This is a very cute small family-owned apartment complex. The community manager Nichole is super nice and helpful. I have a 1B1B, the layout is very nice, a lot of storage space in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom closets. The only comment I have is the quality of the paint job of the cabinets and and the finish of some floors and cabinets could be improved. Overall, nice place to live, great value for the location.

It's great so far I just feel like the exit door is not a safe fire exit door and should be replaced with a better door that's safer for exit and washer and dryer should be added into this apartment as well.

Love this community, everything is close from school, grocery stores and restaurants making an everyday commute pleasant and not to mention the Staff are very friendly. I love living here and glad to call it my home for me and my children.

Nice quiet calm place to live, apartment pool stays clean, it's a cool environment for beginners to live. It's in the heart of Westheimer and it's affordable a ----- expensive but not too bad. All in all I'm content.

The management team and the maintenance team are very friendly and professional and they are always have a willing attitude what can I do to make you a happy tenant. And they all have a what can I do attitude. And they keep you informed and updated on information that is needed. I enjoy living here, this is a great place to live. It is a family oriented everyone look out for each other. I love how quiet place this is. And how clean and beautiful the property is maintain daily.

Hidden Gem! The location and quietness of this community is what i love! The professionalism of the staff both in the office and the maintenance crew is a plus! I love how honest they are with their residents and transparent they are when it comes to big projects. Property is clean quiet and safe. Its just perfect for me!

Great community nestled in a great location. The street noise from Westheimer is minimal. This apartment complex is surrounded by great restaurants, and it's proximity to House of Pies will surely test your fortitude.

Very nice staff but you sometimes have to stay on them to ensure that work orders get completed. Also, I work as an electrician and the wiring is a bit sloppy(dead switches, switches that control plugs across the unit, exposed wires in some places). Other than the occasional loud neighbor, a relatively nice place to live for the price point. I only wish they could switch to in-unit washer/dryers because the laundry facilities are sub-par and very seldom not in use when you need them

Not professional at all. The office lady nichole, will yell/raise her voice at you every chance she gets. Also the complex intentionally shut off the heater during this freeze. It's been almost 24 hours of them "working on it" and nothing. Maintenence is just in the office talking or outside on his phone texting. I have not seen them get on any roofs or do ANYTHING to try to fix this heat issue but then yell at residents on top of rolling their eyes at you to those who are trying to keep warm. It's been 4 days now with no heat. Also they will lie and say you did something with no evidence just to ----- at you when you did nothing. I moved here thinking it would be good for my mental health issues because it's nice and quiet. However due to management in office, its actually became worse. I have bad enough issues I keep to myself and stay inside already but due to them I hardly ever come out now. If I do my anxiety gets bad enough to the point I avoid leaving or entering my apartment while they are here. Never knowing when you will get yelled at like a 3 year old and like your stupid. Management shouldn't talk to grown people like that no matter what. Also these apartments are filled with roaches and have mice running around outside. This place isn't worth the thousand or more that they charge.

I've not been here but a week. Maintenance was quick and satisfactory. Management was polite. Community very quiet and nice. I may not be a person to comment having not lived here long. I've not had any problems as of yet and management tries their best to accommodate.
