and snoring! Parking is horrible and has gotten much worse. Management has started towing cars that are parked in fire lanes, handicap etc because there is NO parking. Management has a take it or leave it attitude!!-its really sad for the people who live here having to go thru this!

Nice property, but cleanliness and parking are a major issue. Even after power washing the stairs are stained and smell. Some pot smokers on property waft up the stairwell to the other units. Bottom floor sounds carry into hallway. Save yourself the hassle and get a garage or reserved spot if available.

When I first moved in everything was great. I have a neighbor who smokes weed and I smell it walking to my apartment. The Valet trash is terrible! They leave trash behind. Spill trash down the steps. Broken glass was on the steps for almost two weeks before someone tried to swipe it up. The gates don't work most of the time. Parking is terrible here. When I want to open my windows, I can't because of the smell of dog poop. Dog owners do the pick-up after their dogs.

Its just ok, its over priced for the quality of materials used!! The granite is outdated!!! I love the wine cooler and closet space however its just average. The highway noise is very loud!!!!! If you live in that side you can NEVER enjoy your balcony.
