D9nt get one that backs right upto to the highway unless you enjoy trying to sleep with earplugs. I will say that I never hear anything from my neighbors but living right next to a main road leads not being able to sleep

My wife and I really enjoy the community - although, the amount of times I've seen neighbors leave their pet waste is a little disturbing, especially since we have so many bag/trash can stations. I don't want to enforce anything - but I also don't like stepping in mess...

It is very quiet and pleasing to live. My apartment is oh so cozy. the pond and fountain are a nice touch and very relaxing to walk. Exercising and staying healthy are a breeze here. I am happy to be here.

I've had nothing short of a great experience! The office staff and maintenance staff are amazing! Every concern I've had has been handled promptly and correctly. Maintenance even explains what they're doing and why they're doing it. It's a little pricey but a great community!

So far so good. It is quiet. I take public transportation and a bus stop is just a hop and a skip from my building. I have not had an opportunity to walk the whole premises, but what I have seen so far the up keep of the grounds are great.

I love the location,it's a very central location. You can get downtown in 10-15 minutes and also Southside within 15 min (hull st,midlothian etc..) the maintenance team is really good,anytime I have ever put in a maintenance request they're there by the next business day.

Very friendly, patient and professional team that took time to show me exactly what I wanted -repeatedly! I especially liked the way they worked together - as a real team -so you never have to wait for anyone to come into the office - they all do a superior job for you. Horrible money hungry community. Forced to pay cable that i did not want pet fees that didn't apply to me because "neighbors complained about barking" as if dogs don't bark all day that isn't mines. Never fixed the A/c so all Summer was terrible

When moving in the floor was soak and wet from them carpet cleaning that morning. When it did finally dry it smelled like dog. Besides that the apartment is great! I've had a maintenance issue already they fixed it with 24 hours, which I loved. Quick maintenance repairs means a lot!

Friendly office workers, maintenance is really nice. I think some apartments need upgrading because things keep falling apartment. For the amount of money could be better. I like gym, office access, pool with grills and car service area.

The complex is clean, employees courteous some of the rental fees are bad though fee for this fee for that to much and it increases monthly rent Also ducks poop everywhere wish I can stay on the most part but increase in fees prevents me from staying

Nice apartment community with the standard apartment noises. Friendly staff. My only complaint would be the poor lighting in the rear apartments parking lot ... super dark. I find the staff to be nice and apartment is close to major interstate.

I really like the community. My only complaint is my neighbor above me works off hours and starts playing music or loud tv at 10pm, right about the time I am ready for quiet and sleep. I have used the signal 88 but it can take hours to get the noise to stop.

Way overpriced. We came from another state and feel like we got scammed. Their site said luxury living, but it's not at all. The outside is nice, but the inside looks like a section 8 place. Their contractor messed up so much that I don't think they knew what a level, measuring tape, or paint tape were. Water is about $100 per month, no matter how much you use. Their AC and heating units are awful and will run your electric bill way up while leaving you still hot or cold. I sweat at home during the day with the AC running non-stop. There's also a huge temperature difference between rooms. The place is infested with spiders and other bugs. Lots of bees and wasps around, too. The staff is prone to blaming the residents for this, but it's the place. They're in the walls. Go live elsewhere. We hate it here. At best, this place is an overpriced waste of money.

The staff are helpful, the landscaping is generally pleasant, and the prices are reasonable. The central office handles secure package pickup. However, the drainage needs work. Despite the presence of a pond with a fountain, stormwater will pool and stagnate in a number of places. Also, there is no recycling on site.

I have had a good experience at Ashley Park . The ground is immaculate. It is a well lit community. The pool area is well kept. I only have a complaint with the dumpster when it is broken. I think it is awful how the people pile their trash on the steps.
