This is a beautiful space w new management that is doing an incredibly good job taking care of its residents. I truly enjoy living here. From the amenities to the staff there is always something to applaud.

    The entire team continues to work diligently to see that all residents enjoy the amenities that the Kincaid has to offer, while making certain that standards are kept high for all. Any questions we have are answered quickly and completely and each person has been friendly and willing to help on both large and small requests with a smile. Wonderful views from our 22nd floor balcony in addition to convenient access to the Shops at Legacy and Legacy West continue to be a plus.

      My husband and I have been home owners for 40 years. This is our first apartment experience and we could not recommend the KINCAID more highly! We love the facility and the staff is excellent. A wide variety of ages and stages of life, the community is friendly and respectful and a delight to be part of!

        Ive seen this place go from great to not so much. And honestly Im not recommending this place to anyone moving forward. I am also referring the fact that I singed a new lease with you all. This is an issue for you moving forward if you dont get in front of it how it will be a big deal. From management, you dont have a 2nd chance for first impression, maintenance, things that are an issue need to be addressed ASAP. concierge, I dont know where to start. This whole concierge team is big mess.

          I toured the Kincaid At Legacy this week and I must say Chesney the Manager was incredible!!! She took time to show me everything that Kincaid had to offer and her professionalism was outstanding .. I have looked at many places in the Plano area and The Kincaid At Legacy by far exceeded my every expectation!! Beautiful Apartments and processional staff... This place is A plus!!!

            lackadaisical leasing staff. below are facts confirmed in person. let high rollers take the risk / commoners & pleabians are encouraged to wait. Living in floors 1-5 gets you same privileges as living in the Tower All Construction is set to be complete Feb 1, 2019. Hours of construction work is 7a - 7p. Operated by ZRS Management When asked if they had fiber optics internet... leasing agent assured me they had the highest speed internet *right after* asking what is fiber optics was "First class" fitness center located on first floor - long and rectangular space, treadmills facing pool machines lines up all against walls, windows & mirrors foam yoga mats - limited open space / corner space **NO separate STUDIO** of any kind. Parking garage is 6 floors 300 units and 460 parking spaces three elevators in garage cameras located in garage requires ntta tolltag registration to access garage visitors park in front of property *paper thin* walls patio doors seem thick only tower units have higher performance glass floors 1 - 5 have a garage aka concrete blocking tollway BUT half these units face the pool A1 Floorplan does NOT have a closet next to W/D - leasing agent did not know the floorplan had a typo $85 app fee/applicant $250 admin fee Every month: $25 Trash fee (used to be $20) $5 Pest Control $15 CAM Fee Whirlpool Fullsize W/D included French Door Fridge w bottom freezer LG stovetop *pretty cool* laminate timberland floors REALLY high shelf space in kitchen cabinets 24/7 concierge is not the same as courtesy patrol Leasing agents will manage service requests Maintenance issues handled thru online portal Pool is open dusk to dawn SMOKE FREE FACILITY *no exceptions* 7th floor amenity deck set to open end of October Map of grounds - leasing agent had one copy No weight limitations on dogs all breeds *except aggressive* conference room, resident lounge, screening room, billiard room, entertainment kitchen - **Not available yet** TBD on rental prices No cost to store bike bike storage located in garage
