I love the community honestly. Quiet, peaceful, friendly neighbors. Staff is very helpful whenever needed. Quick response to maintenance requests. My only complaint would be that there is no kids park. There is a grassy area for the kids to run around in but a playground would make this a perfect destination.

It's an apartment. We have many developments offering better deals. Longevity doesn't mean anything to the administrators. The maintenance staff and Liz in the office are wonderful. Others are not as welcoming.

Quiet. Good quiet community. Safe. I wish there was a playground for children but instead there is a dog park. The main intersection in front of the leasing office is very busy and only a 2-way stop. I have almost been in 3 accidents because no one stops. They also use the road in front as a student driver road for tractor trailers. Having a small child and a child on the bus makes me not a huge fan. I'm hoping as the community develops that there will be changes address to these issues.

I have lived here since March 27, 2024, and have loved it from the moment I seen it. Management has been so helpful, they definitely treat you like they would want to be treated. If and when you have a concern or complaint management is right there to solve it with the help of their outstanding maintenance crew. Keep up the awesome customer service, it's definitely appreciated and doesn't go unnoticed.

This community is clean & quiet neighborhood. Nearby hospital & shopping areas. Most of all it's 5 minutes away from Virginia Railway very convenient if you work in DC. Very nice exercise gym. Swimming pool is nearby the gym and have a nice barbecue place & fireplace nearby our apartment.

Living at Station Square apartments is a lovely place to live. The management team is friendly and is always willing to help resolve any issues or concerns you may have. The maintenance department is great also, They are quick to resolve any work orders that U put in for your apartment that needs to be fixed. I love my neighbors they are friendly and easy to get along with. This is a nice community to live in and to come home to every day.

We moved here last summer, we liked it at first but after a few months we hear the people above us all day and all night long. The leasing office sends numerous emails about rent being due as if we are not all adults. We filed multiple noise complaints and haven't got much feedback from the leasing office the only reason we extended this lease because our house is being built.

Overall a very nice place. Rent is a little pricey but no complaints as far as staff, services, or cleanliness of facilities. Maintenance staff is excellent and always responsive to any issues you might have. My only concern is that some don't clean up behind their pets and you have to be careful where you walk. Thanks!

Friendly staff, quiet community, and maintenance team is on top of their jobs. I would like to see the pool have extended hours in the am for older people to get some laps and or some peace and quiet in. Would like the team stay on top of hand sanitizer on dumpster, TV in pool area doesn't work properly. Other than that, good place to call home!

The interior is cheap, appliances are cheap, not many activities offered, pool closed randomly, small units, unresponsive team, team is not united (different messages from different people), paying rent is a nightmare, overpriced, patients from the hospital wander around community, and you can tell the money goes to paying people not the apartments people live in.

Nice apartments. Great amenities. Staff is kind and caring. If and when there is a maintenance problem is it usually addressed within hours. The grounds are well kept and the area is relatively quiet.

I really love living here eventhough I lived here before. I can honestly say I'm happy to come home to my apartment everyday and nobody can bother me within it. New carpet, new appliances, new flooring, it's awesome. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. Thank you Station Square!

The apartments are great there are a few looked over details but it doesn't bother me, however this can't really be helped but some of the neighbors in this community are very inconsiderate and very noisy seemingly all day every day sometimes through the night.

I've lived in several apartments, but this is my favorite apartment. I live in a large one bedroom and it's perfect for me. I do have one or two concerns first of all there's always some kind of problems with the gates, which make it hard to get delivery sometimes and also there's also problems quite often with the garbage garbage disposals or whatever the problem is, the garbage ends up outside in front of the shoot instead of inside that bothers me and I complained about it

The apartment is great, many great amenities, and pretty friendly. If there are any issues the friendly staff take care your it quickly. We like living here. We would love it even more if the price would go back down.

Tubs are excessively high. Apartments are not immune to dog noise from neighbors above if you are in the lowest level. Management does a nice job getting neighbors to meet each other but are in flexible to financial disagreements.

Needs more parking around phase 2 always have to park on other side of community at night, also only a handful of sidewalk lights work during night time, mailbox locations are far from most of the units

My experience for the most part has been positive. Maintenance is responsive and quick and so is the front office, especially Liz. I feel safe in my apartment daily. The quality of the apartments is good, I wish they would upgrade the washers and dryers

The apartments are ok, I feel the price is high for the size but that is the prices in the area. Water bill is outrageous, and majority of the time the entry gates are either stuck open or not working at all which if they are serious about security these would be corrected immediately.
