It is so close to everything. Most of the time I walk to everything I need. The staff is great and love when we do the movies outside because its fun meeting the neighbors and getting to know everyone.

We love living here the manager and the maintenance team are great and lake living here fun and you always feel safe. If you like living in a place that you will have fun, the place is quite, and you will feel safe then you need to live here.

I have lived here for the past 10 years and until recently I have noticed that tenants are becoming messy and leaving things out on the patios that have been in the past not tolerated. Music is being played loudly inside and in the parking lot areas.

I would not recommend these apartments until management addresses and corrects the following: uniform window and door blinds, notify resident when maintenance personnel enters apartments and adherence by management to lease agreement as it pertains to parking and business activities in the community.

I appreciate the sense of community here. The neighbors like each other and we talk to each other in the parking garages, the pool and the laundry room. The staff here plan cookouts and holiday contests.

The apartments are quiet and feel safe and comfortable. I'm very happy here. I would appreciate if the garage got resurfaced and if there were more washers and dryers but overall I don't have any deal breaking complaints.

Overall good. Pet friendly and good community. As I am temporarily wheelchair bound there are ramps to help the residents who have disabilities. A new ramp was completed for the laundry room very recently. Again we are experiencing extreme heat and extra efforts are being made to keep the grounds in pristine condition.

This community mainly consistent of older people and families. It's very diverse, quiet, and safe for the most part. The building is a bit older but maintenance is responsive. With this being a smaller scale apartment complex, Nichole and the maintenance team often remember you and offer to help out when they can. There is a slight issue of safety, my bike was stolen in the garage even though it had a lock on it and someone in front of the complex attempted to steal my catalytic converter, however I generally feel pretty safe on the apartment grounds. The surrounding community is quite nice, there's a nice neighborhood to the left and to the right you have access to all of the restaurants near the Galleria. As long as you make smart decisions and keep yourself safe this is a good choice for everything else. I've never lived in a community so quiet which is a major plus for me as someone who has previously dealt with loud neighbors.

Great place to live

Thank you for making my visit a lovely experience. I found your complex on and I also read the online reviews which is why I came to see the property. The place is quaint and quiet, close to shopping. The landscaping is wonderful, and the office staff was so friendly and welcoming. I ideally wanted an apartment that had a washer and dryer in the unit. I did make a pass on the property because of that but I would encourage anyone looking for a nice quiet location with attentive staff such as this property to see what they are all about. Thanks to Nichole and Daniel for the tour and the time you took to make me feel welcome.

We love this complex!!!

We were in Houston a couple of weeks ago looking for apartments. We might be moving there. The complex has a great location & looked really well maintained from the outside so we went in. Even though we did not have an appointment the property manager Nichole give us an amazing tour and had such great knowledge about the local area. She was so helpful. Thank you so much Nichole for spending so much time with us. I'm sorry we cannot rent there. I know we would be so happy there, but we really need at least three bedrooms & three bathrooms. My last review did not post for some reason, so trying one more time.

Hidden Gem

A hidden gem! I’ve been living here for a minute and I love it! First of all the price for the location is unbeatable! Grocery stores malls schools major highways everything only minutes away!! The property is gated and has cameras all over! The thing I like most about living here is the staff. Always HONEST. If my work order is going to take time they tell me upfront without making excuses!! Best front office customer service I’ve experienced as a renter.

Happy Home!

I’m very happy that I chose Westbriar as my home, it’s a small, yet friendly community. The location is ideal for getting around Houston and the staff are very helpful. When I have a work order, it’s always completed in a timely and professional manner and I really appreciate that. I also like the when they organize community events because it’s a great time to meet other neighbors. If you’re looking for a place to call “home” Westbriar is a great place!
