I would say that Roosevelt Towers is an excellent value, for the Northern VA. area the cost of rent is reasonable. The staff is courteous, helpful and fun. The building common areas are always kept spotless, the pool and gym are also kept very clean. As a whole, Falls Church is a pretty safe little city and you can't beat the location of Roosevelt Towers, walking distance to East Falls Church Metro, 15 minutes to downtown DC by car. Even the neighbors here are great, I love living here!

The apartments are located less than a mile from the East Falls Church metro (orange line) and Route 66. Seven Corners is an even shorter walk. This apartment complex is great for young professionals and families. I would definitely encourage you to rent a renovated apartment if your budget allows, the appliances and fixtures are worth the extra costs (especially since the maintenance staff isn't always timely...thankfully WRIT has recently hired new employees).

Certain management staffs are very good with customer service but aren't too organized. better inform resident ahead of what to prepare before signing instead of back and forth just to sign the lease or management miscalculation requires one money order after another just to make first month rent.

I would highly recommend Roosevelt Towers. The staff is professional, courteous and competent. The building is in a great location, near shopping, restaurants, gas stations and the metro. The pool is well-maintained, and the exercise room is available 24/7.

People are nice enough to help you around, however, the mouse problem has bothered us a lot and damaged many of our food items. The Pest control man visits whenever we inform the Leasing Office, but a more permanent solution is required to be made to solve this menace.

I love it ..its home! Wish they improve maintenance quality and interior. Balcony has fungus for days and needs painting which is still awaited. Extremely noisy hall ways, neighbors children play in hallway and outside traffic noise is very high.

During the leasing process I found most of the information provided to be misleading or incorrect. I was very difficult to get straight answers. On move in day it was as if nothing had been prepared for us to arrive. Aside from the apartment being clean, almost everything else had some sort of error i.e. paperwork, keys, parking passes, smoke alarm, lighting fixture etc... To make matters worse I paid a $400 move in fee and on March 7th was sent an e-mail for an offer that if I chose to move in now that the $400 fee would be waived. That stung a bit. Really disappointing so far with the process.

I lived here. The location is good, .6 miles to metro. Noisy neighbors, thin walls, and common vents let voices carry. The building was constructed with cheap materials and it shows. Windows rattle and are drafty. Heating system is moldy, air quality poor. Frequent water shutoffs for the whole building when they work on the system, although they give notice in advance, and it is usually only M-F during work hours. Mice were a problem for us, they came, but problem persisted. Water pressure is unacceptably low. Management is reasonably friendly. They will gouge you on rent of you need to overstay your lease.

The location is the best thing about Roosevelt Towers. The apartments are spacious but the building is older and it shows. If you need something done with MGMT, you must stay on top of it, they are not proactive or responsive. With that said, I have enjoyed living here.

Roosevelt Towers is a reasonably clean, safe and nice place to live. It is conveniently located and has sufficient parking. The staff is courteous and professional. Day to day maintenance is sufficient and consistent. This is not a luxury building and it does not pretend to be one. I believe there is a solid effort to provide good value to residents. Front office hours are the one place I think more value could be added. Keeping the office open later, or opening it earlier- to facilitate pkg pick-up accessibility -- would be a welcome step forward.

It's nice. It seems overpriced, but is a relatively good value for the area. The building is old, but they do a good job of trying to keep up appearances. There seems to be a bit of a pest problem, but they are addressing it. I don't think I would return.

We chose Roosevelt Towers because of it's overall good value; it's just a short walk to the East Falls Church Metro and more affordable than other communities by Metro without sacrificing nice amenities. We got more than what we signed up for when we realized how friendly and helpful the building staff is. Even our neighbors are nicer than in prior apartment buildings. Furthermore, the maintenance staff is always there to help out quickly with all of our requests!

I have lived in my current unit since 2005; prior to that I lived in another unit for approx 9 years. The experience has been mostly positive -- nice neighbors (mostly), professional staff; good maintenance technicians. Recent developments have somewhat soured my opinion.

I've only been here a week, but I've really enjoyed it so far. Everyone's been friendly and I have no complaints. The neighborhood is wonderful and I enjoy how close I am to everything from metro to Seven Corners and 66.

The apartment was freshly renovated; therefore it was very clean. I enjoy living here and think it would be even better if WRIT would invest a few more dollars in this facility. One more suggestion: I don't know how much difference rental fees are but the facility across the street offers transportation to and from the metro. This is a nice addition especially during mid summer.

Great office staff. Air conditioning, heating is inconstant and have mold throughout the units. The windows are very thin, letting in lots of air and noise. Just an old building with issues, like turning water off, sub metered utilities, old windows, noise from other appartments.

It has been extremely frustrating living here we were lied to from the beginning about pet friendly and it only got worse from there. We had mold and management tried to cover their footsteps to make it seem as though we didn't.

The building is very old and in spite of the best efforts of management, its infrastructure is crumbling. The plumbing is in terrible condition and there are many, many water outages due to frequent repairs. Sometimes pipes burst and flood apartments. Very scary.
