A great apartment community to call home!

I've lived at Brackett Apartments for just over a year, and I love it!!!! Beautiful campus, great amenities, easy access to shopping (near Aurora/99 and 205th -- close to pretty much anything you need). It's quiet and peaceful and a good mix of families, singles, seniors, diversity. Staff are helpful and responsive, and they put together events to bring the community together, like food truck nights and holiday events for families. I love it here, and I highly recommend checking out Brackett if you're looking for an apartment in Edmonds -- it's a great place to call home!!!

For your own health and safety don’t move here

I am coming on here to write this while actively living here because I am so confused and frustrated on what else we can do at this point. There is a major mold issue in our ceiling. We have had it checked out and verified its mold because our apartment complex’s maintenance man is rude and demeaning and was trying to convince us it was not mold so that they don’t have to deal with it. Currently they are supposed to be in our crawlspace checking it out but instead there are three of the maintenance workers in the trash area loudly talking and using foul language at their workplace. If you want to live somewhere that is safe and will keep you healthy DON’T move here. There is also a huge issue with homeless people on the property and property management does nothing to address this. If you’re looking for a grimy, moldy, overpriced apartment this is the place for you.

Terrible with new management

Terrible management and constantly changing. They will upcharge you whenever they have the opportunity and are considerably overpriced for what you get. I would strongly recommend a different apartment complex. Unfriendly and unresponsive staff, unless you are buying a leasing a new unit,

Excellent facilities and grounds that are well-maintained by the staff. The doorman app is great too -- maintenance requests are answered immediately and handled almost as instantly. It's a great complex and I will miss it whenever I manage to leave ;).

Overall, my experience with the Brackett complex and staff has been very good. It's a nice spot to live with good amenities, nice units, and a good location. The office staff and maintenance team have always been friendly and helpful.

I've been here a long time and I don't plan on leaving until I buy my own home. It's quiet here, perfect location, large unit size, amazing grounds, close to awesome walking forest trails and the people who work here rock! Especially maintenance!

Whether you want to keep to yourself or be social, this community provides that. Community is always kept clean and the amenities provided are great. The staff always tries to take safety precautions for the residents safety.

Brackett is a great place to live, offering security and comfort for the family. I loved being part of this community. If, It had 4 bedroom apartments, I would surely still live here. The administration staff is very friendly

Great staff. Quiet home . We love it here the game room is good place to get out and its right across the way ! Dog trails for your little pups! Or just a hike. Really nice community. Love all our surroundings!

Living here has been a great experience. Thr staff is friendly and helpful. The neighbors are mostly pleasant and quiet. I enjoy that the community is spread out and has lots of nature, makes walks with the dog enjoyable and feel safe. Lots of dogs in the community too :) would recommend.

I lived there for 3.5 years and it was excellent! Best apartments I've lived in. Great location and amenities in a nice, green/forested area. The maintenance team is great. They are very responsive, friendly, and fix things the first time. It is a dog-friendly community with good dogs and people. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good place to live.

Very competent, helpful staff. The complex is quiet and well maintained. Everyone has been so welcoming. The only drawback is that the kitchen is not designed for serious cooks. Other than that, this place is perfect.

The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Our neighbors have been friendly and quiet. The amenities are great. There is a park within one mile and a great coffee stand within one mile. Plenty of uncovered parking and the apartment layout is great.

Its fine if your like 40+ and 1800 isnt a lot of rent to you coupled with car bills and ----. You gotta pay for amenities you dont even use and guess what? Theres not even assigned parking spots under $300 and again. Their is no AC

I would definitely recommend Brackett. It is like living in a park. The noise level outside is very quiet for such a large complex. When I submitted a work order, was taken care of immediately. The only negative comment is that there is no cupboard space in the kitchen.

We have really enjoyed living here. The units are nice, its a very quiet comply. It has improved significantly since Brackett took over too. Amenities, apartment quality, maintenance responsiveness and the office staff have definitely improved. Great staff!

Excellent community. Best Ive found in the area. Landscaping is beautiful, management and maintenance are responsive and parking is plentiful. Location makes commuting to Seattle easy, while still feeling distanced from the city.

Brackett overall has been a great place to live and we have continued to renew our lease a few years in a row. Definitely miss the availability of amenities pre-COVID, but understand the CDC guidelines limiting this. Really wish parking was al covered, but it is free if needed which was a big perk over other locations.

I've lived at Brackett apartment for about 3 years, the grounds are well kept up, it's a quiet complex and I rarely hear my neighbors. The leasing office staff is courteous and helpful. I want to give huge kudos to the office staff member named Jordan. Jordan is exceptionally helpful, he goes out of his way to assist at all times and I can't say enough about the great qualities of this young man. The word that defines my opinion of Jorden is WOW, his positive and helpful attitude is amazing. This guy is going places.

Brackett is a great community to live for us. Easy to get into Seattle, but plenty of access great entertainment options up north as well. Staff does a good job of providing support and information to us residents and the maintainence team is always prompt, efficient and friendly.
