I work right around the corner so it is so nice to be able to walk to work. This is a great place to live they really take care of the residents and really care about what you think. They are always doing things to make us feel like this is our home and not just another apartment complex. I really love staying here.

"I have lived at The Westbriar for a while and absolutely love it! The location is perfect?close to everything in the Galleria area but still quiet and tucked away. The management team is incredible, always responsive, and they actually do community events to bring us together. I feel very safe here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great, cozy spot in. Maintenance team very good people and so helpful. Thank you so much!

I hate feeling these things out but because Julio came in and did a great job I wanted to go ahead and let everyone know how great he is and also the other staff here. They keep this property clean and looking great. We love living here.

The guys did a great job on the AC. I called them to fix it and they were there in about 10 minuets and had it cooling in no time. The maintenance team here are great. You could not ask for a better place to live.

This is a great place to stay. I just renewed my lease and love it. I am planning on living here for a very long time. I like the people that work here they are very good and work very hard to make sure the work orders are done.

This is a great place to call home. The apartments are nice a little small but the set up of them makes for a lot of room. I really do love the apartment I have and like how fast work orders are done.

I have been living here for a very long time and over the years there have been a good staff and a bad staff. I have to say the staff that is now working are great. They are getting thing done and Chad the manager is a man of his word when he says he will do something he gets it done.

This is a great place to live. I have been here for a couple of years and love it. The staff is great and very nice. They are very helpful and work orders are taken care of right away. I love that it is all bills paid so it makes it great.

My work order was done within the hour I put it into the system. The maintenance team works hard and fast. They do a great job every time they come into your apartment. The manager is also very nice and always wanting to help when we need it.

I have overall enjoyed living here. The rent is reasonable, and I do appreciate that there aren't a lot of extra fees. It's peaceful and quiet, and there's a sense of community. It isn't a big fancy complex with a ton of crazy amenities, but the management really cares about the tenants.

The Apartments are vintage, but so am I. They are in great condition. Kept up well. The manager does what he says he will do. I am pleased to have found the place. Wish I would have found it sooner.

This is a very quite place to live. It feels very safe nothing strange going on. The neighborhood is very nice and good. The apartment is taken care of and the guys here make sure the residents are happy.

They did the work right and fixed the problem right away. Homar was great very nice and came in a few minutes after we called in the order. I think the maintenance team has gotten so much better with him here.

They did great work and fixed the issue the first time. Omar was very professional took his shoes off when he came into my apartment and make sure he cleaned up after himself. He even asked if there was anything else that needed to be fixed. Chad Called me today to see how the work order was taken care of and asked if I needed anything else. He is the one that reminded me of the survey that was coming and asked if I could complete it.

The manger, Chad is very respectful and understanding. i appreciate how helpful he is. Whenever i have a request or concern he address it quickly even if it's a minor repair. he's friendly and approachable making the community comfortable and welcoming.

Very nice place to live! Apartment grounds are very well maintained, maintenance requests are responded to quickly and efficiently. Staff is very friendly, easy to contact and very receptive to tenant's needs.
