Good building. Location is prime mixed in with The Shops at Legacy however there is noise from the tollway on one side, and the restaurant patrons on the other so be aware of that when choosing a unit. The staff is friendly and accomodating and it is an easy move in process.

Maintenance only gets docked as it is associated with the elevator being out and essentially having one for the last year. Everything else Bud does in the apartment to fix problems is fantastic. The lack of elevator was explicitly cited for several folks who have left the building and that was when it was out for a few weeks/months. This has been a serious issue for over a year now and a serious consideration when renewing our lease.

Convenient place to live! The access to the tollway is great and the walkability for shops and restaurants is amazing. Banks, shopping, restaurants, neighborhood mini marts, dry cleaners and drug stores all withing a short walk. Staff is helpful when asked and most are very cordial. Not inexpensive, but if safety, walkability and quiet are on your checklist, this might just be your place.

The building, staff and location are fantastic. People in the building are very friendly and the amenities are outstanding. Great parking garage and two pools and steps to the shops at legacy. My wife and I sold our house and very happy to have chosen to live here.

Kincaid at Legacy provides all the needs you will need to live. With that in mind you will be living in a fantastic building surrounded by a lot of shops, restaurants and bar and in a safe environment with an excellent staff that will help you with anything you may be facing.

I love the apartment a lot the staff is very nice every time I’ve had minor problems they fixed it quick I will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes my favorite thing is the gym it’s so nice and clean

great apartment community. Inside finish out is really nice in the Towers. Front desk staff is very helpful and always smiling. Maintenance is the best! I never hear the neighbors. We are very happy living here.

The entire staff is the best I've ever had!! They're patient, kind and super helpful! Honestly, they all deserve a raise for going above and beyond every time! (They even helped me socialize my dog during covid!!!)

The leasing team and the concierge service always been professional and very polite. They know all of the residents and are extremely helpful and kind. For most of the questions you have they will find an answer or find someone who Can help you. I am very pleased with my residence at the Kincaid

This apartment has been excellent in the past, but lately has been below par, mostly due to management not focusing on basics like common area maintenance. For example, using COVID as an excuse to not address issues like TVs, which are readily available and not very expensive, is not acceptable. The maintenance crew is actually quite good and very professional. But they need support from management, maybe from the HQ office.

Love the community, it’s just what I have been looking for! The staff is very friendly and courteous, they are always attentive to any questions or concerns that I need. The place is kept clean at all times, the amenities are superb and luxurious.

Buyer beware!! The new property management company is awful. Unprofessional management and horrible customer service. Health and safety risk due to a poorly maintained property and lack of proper management.

Great location - just walk out to shops, restaurants, etc. Nice finishings in the apartment. Friendly residents. Great work out facility and pools. We were looking for a lock and leave lifestyle and the Kincaid was the perfect fit.

Good neighborhood s and management staff.Very convenient location and safety building most of part is perfect. But sometimes this location is littler bit noisy due to near pubs customers are so drunken.

My family (including our Labrador retriever) has lived at the Kincaid for almost three years and we have been very pleased. If you're thinking about living here, just ask a current resident and they will tell you how great it is!

NIce looking building and friendly staff, but appliances are poorly maintained for the price you pay. Apt has an odor that was not corrected even after having 2 year old the carpets replaced. Noise from traffic is heard even on higher floors.

Tremendous property with excellent staff. The grounds, amenities, people, etc are a cut above. Great organization all the way around. Would never hesitate to recommend Kincaid to anyone. Truly feel lucky to have found it..

10/10 community, very quiet well kept place. Units are amazing quality. Units have great layouts and the materials used are very nice. Awesome views, great amenities. Amazing location, right around everything. Amazing staff as well.

I have only been in residence for three weeks. So far, it has been a pleasant experience. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to concerns. The concierge is very friendly. Our dog, Oscar is always greeted by them.

We loved living at The Kincaid, The staff were always accommodating and exceeding expectations. The apartment itself was well designed and made for comfortable living. Amenities were great, and if we hadn't bought a house nearby we would never have moved!

It has been more than 40 years since we lived in an apartment and we expected a difficult transition, however, it has been a wonderful experience. We are truly enjoying our lives here. The staff is highly professional and efficient yet incredibly pleasant and responsive. The common areas are immaculate and well maintained. We highly recommend the Kincaid and Greystar!

Management is over its head with their ability to manage everything. I have been here for 2 years and I haven't seen so many people dissatisfied with a property and so many leaving for other properties. Turnover is extremely high. It is not a high end property as they advertise. In the beginning, 2 years ago, it was an excellent property!!!!
