Great place to live, clean, quiet, great staff and maintenance people, I would recommend this complex to anyone, the staff and maintenance listen you your needs. Very nice pool and play ground for kids

Very good so far, any issues are addressed imediately. Parking could be better. Thinking about renting the garage. Still working on moving in and organizing really like the closet across the apartment.

when I moved her in 2015 loved this place but this last year this property has went down a lot maintenance use to be prompt now you was sometimes 2 weeks dog poop everywhere office manager very unfriendly

Very nice and clean place. Quiet at night. Parking is a small issue later in the evening. The high rise ceiling with crown molding are beautiful. The outside areas such as the pool and play ground are nice as well.

Just moved in, Maintenance has already fixed some major issues, footsteps are so loud from upstairs, property is beautiful and is very well kept up. Very happy, so far, with our apartment. All the accent walls were painted perfect.

Nice community. Nice people. Clean, friendly atmosphere. I particularly like the wide open spaces of grass and trees. The parking area is also larger than usual. You don't feel cramped at these apartments and the people seem very friendly to each other.

Excellent staff. Very professional, property is kept clean, well maintained, cameras in place, which there where more around the complex, near to different location stores, mall, restaurants, schools, churches

Clean quiet apartment complex. Lawn and common areas well maintained. Management very responsive to maintenance inquiries and requests. Work completed very quickly and correctly. Very convenient to I45, Hardy Toll Road and the Grand Parkway. 1.5 miles to nearest grocery store / pharmacy but not easily accessible by walking. Pool and gym are well maintained and clean. Covered car ports and garages available at additional cost. Monthly community events sponsored and paid for by management. Only item I do not care for is $30 per month "valet trash pick up". C'mon, if you can walk to your car, you can walk the next 50 feet with a bag of trash to the dumpster. Monthly rent is better than most, if not all, in the area.

This servery said it would take 5 minutes to fill out, I am going on 15! This apartment complex is managed well and taken very good care of. Problems are addressed quickly and sometimes done a little too quickly and leaving out details, that make a finished looking complete fix. Handyman are friendly and reliable.

It's great! Real quiet, everyone seems friendly. Our trash is always picked up on time. The dumpsters are always empty in case you need to take extra trash out. They have a great playground for the kids.

Very close to major highways and easy access. Grounds are neatly kept. Clean. Usually quiet. Nice amenities. Nicely appointed gym and pool. Friendly staff. Quick to make repairs. Not terribly close to shopping unless by car.

Nice community, quiet and clean. Staff has been excellent at addressing any problems I have had. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The only issue I've had is all the parking was used once when I came in at 4:00 am, so I parked where I wasn't supposed to but nobody complained, so it's all good.

I've really enjoyed living here, though my dishwasher is still not perfect even after getting a new dishwasher, as it leaves residue on the dishes. Also, my porch door does not always open. I enjoy the quiet location and closeness to Hardy Toll Road.

Overall great experience. Move in was a breeze. Paul at the front desk is very nice and helped with any and all questions. Very prompt replies to emails. The apartment was exactly like described and in perfect condition for move in day.

Community as a entirety are awesome, except for the fact everyone working in the office is a ---- when it comes to having your 15lb dog on a leash. Great pool and play are for kids. Well kept yard at all times and is generally always clean.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at the apartment complex. The staff are always happy to assist. The maintenance staff responds to work orders very promptly and the work is accomplished the first time!

This is a great apartment. The space is great and they even offer 2 floor models. Maintenance gentlemen are super nice,timely, and helpful. Office staff can be tough to deal with at times, some just lack manners and professionalism, but everything else is amazing!

We are living here for 2 years there's no problem at all no noise no problem at all play area is good, lot of walking area ,the grass lawn is nice they maintain the greenery very well then the community is fully protected with gate that's perfect..

My move-in experience has been pretty good. The staff was nice and on top of everything from start to finish. I've only been here a couple of weeks. However, it is so peaceful here. No matter what time of day the peace remains the same. I'm very excited about my time here.

The experience here was so far good. The complex is very clean and parking is usually never a problem. The apartment is definitely a value for the cost of the rental. I would definitely recommend the complex to friends and family!

Nothing but satisfied with the complex. Nice, quite, friendly community! We haven't had any issues or problems since moving in. It is convenient for all of our shopping and dining needs. We always feel safe which means alot.

Great place to live! I first moved here right out of college and finally moved 7 years later! It was a great experience and nice community. Management was friendly and professional and they kept up the grounds. Valet trash is a nice touch. I liked the fact that you were always notified in advance if your apartment needed to be entered. I enjoyed the easy access to the Hardy Toll Rd and loved being so close to all the shopping The Woodlands had to provide! Thanks for the good times!

The community is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The convenience to work is an absolute plus for me. Just the overall presentation of the community and apartment won me over. I am beyond happy about my choice of residency.

Quiet, clean and pleasant atmosphere from the front office, to the gym, pool, barbecue area, miniature golf, volleyball, playground, conference room, business center, lounging area to your own apartment. You name it, it's all worth it, at the tip of your fingers and undeniably affordable. I'm sure I've not named all the amenities but to top it all off, the office staff and maintenance are amazing!!! My expectations are continually exceeded.
