I don't recomend anyone to live there

here is my reasons.... The office ladies are very nice but not professionals on how to handle situations. There were at least one or two break-ins in the apartment complex which is so unheard of and the management don't do anything. one time on a meeting the manager mentioned that they were going to install video security around the complex but that was a lie. I lived there from jan 2011 to jan 2012. they claimed they have two Houston police officers but I have never seen any officer in the complex until I moved out and the funny part is that you don't even see suspicious person anytime but you keep getting these notes stating someone's apartment broken in and the tenant left his/her slide door left it unlocked ..... how could some one knew this...and broke your door and nobody at home. at least you could see someone going around the complex. when you move out you will see the other side of the management with this outrageous charges and treat you like pay it or... I have lived in many luxurious apartments but this one is different I am glad I moved out. good luck to the people who didn't get a chance to review the apartments before you move in.

Horrible stuck up snobs

Leasing office with the exception of ------- and the assistant manager are horrible! I would never recommend anyone lease from them. My first experience with ------------------------------- that --------------------------------------------- was very rude and snobby. I take it we weren't dressed In jewels or diamonds and she couldn't have gotten rid of fast enough. She then LIED and stated there were no apartments to look at or available for the time frame we needed. Needless to say we were treated alot better down the street. They really need to teach these people about humility and first impressions. P.s we are far from poor. We just got done running errands and coming from our personal trainer. I'm glad we didn't go through with this particular property from the comments posted on here! ----- sweetie, u will definintly get what's coming to you! ---------- W {~_~}

Inadequate front office

Leasing office with the exception of Felicia and the assistant manager are horrible! I would never recommend anyone lease from them. My first experience with Sasha the skinny big nose chick that looks like she could stand to eat a few meals was very rude and snobby. BREAK INS BREAK INS BREAK INS!

This place is terrible. No security. After we got broken into they had no sympathy. I have gotten 7 break in notices on my door after only living there 6 MONTHS. worst place I have ever lived. VERY DISAPPOINTED. And parking is IMPOSSIBLE.

A very nice community

I've been living here for 4 months, and I can say this is a very good place to live. Kingwood is a beautiful community and Paramount is close to everything, by car of course. This is the first place I've lived since I arrived to the US, and I'll move only because I need to be closer to work, but it's really good. Maintenance takes care of everything, the people at the leasing office is really nice, especially Sasha and August. The common areas are nice, but I don't really use them much.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO LIVE IN!!!

I have being living fot a couple of months and everything is very good. Always clean, calm. The office always keep you informed about all things. Everyone in the office is very kindly specially Sasha the manager she is always welcome and willing to help in any aspect, to me has been an excellent help Maintenance people are always friendly. They always quick respond in the issues I requested. I am very happy to live here,it is a very nice place to live.

This apartment complex seems very nice, but the crime rate is not. We have lived here for about a year and it seems like almost monthly we would get a note on the door saying apartments had been broken into and to take extra precaution. We walked downstairs one day to find that there were cars on blocks in the parking lot. Yes, someone stole people's wheels! The latest one was a couple of weeks ago saying someone had been ROBBED in the parking lot. I do not feel safe at this complex even though they have courtesy officers, etc, it does not stop the crime. Also, the complex is located right off the highway so it sounds like there are cars driving through the apartment most of the time. Do not be fooled into living here, you might have all your stuff stolen.

A Great Place to Live

I lived here for a little over 2 years and it was a WONDERFUL place to live. I enjoyed the time that I was here, greatly! I loved the layout of my apartment. It was truly a beautiful home. The complex has a great location, being right off of highway 59. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The thing that I have to brag on the most about this place is it's staff. The Manager is an EXCEPTIONAL person. She is helpful, attentive, and genuine! She was always available, willing to help in any way she could..and has such a pleasant demeanor about herself. She is a true joy! The Maintenance staff does a remarkable job. Any issues that I had, (and they were few and far between) but the staff was quick to respond and took great care of all my needs. Overall it was a great experience, the only reason that I left was b/c I bought a home. But I would HIGHLY recommend this complex to any of my friends. I will miss the fine folks there!

I have lived here for three years and everything is amazing. The management here treats everyone like family and goes above and beyond all of the time. Problems are fixed quickly. Resident events make it fun and more like a neighborhood or community.

Leasing Office

I went in over the weekend to look at the apartments from the outside and the road it was a very nice complex. The office staff was very nice and welcoming but the office itself was not it felt hotter in the office than it did outside and by all the fans sitting around you could tell this has been going on for a while. There was no signs that they were trying to address the issue and that made me wonder if I was to move in and had my ac go out would I be just given a fan and have to wait. It really made me feel bad for the people having to sit in that all day with the heat index from 107-110 it is not right and need to be fixed. Maybe instead of buying new doors the owner needs to look at updating the ac system.

deceptive business practice

first of all, I did not stay in that apartment. I made a reservation fee sunday and called tuesday to cancel the said reservation. The lease office told me that I won't be getting a single cent refund since it is stipulated in the contract that no refund shall be given.it's a daylight robbery to be exact. Beware of this apartment.....they rob you at pointblank range!

Lovely Appartment

My husband and I have been apartment dwellers for 5 years and lived in many apartments due to job moving, so we know what to expect from apartment living. This is the quietest apartment I have ever lived in; you can hear the birds chirping outside even with being right next to the highway! The apartment lay out are wonderful very open and don't get me started on the bathroom, its HUGE for a 1bed 1studie apartment! Crime is a bit of a problem here, but honestly most apartments are targets for crime everywhere, and they are aware of the problem and letting everyone know, we get notes stuck in our door maybe once a month, which is a lot more then I can say has been done for us when our apartment was broken into at a pervious complex. Parking could be a problem at night seeing as there are no assigned parking spots but you can buy covered parking or a garage, my husband and I have two covered parking spots and haven't had any problems with them and reasonably priced only $25 a month. Our dishwasher was broken the day we moved in which had put the apartment in bad light for me from the star, but the maintenance came right over the next morning and stayed for almost 3 hours trying to fix it, it needed a replacement motor so they had to get one, the very next day they had it and fixed it, that impressed me highly! Any problem no matter how small they are right on it! Would be staying here if it weren t moving to CA.

Has been a great place

I've been here over 2 years. My apartment is quiet, except when there are visitors that have their loud mufflers and stereos going in their cars. That doesn't last long. I have found the staff responsive to my needs and requests.

Ive lived here for almost 6 years and have not had a problem.Crime is everywhere these days. If you FOLLOW THE RULES living here is Great. Management has always been great as well as the support staff

Paramount at Kingwood Is Fabulous

I have been in my apartment(home)for 2 years. I am very happy with the service I received. Paramount is great! The location is quiet, service is excellent and the Manager, Anna is fabulous. She is always nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!! Keep up the good work. I am proud to tell people where I live and I ask them to join me. Moe

Enjoyed Two and Half Years at Pramount

We would recommend those searching for apartments in the Kingwood area to consider Paramount. We rented there for over two years, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Anna and her staff were attentive to our needs and prompt to address issues. Our A/C drain overflowed twice and on each occasion Paramount maintenance quickly corrected it. We rented a two bedroom on teh back side of the property and had relatively few noise issues.

I have lived at The Paramount for 7 years and am entirely satisfied with the accommodations and location. The management and staff are professional and courteous and frequently go out of their way to help. Having read some "anonymous" criticisms I have to say that in all my time here I have not been subjected to any of those issues. I wonder if everyone reads and understand their lease agreement before they start complaining.

DO NOT MOVE HERE WHATEVER YOU DO

The management gets kickbacks from wrecker companies that drive through the parking lot at night looking for cars that do not have parking passes. The manager (so she is titled anyway) Anne is a dishonest person. There has been standing water in front of my building for 7 months! They have made no effort to correct the problem and act like they have not been aware of it which seems odd as a maintenace person lives in the building too. They have a so called security officer that gets a free apartment but cars are broken into weekly!

EVERTYING IN WRITTEN !!!

Do not trust anything which is said with the administration unless they put it in written.. They will say things to make you sign and come back a few months later asking for money which shouldn't have been asked for !! Lack of professionalism of consistency and dishonesty does not seem to scare of management..

I love living here

I absolutely LOVE living here, and just resigned my lease. The best way I can explain Paramount at Kingwood is it's a great value. A nice apartment complex is hard to find, plus, it's very reasonably priced. The staff has always been very friendly and flexible. They (especially Anna) will work with you and any issues you have. The residents are always friendly, and noise has never been a problem for me. Safety is a huge concern for me, and I can honestly say that I feel comfortable walking around the complex even late at night. Parking can be an issue, but I have always found a space (even if it is a bit of a walk). BUT, if that is the biggest issue, I can live with it!

Super Place

I've lived here for nearly two years. It is a peaceful quiet place and I could not be happier. In other apts, I've had trouble with things breaking and cheap paint and carpeting which looks terrible inside of 6 months but that is not the case here. The management staff are really nice and have not changed in the time I've been here. They seem really happy to be here and do all they can to help residents. The pool is fantastic and the annual pool party is great, they have music and games and give-a-ways which can include up to a month's free rent. They enforce the rules so it is pleasant for everyone (unless you don't follow rules) but they are not unpleasant about simple things. If you talk to them, they will work with you.

I loved it here!

I lived at the Paramount for about a year. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is very good! I work in apartments and can honestly say these apartments are great. I only moved because I got married. I can't believe the horrible reviews I've read, because I really enjoyed living here.

Gross

The apartments aren't that bad by themselves. They are nice floorplans and it's nice to have a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom option so my boyfriend doesn't have to share a bathroom with his icky roommate. On the downside, they have had a problem with bugs since the day they moved in. It is nasty. Roaches of varying sizes and stages of development are everywhere in the kitchen. They have had the place sprayed and that hasn't helped. (Btw, they don't leave food out, it's either in the fridge or sealed in the pantry cabinet.) Parking is a pain in the butt. If you get home after 9pm you'll have to walk across the complex to your apt. They used to tow a lot but I haven't seen any tow trucks in a while. The place isn't bad if you can get rid of the bugs.

NOT RECOMMENDED!

I lived here for 2 years. The parking is horrible. I moved across the street and the current residents have to park on the street now. There is a huge problem with raccoons. They will be sitting on your porch when you come out in the morning. Management was unconcerned about the raccoons. The after hours maintenance was horrible. When I moved out they did not refund me my deposit for the smallest things. They use any excuse to keep your deposit. They manager and assistant are very rude. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Move across the street, parking is better and no problems with raccoons. Management put notices out weekly about cars and apartments getting broken into but never was there a notice about what actions they were taking to correct these problems.

I have only lived in the apartments since March but I find it to be a great place to live. I think the staff is great, especially Louis and Eric. The residents are very friendly and helpful. The pool is a fun place to hang out. Overall the grounds are pretty. Some people say the parking is terrible, but I have never had a problem rather its coming home early or late.
