Beautiful community. Recently has become extremely louder than it was my first year here. Loud music very late in the evening from the parking lot and people being very loud in the common areas. Children that do not live in my building are constantly playing in the foyer outside my 2nd floor apartment. I once found a small child climbing into my garbage bin while playing hide and seek.

REPOSTING (SECOND TIME) because they deleted my review (TWO TIMES) . These apartments are still making their tenants pay rent knowing most of us have lost our jobs. Any apartment complex still collecting rent DOES NOT care about us, their residents . it shows a LOT about a business how little they care. This is a million dollar company who are still forcing us to pay thousands of dollars of rent. it is our last check. we have no job. we have no income. and our last check was just taken by these apartments. they do not care about their residents. DO NOT RENT HERE. I cannot wait until my lease is over. I don't know how I will eat and make ends meet anymore.

I loved living here for a year. The apartment was fabulous. Never any issues with pests. In fact, the place was darn near spotless. Overall it was quiet and peaceful. The main lady who works at the front desk is very snobby, and I went out of my way to avoid her. They run an incredibly tight ship, which is likely why the complex itself is so nice. After hours complaints are directed to the police since all employees are off. They're also supposed to tell you when they have went into your apartment, and I can't even count the number of times they went in without ever telling me or knocked on the door demanding to be let in. That was unprofessional and created unnecessary tension.

I've lived here for a while and have not had any major issues. Maintenance is friendly and respond in a timely manner & office staff is professional & helpful. I appreciate how they notify us when there is upcoming painting/remodeling & keep us up to date on any incidents that have been reported.

If you like roaches, rats, mice, and be treated like crap by the manager, this is the place for you. We lived in this complex for a few years and had the worst experience ever. I caught 36 mice in my garage with my own traps, when I told them, they blamed the infestation in tree removal from nearby construction but did absolutely nothing to help. ------------ is the worst manager on earth. There are people coming from outside on Sunday and there are fist fights in the pool... very nice family environment. The situation with ------------- was so bad that my wife and I never wanted to come to the office because the answer was always a NO, even -------, the maintenance guy, would tell us stories about how racist she is. We got threatened by one unemployed, alcoholic guy that has been living there for years and when we reported the incident to the office, we were invited to leave. We even received a call from the Regional Manager who "explained" to me why we should leave and not the alcoholic guy and that is what we did. I seriously don't think anyone deserves this treatment from any complex, I would never recommend this to anyone.

When my family and I decided to move a couple of years ago, I was looking for a safer and cleaner apartment complex. Understanding the saying, you get what you pay for, I was fully expecting and willing to pay an increase in rent. What I was and still am amazed with is how Park at Northgate Apts exceeded all my expectations. How well kept and beautiful the grounds are, still takes my breath away. Maintenance crew here are friendly and professional while completing all requests and, 9 times out of 10, requests are completed on the same day. The always friendly and helpful office staff go above and beyond to make sure all concerns and/or notices are completed swiftly and to our satisfaction. Park at Northgate has 2 ponds, a playground, golf putting green, volleyball court with net, spectacular pool, bar and grills at the pool that can be used, 24 hr gym, conference room, work room with 2 computers and multi (copy, fax, print, and scan) machine, gazebo, and large spacious apartments. I am truly blessed and thankful I found Park at Northgate and I am able to call it my home.

I love living here so much! I feel so safe and at home even though I have only been here a couple of weeks. It is a very quiet community with easy access to stores, schools, and entertainment. The amenities here are fantastic as well!

Great community. The staff is very helpful unlike any other staff I have came across. The floor plan is spacious and their is a nice sized gym which is convenient. Mostly quiet no complaints living here. I am going on my third year currently.

The property has beautiful grounds and a friendly staff. There is so much green space to walk and maintenance is top notch and always helpful. And the location to The Hardy toll is great for my commute. -A happy resident-

This is a beautiful and well maintained property. The gym is wonderful with all new equipment. The office staff Sheryl and Paul are kind, professional, and courteous. The security/gates are functional which help us to feel safe even though we still have to use good common sense about your surroundings.

I like it fairly well. The management only reaches out to me only to tell me what I am doing wrong which is a bit off putting. The apartment is nice and the property seems to be well maintained. The rent is a bit high, I think, but it is what it is.

It is a very well maintained property. A quiet and calming atmosphere. Lots to do on property, and easy access to the highway and shopping. I love the size of the apartment, and the location. This is what my family has been looking for.
