Yuck

This place gave us dirty vibes. Website advertises a smoke free community. We saw so many people outside smoking everything! Cigarettes, vapes, etc. People do not even try to put their trash in the dumpsters, just literally throw them outside of the trash bins and the bin tops were open! The shared areas were not maintained, doors were filthy as well as the hallway floors needed a good power washing. Saw a guy that looks like he uses his garage as a mechanic shop. He was working on a diesel truck and was extremely loud. Not for us, seems like management does the absolute BARE minimum. Glad we visited during the week after our guided tour on the weekend. It was really somber and literally dark near the entrance of the complex. For this to be the holiday season, there were no holiday decorations like The Abbey across the street.

    The location is great, close to 99, 45, and Hardy but the area has become less safe over time. The green spaces used to be nice, but they're no longer maintained as before, replace dead plants and the overall atmosphere has really declined. Many long-term residents have moved out because rent keeps going up while conditions keep getting worse. For the same price, you can find larger apartments in safer communities with better amenities and management that actually cares.

      Absolutely awful. Would not recommend. Was fantastic place until bought out by American landmark and no longer was park at Northgate apartment complex. I am already looking at legal options against them.

        American Landmark says it "believes that "people make the difference" and we value you as our resident - the most important part of our community" when in fact residents often feel like they are nothing more than a ledger entry adding up to corporate profits.? No one seems to care when legitimate concerns and/or issues are raised and if they do, nothing is ever done if elevated to a corporate level.? Often provided with word-salad answers/responses, outright lies or ultimately ignored.? The only thing that seems to matter is the collection of rent. ? Now on the fifth (5th) property manager since mid to late 2023, there is no consistency in management delivery.? Corporate leased units and those who occupy them seem to matter most. They're not invested in the community and have no reason to consider community rules or traditional renters (neighbors) which seems contrary to AM's corporate mission touting "sustainable environments in which our team members, residents and broader communities can flourish".? There's lots of room for improvement, somehow - I'm not encouraged. ?Why do I stay?? Quite frankly, I need a decent place to live and moving isn't always the answer.

          This management group is the 2nd most pleasant then the very 1st group when I moved in. It's like then really didn't care. The trash collection has changed and it's the worst. The grounds could be a little more neater like it used to. People with dogs need to pick up behind them

            I've been living here for almost a year now, and honestly, it's been a really great experience overall. The community has a welcoming, down-to-earth vibe that's hard to find these days. It's the kind of place where people smile and say hello when you pass by, and where neighbors will hold the door for you or lend you a hand if you're carrying groceries. There's a real sense of connection and comfort here that makes it feel more like home than just another apartment complex. One of the biggest highlights is the manager?she is absolutely incredible. Super responsive, genuinely kind, and always going the extra mile to help out. Whether it's answering maintenance requests quickly or just being a friendly face around the property, she keeps everything running smoothly and deserves way more recognition (and a raise, honestly!). It's clear she truly cares about the residents and the space. Now, is the place brand-new and sparkling? No. It's got a bit of wear and tear, sure?but in a way that adds character. There's enough upkeep to keep everything functional and comfortable, and the charm of the place more than makes up for any minor scuffs or signs of age. It's cozy, lived-in, and feels like somewhere people really settle in and stay for a while?which is exactly what I plan to do, since I've already decided to renew for a second year. The location is convenient, the rent is fair, and the atmosphere is relaxed. It's not trying to be ultra-fancy or trendy, but it nails what matters most: it's a safe, friendly, and comfortable place to live. My only tiny complaint? That one guy with the insanely loud car who seems to enjoy revving his engine at 3 a.m. like it's a personal concert. But hey, every neighborhood has its quirks, right? It's almost become a running joke at this point. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid, welcoming community with management that truly cares.

              Very friendly and attentive staff. Maintenance is great and take care of problems same day at times. The apartment is very quiet and neighbors are great too. I would definitely recommend. Location is great as well.

                Honestly my experience could be better. From the start, I moved into my place and housekeeping had not properly cleaned my place the cabinets in the kitchen were not properly cleaned or even renovated or replaced like they should've been. signed my lease on August 15th 2024 and I officially moved in on August 23rd 2024. My tubs til this day have not been re-surfaced which I feel should've have been done prior to me moving in. The buildings in my opinion should be better kept up. Around my building are so much cobwebs and dirt and now bugs where I have to swept at least twice a day. I have inquired numerous times to management about pressure-washing my building due to how surety it is and I was told about a "building of the month" thing. I called the leasing office today to notify them of a wasp problem under the carport and was told by Shakerra that I would need to knock the wasp nest down myself or flag maintenance down, either wasn't outlined on my lease agreement that it was my responsibility to knock down wasps nest, which is a health hazard. What if I was allergic to wasps? And I have a small child as well. What if he was allergic to wasps? That was the wrong answer and I feel as though I am in a slum lord situation at these apartments. But if I was not to pay rent then they wouldn't hesitate to kick me and my son out on our asses. Things need to improve here and fast.

                  The property is quiet and clean. I've been here for eight months with only minor maintenance issues which were addressed in a timely manner. Only complaint is the pool/grill area has been closed for over six weeks

                  The community is well kept by the property. The tenants however are inconsiderate and noisey. I am aware that people can't be controlled but I have decided apartment living is not for me. Residents with dogs are not cleaning up behind the dog. I am not a dog owner!

                    Everything was OK but the front office staff is not very friendly. I've had issues with pest and they don't seem to care. I've had to call corporate multiple times and even corporate doesn't care so I don't think I will be staying here much longer.

                        Breezeway are nasty from door to door trash pickup dripping they use to be cleaned on a regular basis also the dumpsters use to be maintained on the Saturday mornings after they are dumped now they stay open all weekend with the trash all around it that didn't get put in because it was to full & gates stay wide open all weekend looks gross a lot of changes on the negative side sine new management came in

                            It's been a really smooth transition it's our first apartment but so far we have not had any issues whenever you call for maintenance they show up pretty much day of or as soon as possible. Everywhere is clean and organized. Gym is cleaned. Staff is helpful.

                              Clean and quiet for the most part however there needs to be better cleaning/ maintenance of the stairs and walkways leading to the apartment doors. Ex : It needs to be swept and power washed. The children should be advised to use the play areas rather than outside other residents door.

                                The community is nice and quiet. Really good neighborhood, nice and friendly. Kids are not really out and if they are you can't hear them. The scenery is nice and very well kept. I also love the pool and playground for the children. The gym being open 24 hrs is definitely a plus as well.

                                  Maintenance is outstanding. Office staff appears that they don't want to bothered and unhelpful, makes very difficult to even raise an issue or concern. We had a couple of issues with our vehicles being broken into, and they told us to call police which is fine, but several residents had same issue. It would've been helpful to send a notice so other of our neighbors would know to increase their safety measures.

                                          I love this apartment complex! It's perfectly situated with highways surrounding (45, Hardy and 99) and a beautiful neighborhood nearby. The apartment complex is quiet and any time I have an issue (literally only two things - needed a lightbulb and my sensor was going off), maintenance was quick! When I was in the process of moving in, Sheryl was so quick to respond and answer all of my questions. She made it a seamless process. I truly have no complaints about this place. I wish we had a cool cycling bike in the gym and access to the bathrooms after hours but honestly, everything is great. Neighbors are great, perfect size apartments. I couldn't be happier with the choice I made ????

                                            The Park at Northgate Crossing is an amazing community - clean, quiet, close to great shopping and dining. The staff is great - no turnover in the 6+ years I've been here. The pool is always clean and never overcrowded. A very family friendly place to live.

                                              I enjoy living here - but the atmosphere is changing - seeing drug distribution and one particle staff member needs to attend customer service management for not belittling and demoralizing those who pays their rent on time. For when a simple question turns into negative connotation this is a serious problem.

                                                I have love this complex. The community is kept clean and manicured and the units are nice. The front office and maintenance employees are helpful. Though over the past few years I have seen a steep change in prices that I feel might not match the units. Though this community is nice you can find similar apartments in this area with more amenities for the same or lower price.
