Living at Conway Gardens has been such a great experience! The office staff are amazing—super friendly, helpful, and always willing to go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. They really make you feel welcome and part of the community. The maintenance team is just as great. They respond quickly and always do a good job. It’s nice knowing that if something breaks or needs fixing, it’ll be taken care of fast. The whole place is clean and well taken care of. You can tell the staff really care about keeping everything nice for the people who live here. There’s a reason there’s a waitlist to move in—I can totally see why. But honestly, it was so worth the wait.

I have been living in the Conway Gardens apts now for a few years. I highly recommend these apartments the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They truly care about how they do their jobs. The apartments are very clean and the grounds are always immaculate. They have helped me and my family make this a home!!

10/10 would recommend Conway. All my neighbors are friendly and the community is extremely pet friendly with lots of open green space's to walk your pets! The apartments are very cute with huge floor to ceiling windows (you’ll usually see cats sunbathing in them lol). and the mailboxes and trash area are located in your building which is extremely convenient. The neighborhood itself is very quiet! Maintenance is always very time efficient and usually comes the same day you place a work order and the office staff is very friendly! Oh they also have a beautiful pool and playground!

Its ridiculous the way the office staff treat people here, whether in person or over the phone, they are very rude and could not care less about the problems you are seeking assistance about. The problems range between water leaks in the bathroom (causing constant mold), squeaky doors and creaky floors, disgusting foyer that never gets cleaned, HUGE!! BUGS even after they send the exterminators in, ridiculous set up of the pool and pools hours, parking is absolutely terrible worst if u get home after 6, from time to time you'll see adjustments to your bill which were not explained or gone over with you before you sign your lease, terrible smoke scent coming in from the neighbors, you hear literally everything that goes on outside your doors and through your walls. I think its ridiculous you have the pull and set up the washer in the kitchen sink!!! so you literally cannot use your kitchen on wash day. the filters are disgustingly filthy the a/c works on and off and gives a loud bang every 30 minutes like its about to blow. This complex is unbearable and due to the fact that they do everything in their power keep you ties to your lease or threaten court, there is no way to get out until its up. I would never recommend any here even if it was the last place to live on earth.

we are only a few months into our lease, and we have already fully decided that we will not be renewing it. Our neighbors are extremely loud, and no matter how many times we submit a complaint, nothing changes. When you move in, they give you a piece of paper so you can mark down all of the things wrong with the apartment within five days. That's fine and all, but nothing ever goes wrong within five days. Nothing was wrong, everything was fine, that paper expired. Fast forward to around day nine, and things started falling apart. Our bathroom door fell right off of the hinges because the screws fell out of the holes. Our stove light burned out, and we haven't been able to get anybody to fix it. our apartment gets disgustingly hot because the air filter is filthy, and even though we've submitted a maintenance report to have them come fix it, they haven't. There is paint chipping off of the walls, there are cracks in the ceiling, when you take a shower in the bathroom the walls start dripping this gross yellow color? We assume that it's from the steam, but why is this happening? We've wiped it off a dozen times, and it just comes back. None of the other walls have this issue. The wall/ceiling above the stove has a HUGE air pocket in the paint from cooking on the stove and it's just getting worse. Our balcony screen door fell off the track and maintenance never came to fix it, so we had to. The ceiling fan wobbles like crazy when you turn it on. And our floors squeak so bad and the floor in our bedroom has started dipping down We were very fooled by surface value and the sweet words of the person we worked with to get this apartment. Everything seemed great before we moved in, and the first week was pretty good. But now only having lived here for a few months, we are already scouting out new apartment complexes, have presumably decided on one, and will not be renewing our lease. We pay over $1100 a month for a ---- hole apartment. $1100 a month. That is astronomical. I understand where it's located, but charging that much for an apartment that isn't maintained is ridiculous. Not to mention the fact that whenever you contact the office, good luck ever hearing back from them. We have emailed them three times about the laundry facility because there are no signs that indicate how much money it requires, and how specifically you use them since we came from somewhere with washer/dryer hook ups and have never used this before, and we have never heard back. Maintenance takes forever to contact you, we have to fight with the to get them to work with our schedule, and then they only half --- their job if they even do it at all. And I don't know if this has to do with the apartment or the city, but trash constantly piles up outside our apartment where the trash cans are because it's never taken care of properly, which, guess what, causes raccoons to swarm the place. So we get to listen to raccoons digging in the trash and fighting in the middle of the night almost every single night. It's disgusting. It is overpriced. And I am so mad that we have wasted money to live here. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It's in a wonderful location, I just wish it was better.

Several tenants who lived in the downtown departments have confirmed to me they moved because of the high level of noise coming from the upstairs apartments. That is the problem I'm encountering. The floors are squeaky and every step can be heard. Tenants are not partying but the poor insulation and squeaky floors make it difficult for me.

The environment, equipments, staff of the apartment are great! However, the wooden structure make noise when I step on the floor. Sometimes, the roof will leak water when it is raining. It's nice of the regular removing of bugs

Pest Control. The commmon area hallways in my apartment building and a few others (in the community)have insects of all types alive/dead laid everywhere. It diminishes the look of the complex. I love how the inside of my apartment looks ascetically, but pest control is an issue I have never experienced. It was so bad during the summer, I contemplated interrupting my lease agreement, paying the fee and moving someplace else.

Living in the Conway Gardens community is a favorable experience. Our apartment is quite adequate for our living purposes. We are conveniently located to swiftly get to a variety of business, recreation and points-of-interest sites by car.

I love the spacious and full-of-sunlight rooms in my apartment. The kitchen and living room are spacious as well. The bathroom is well-lit and there is a small closet with four layers so my roommates and I can put our own bathroom stuffs there separately. I also have my own clothes room inside my big bedroom and it is nice and spacious. The area is beautiful, even though it is normally dark during the night as the lights are not on much during the night, so it is a bit scary to go out at night. The washer and dryer at the laundry unit are old-fashioned (the washer does not even have the input hole for fabric softener). The facilities in the kitchen are also a bit old-fashioned (we usually have problems with the dish washer and we do not often use it). The maintenance guys are helpful and friendly. Overall I am getting used to life here and it is getting comfortable. However, the apartment area is not close to supermarkets or entertainment areas so it is not really idle for a student without a car like me.

The office and support staff have all been very helpful with the move-in process. So far, the neighborhood has been quite and peaceful. You can sometimes hear the cars from the highway in your apartment, but for the most part, it's not a major issue. The grounds are wonderfully landscaped and look very nice.

I just moved in but am very happy with Conway Gardens so far. The staff is amazingly helpful, friendly, and professional, which is what drew me here originally. We were up against a tight deadline and applied when something was available and able to move in two weeks later! The apartment is nice with plenty of room, updated kitchen, and an in-unit washer/dryer (which was a must for me), all for a relatively low rent.

It's a very quiet community, nice people at the office. Very nice pool. Spread out in a corner of Williamsburg. This apartment complex is very close to the Jamestown-Surry ferry. Within 10 miles of anything you could ever need.

The staff is very dedicated and professional, and the apartments are well worth what you pay for them. However, parking can occasionally be congested and an issue.The kitchen also is a little lacking in storage area, but it is nothing that some stand alone metal shelving can not fix.

I love this community very much, I've been here for 2 months and I am very pleased with ALL the workers at Conway! They have an awesome pool area and a fantastic playground for my grand baby's. I recommend this community!
