I love these apartments. Maintenance is always there the same day you put in a request and the grounds are always well kept. Loud noise is never an issue. It's a wonderful place to live. The office staff are always courteous. It's a beautiful apartment complex. Best apartment complex I have ever lived in.

Seamless, I love the online application and the immediate decision process. Then how I received an immediate call from the staff sharing with me the process from there with a follow up email outlining the details of the supporting documents and helpful phone numbers to assist me in obtaining electricity, cable, insurance etc. the ability to have such information helped me to facilitate a smooth move. Thus far the staff's personality still has been of the highest caliber in customer service. I am very happy to be a resident of the Villages of Kirkwood!

Its a great community and management is really nice but I hate to pay for the cable that has been enforced upon me. Since I do not even watch TV, it is unjustice to me and to people like e that we have to pay for TV cable for no reason. big NO for mandatory cable :(

This place is an oasis in the right spot. Love it! Glad it has covered parking too. And I can walk to work or to get a bite . I would recommend this place to anyone who needs easy access to 59 and the Beltway is right there to take me wherever I go. Two thumbs up!

My experience at the community has been awesome. I like how friendly and nice the employees are And how when you need work done to the apartment it is fast and quick. The gym and pool are always clean and ready for use. No loud noises can be heard in the apartments. Just a really great place to live

Pretty quiet apartment complex overall. Apartments are a good value for the area although not new units but well maintained. The maintenance folks here are top notch and courteous. Response to requests from apartment management are typically prompt and courteous. Nice pool and spa area with shade trees. Fitness center is just average in equipment selection and quality. Would appreciate a more courteous class of tenants here that actually have some pride in the apartment common areas - too many throw their trash on the ground instead of where it belongs.

everything is Superb. i just wanted to mention that recently theft have taken place on premises so we need to maintain or increase security methods for the safety of all residents and staff members. I also appreciate the measures the management has taken for assigned parking and tags as it definitely helps me better to find a parking spot.

My experience has been great here. The staff has been very helpful. They keep the apartment complex in great condition. Whenever I have any issues in my apartment the maintenance is very quick in getting it taken care of. The only issue I have is the parking.

I am very satisfied with my experience far. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. Whenever I have had a problem, it always gets solved within 24 hours or less. The staff is very polite. The complex is never dirty. I see maintenance every morning cleaning up. I have never had to wait days to get things fixed in the apartment.

The conditions of the community have gone down since I first moved in here. There is hardly ever any open parking available, I stopped going to the pool yrs ago cause it was never clean, and my apartment has never had any updating as far as the fixtures, bathtub, and so on.

I moved in this month. Excellent service in the office and no problems with my apartment. Maintenance was quick with fixing one repair that was needed. Only issue is not enough parking and having to use Comcast. Other than that I'm a happy camper. :)

this community is well organized and they keep the environment clean,they are extremely strict in carrying out their rules and regulations,but one negative is that when you call for an emergency especially during weekends no one calls you back after you must have dropped a message.

I have lived here 1.5yrs and it's a very safe place to live. I-59 is very close by so you can be anywhere in the city in a matter of minutes. This property has the best pool and there are walking paths throughout the property. The The gym is always open.

i had a very high expectation about this apartment. moved in a few months ago and strated good but now.. every month something is wrong with something around the apartment. maintenance guy doesnt know much english so its hard for him to communicate or talk to. manager doesnt care enough about they're renters! they dont communicate with you whenever there is something else thats wrong with the apartment!very limited parking space!!manager was not helpful at all. and when talked to very rude because first thing she said was " i dont even know who im talking to but this is villages or kirkwood!!!"
