We really enjoyed the apartment tour and had all of our questions answered. Moving in was a breeze and we were given very specific instructions. The office always called us to confirm mistakes or questions about paperwork.

The apartment is very pretty, I love the vinyl floors and the tub. The kitchen is ample and nice. The ammenites and public spaces are accesible and well taken care of. It is a very pet friendly community. The public schools are AMAZING.

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are always handled same day, usually within just a couple of hours. They are starting to build more in this area, and its a quick 7 mins or less to most things I need, while still feeling like I'm not surrounded by apartments.

Cant wait to resign our lease here. Very happy we made the choice to live at the preserve. The staff blew me away with how friendly they were and also understanding. Will recommend to everyone that needs a place to call home in grapevine

Overall, the unit itself is good though cheaply made and feels like corners were cut to hit deadlines. Neighbors are absolutely atrocious and have nothing better to do than watch to see if you pick up your dogs ----. Management team I don't believe I've actually interacted with during a complaint and have dealt with mostly new leasing agents. The only redeeming aspect of this place is April. She has been willing to go above and beyond expectations and deserves an immediate raise/promotion. Other than that, my advice to those who are looking for apartments: $1650/month for a 1 bed 1 bath in this "luxury" apartment is a joke. You're better off in a condo or townhome for that price. If you can afford more do yourself a favor and either rent a home or purchase. Apartment living is the worst!

Its a wonderful place to live and I love it here. The staff is friendly and the apartment itself is modern and beautiful. A completely different feel to our previous apartments. Even our neighbors are a joy to live by

Good place, nice people, nice amenities, good location, well maintained, fun, nice looking. Staff is responsive and maintenance is quick. Parking is good, residents are nice and care about their neighbors, price is good, overall a great place.

Although the Preserves are held at a very high standard with its beautiful appearance and amenities, I do not appreciate the lack of parking spaces available for both residents and visitors. I have been a visitor of this specific site since January 2021 and the number of residents are continuously growing, meaning parking lessens tremendously. It makes no sense how an apartment complex this big has little to no parking at half capacity and then leaves a resident/visitor at fault by towing their vehicle.

This is the best and most beautiful apartment in the DFW area but you wont be able to find a place for your car. I had to sleep at friends home for 3 times in a month just to park my car somewhere safe! If this issue is solved then I bet no one can find such a beautiful place to call home.

So far i have enjoyed my apartment with my boyfriend, we were long distance before so coming home to him and a beautiful apartment is great. The only thing i can really complain about is parking, which i know is slowly being revamped.

I love where I live! April is my leasing agent and she always responds and takes care of whatever I need. Charlie the maintenance guy is always here to help and he is always professional. I love this location, everything you need is within 5 miles.

We are very pleased we chose this community to live in. The grounds and buildings are well maintained, the club house and gym are great, the staff is friendly and Charlie with maintenance takes pride in quickly resolving any issues should they arise. Its a quiet gated community. Our time here has been a positive experience.

I Love my home. Great amenities. I'm really enjoying the Trail and golf simulator! Staff is family, that's a plus. My experience over the phone and email, due to my transition from another state was made easy for me. I flew in, signed my lease and got exactly what I wanted. This is a beautiful complex. My garage is a house all by itself!

I have made some of my closest friends living here. The pool and grill areas are what bring us all together. I especially love the maintenance staff. Karley and April in the leasing office always go above and beyond in their efforts to help with anything I need.

My number one complaint is that there are people smoking in the complex and in the grounds. For some of us it is really life threatening because of medical issues. Someone in my building smokes every morning and I cough all the time while at home. It is very upsetting and frustrating. You said it was a smoke free complex.

The preserve is great community with very friendly staff who take the time to learn every residents name . theyve make it a priority to make sure I am comfortable and satisfied with my apartment. The apartments are very spacious and have updated appliances. Overall the preserve is a 10/10

Beautiful apartments. Great location. Super friendly staff. Excellent amenities. Only complaint would be road noise off of 360. Otherwise perfect. WAlking trail, gym, clubhouse are all 1st rate. Units are very well soundproofed against each other.

Clarification and communication is very important to me as a resident of the community that is exactly what we've got here. April and Maiya are the BEST office staff!!! They have always gone above and beyond my expectations in resolving any issues. I appreciate that they not only respect my questions/concerns, but have also effectively facilitated a positive relationship and even know me by name. This makes our Community feel more close-knit and enjoyable to reside in. Also love seeing the airplanes take off and land behind the beautiful landscape of trees behind our property. Growing up, I've always lived near airports so this is just an additional perk which I personally think is awesome. (Plus the plane engines tune out excess noise like a charm)

The Preserve is a beautiful apartment complex with lovely amenities and well-arranged floor plans. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mail and package delivery is easy. Grounds are landscaped exquisitely with a variety of native groundcover, and Ive seen butterflies enjoying the site. Bathrooms are lavish and the kitchen is ideal. Washer and dryer are provided in their own room, which is convenient and quiet. Flooring is ideal; beautiful and neutral.

Everything has been great at The Preserve! Everyone has been a pleasure to work with so far and residents are so nice! I love my apartment, LOVE the pool, how clean everything is, restaurants/entertainment are just down the road! Just wish parking was a little better.
