      Terrible. I would never recommend this complex to anyone. Everything about living here is an inconvenience. Nobody has answers for anything. Always given the run around. Everything is always closed down for repairs. Trail has been blocked off for months.

        Amazing service and very professional clean staff

        I moved in and as we all know this can be stressful! They went above and beyond to make sure my move was smooth and that the apartment was up to my liking . Andrea and Adriana both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and explained every detail to me . Very great culture and the apartments are amazing as well ! I am beyond happy which is rare since I am super picky ! Apartment 18204 ! Move here and you won’t regret it . Love it

          Do not live here! Management is awful and will not help with any issues you have. They never answer the phone or call you back. Manager always speaks of herself very highly and will never let you get a word in. Lives on property and does not follow any rules that are set in place.

            STELLER complex

            I just signed my 2nd lease with The Preserve. I loved it from the moment I walked in and am renewing because the staff and company (Greystar) are top-notch! The staff is super friendly. The maintenance team is always fast and willing to go above and beyond. The location could not be more perfect. I could go on and on! I will be here until they kick me out :)

              Management is minimal help, maintenance will mark items as complete but never entered the apartment (with video evidence), parking is a nightmare as it is "first come first serve", some amenities don't work most of the time

                    Some services like trash pickup is at random times and at times they dont show up at all. Also getting annoyed with complaints from the office staff. I understand the complex needs to have rules but the complex also needs to comply with their own rules, services and amenities we pay a lot of money for to live here.

                      The Preserve is a great place to live. The community is more on par with resort style living. All amenities are new and kept in great shape. The grounds are kept clean and maintained. Any issues requiring maintenance is promptly answered and the issue resolved.

                        It’s been great so far. Like I said before, I would love to renew my lease but more so aiming to get a new apartment within the complex. Reason being is I’m not too fond of the parking situation, it does get a little annoying having to walk 2-5 min to my apartment when I have to park far… especially if I’m carrying stuff. Other than that, it’s been awesome! I love it

                          This apartment complex by far has been my easiest move in. The management team is super helpful and committed. They keep in touch with you to make sure your transition is as smooth as possible and they are super approachable with any help you need.

                            Overall the apartment is great since I was working at the airport. The staff are nice and the area is quiet which is great. Just recently the maintenance issues has not been resolve and slowly noticed a lot of dog waste around the community.

                              New apartment build with convenience furniture and included. Washer dryer could be fix or improved for laundry products space , dog owner should pick their dod freaking product themselves not just leave it on the grass or walkway . Also leash your dog out even if it a golden or not, some people are afraid with dog just because of it, even they not which breed they are, that’s doesn’t Matter what breed, don’t say “oh they not bite” u never know. Also the call box need to be fix asap, not one but both side of the community gates

                                The preserve is a beautiful, clean, friendly apartment complex located in a perfect spot off the main highway. The preserve feels very intimate and relaxing but is still close to all of your shopping and entertainment needs. It is the perfect location in my opinion! On top of that the amenities are top of the line and very clean.

                                    We moved in recently and enjoy it very much. Lots of great amenities both inside our unit as well as all around the complex. We haven’t been able to use the golf simulator yet but are excited for when that is fixed. Parking gets really bad late at night but that’s my only complaint.

                                      It’s been great so far. I have been very satisfied with the staff and management so far. The apartment was very clean and amenities have been great. The parking is the only issue. I wish there would be at least one reserved parking spot per apartment.

                                        We have lived in this complex since september of last year and have had an issue every month we have been there. We have had non stop issues of the apartment complex charging us for random things where we have been told multiple times it will be fixed...never has. We have had an issue with an aggressive dog since june. This dog has come at my dog, me and some of our friends dogs. Management has said they would take of it and never did. Had an incident recently and their response to that was "we will reach out to them and get clarification with the owners". Getting clarification from the owners is all they have done since june and the situation just keeps getting worse. A month ago the building where our garage is had no power to any of the garages. All of our neighbors were all informed except my husband and I. I reached out to the office to ask if I was ever going to be informed or if I could get confirmation when I would power back to my garage and got NO RESPONSE. We had recieved a call from management about a video that had been sent it to corporate then sent to the manager of the complex. In the video it is my husband and dog, my dog pooped then kicked the grass like a normal dog does. Apparently he kicked some of his poop (how you can see that in the video beats me when it was in the middle of the night). In the phone call the manager was rude and basically told us to take our dogs outside of the complex to potty from now on. We have since asked to see the video but yet again can not get a response from management. They complained to us on not picking up poop when nobody else in the complex can pick up their dogs poop. I have MULTIPLE videos of the dog park and grass around the complex that is ALWAYS full of dog poop. We have tried to reach out to the office for multiple different things the last couple months and dont ever get a response unless you call the call center. Bailee and Nick Keathley

                                          Our experience at this community has been absolutely terrible. We have been here since September of last year and have had issue after issue since the day we moved in. We have had an issue with an aggressive dog that we were told would be taken care of, never has. We have been charged for random things that we have also been told should stop, still hasn’t happened. We got a call from management basically telling us to take our dogs potty outside of the complex for him kicking his poop and us missing the smallest piece. This was informed to apparently corporate then to management. There is a so called video of my husband with our dogs that we have asked to see and no response. We have emailed and called multiple times a month and barely get a response. There is dog poop ALL over the apartment complex. You can barely take a step into the grass before stopping on some. I would not reccommend anyone to live here. The gates are constantly being broken. Parking has started to get bad again. Amenities are constantly broken however Charles and his maintenance team are amazing and work hard. Bailee and Nick Keathley

                                            DO NOT MOVE HERE

                                            I would NEVER recommend anyone live here. From the moment we have moved in we have had a bad experience. Our apartment wasn’t walked by anyone before we moved in and so many things were wrong. You can never get ahold of the front office and I NEVER see them walking the property. The amenities are nice, but they literally never work. Golf simulator is always broken and the pet spa is also never working or out of soap. When you hunt down a worker, they say they will order soap. However, it takes a month to get in. The complex stays dirty. Trash leaks are everywhere. Trash itself is also everywhere. Constantly smell weed from the neighbors and the walls are paper thin.

                                                Spray washes of stairways are desparately needed. Outside of that, all looks good. Staff is friendly. Pool is kept up. Gym is kept up, all equipment works. This is a nice apartment complex. Apps are user friendly.

                                                  Safety, the lower gate is never closed, the other gates are closed at night, but the gate in front of my residence they keep open. I believe this is so they can raise money by allowing unlawful towing.
