theres no place like home, especially when its The Kincaid at Legacy! i truly feel that every member of the Kincaid team has my best interest at heart; and especially through this past year our community has been safe, protected and cared for.

We moved from a 5,000 sq foot home into a Penthouse unit. We have loved the staff and the location the most. We were planning on building a new home but have enjoyed it so much we may stay longer. I would recommend this building simply because of the staff alone. Also we feel the finishes in the units are what someone looking for high end high rise living would want.

Very good, though expensive. You definatly play a premium to live here, but they do provide a vlaue for it. anouther elevaor would have been nice though, during move in\outs or maintance waits can get a little long.

I have loved living at this property so far. The staff is very friendly, and always responds in a timely manner. The Maintenance team has been very helpful with any requests I have submitted. I am excited to continue living here.

We downsized from a house to about 1450 square feet. The design of the apartment feels like a home - very thoughtful in layout. It is so quiet because of how the building was constructed; you never hear your neighbor. Speaking of neighbors, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I thought we might loose a sense of community when leaving our neighborhood but we did not. The Kincaid is great.

We have been very pleased with our life here at The Kincaid. The building is beautiful and the staff have been a joy. We moved into the building in 2018 when the building was still being completed. Having only owned homes in the past we had apprehensions about apartment living. The quality of the building and the appointments within our apartment made the move very easy.

I love living at The Kincaid! The team is very friendly and always helpful. Any maintenance requests get taken care of very quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live and call home. Bonus: If you are a dog owner, your pup will be happy to get a treat in the lobby!

Great Apartment complex. Units are beautiful. Amentities are clean and plentiful! The staff is very professional and the neighbors are teriffic. Highly recommend this community. I have visted a lot of newly built apartment complexes nearby before I rented here and nothing compares to the Kincaid.

Building is beautiful but staff is not helpful. I am disappointed in experience. Hope that others get a more comfortable and professional experience. Others at the apartment agree that staff can be rude and not helpful.

We love the community at The Kincaid. We lived in a large home before with a lot of upkeep, now I have more time for family and a beautiful place to live in with great staff to keep us happy. I would definitely recommend The Kincaid to others.

The Kincaid team is always attentive and professional...we enjoy the friendliness of the concierge and staff. We are looking forward to having more resident events when Covid is behind us. Unfortunately, there are still a few parking issues in the building's visitor parking in front. Some residents are abusing the rules.

The Kincaid at Legacy is an excellent community to call home. Filled with a wonderful team of accommodating courteous professionals. Top of the line accommodations with state-of-the-art equipment for our enjoyment. A great place to call home.

Kincaid at Legacy is an amazing apartment living experience. Close to shops and restaurants. Clean, Safe, and overall just a great vibe. The amenities are all top notch from the gym, to the pools, to the common areas. Could not recommend this building more

Always responsive to any needs or concerns. The Kincaid provides what we were seeking as to a lifestyle we have chosen. Has all the amenities and, most importantly, three key elements: location, location, location!!!

We are so happy to be part of this community. Everybody is friendly and polite especially the management. The area is the best in Plano close to many shops snd restaurants. I would not like to live anywhere else.

Ive been a resident for almost 18 months and I Love my home!! The staff is Great! Management changed from ZRS initially to Greystsr and it has been a pretty seamless transition. Covid has been a factor but prior to that we had several nice resident events to help you get to know your neighbors and socialize a bit. Phee B

I have been here since ZRS. You are so bad. Pet area is full of poop and the hallways are always filthy and smelly. Charge five dollars for pest control and they never spayed . The manger is ever there, packages are lost every time. Its time for a change.

I have loved my experiences at the Kincaid! Everyone is so friendly, the concierge staff is extremely helpful. If you are looking for a high rise in the DFW area you should check out the Kincaid first!!

I love living at The Kincaid! Everyone on the team from the leasing office to the concierge, maintenance and cleaning crews is wonderful. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and they always do a great job. Concierge team is always available to assist with packages, guests, deliveries and general questions and best of all they do it with a smile and always make me feel welcomed. The leasing staff responds to my questions super fast and go above and beyond to work with me on my requests. Love living here!

The move to Kincaid at Legacy has been a great decision. Downsizing from a large home to an apartment wasnt easy. The friendly, responsive and professional staff have been incredible. Tyler, in particular, went out of his way to make sure I had the perfect apartment for my needs. Andrew, John, Sean, Constance, Jackie - absolutely everyone has gone above and beyond to make my move-in go smoothly. Having lived in other high rise buildings in New York City, Toronto, and Chicago I can say this team is the best I have ever seen. So happy to now call The Kincaid at Legacy home!

Location is very convenient. Apartment is very clean and appealing. People that works in management very professional; however, this apartment is located very noisy area of the metroplex because of the bars around the apartment till 3 am in the morning. This makes it very difficult to live in a peace with such a high cost rent.

We are so impressed with our experience so far here at The Kincaid. The warm welcome, upmost care and concern of staff is just impeccable....and I've trained at high-end hotel companies for years, so I know and expect top-notch service. Not only is the staff super responsive, but the residents are also so very friendly. I feel safe and the grounds are clean and flawless. I highly recommend considering The Kincaid for your next home. We love it here!

Kincaid makes moving to a new state so much easier. The residents are all nice, they have activities for residents and they have restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The team at Kincaid is beyond friendly and incredibly helpful. I wouldnt want to live anywhere else
