I really loved my apartment when I first moved in. However a few months in, new neighbors upstairs started playing in a band until 9/10pm. I understand 10pm is quiet hours but when I am up at 4am to coach and then teach 4th grade, it's nice to go to bed around 8. I put in a few complaints but since quiet hours are so late, it feels like I just have to deal with the noise. I bought noise canceling headphones to try and sleep and ignore the vibrating walls. Besides that situation, I really love my place and wish I had different neighbors who were conscious of others around them.

While overall a pleasant community, the interior appears to just be remodeled while the exterior was left behind. Nearly impossible to load in large items or furniture due to exterior railings/stairways.

The Brackett community has been such a smooth experience. Maintenance is reliable, the staff is professional. Our apartment layout is efficient, and we love having a balcony/ patio. With easy access to the interstate, and just a few miles from the beach its easy to go from the mountains to the city. On top of that there are grocery options within walking distance and a couple of great restaurants within feet of the complex.

The rent prices reflect the extra amenities provided.(pool/hot tub, mini golf,yoga/gym,etc) but With covid happening and all of the amenities closed, the cost has not reflected that. We no longer have access to anything other that a dog was room. Great for those with pets but not helpful for the rest of us. Personally I feel rent should drop down until access is allowed again.

Great community. Terrific maintenance department. Apartments nicely refinished. Parking can be challenging at times. Management has been extremely helpful during the whole Covid-19 epidemic, consistently cheerful and responsive. Rent is a bit high, but comparable to surrounding options. Environment well worth cost. Overall terrific place to live.

I like that everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. Office staff and maintenance are always available if you need them. The parking situation has gotten a lot better Anything that breaks can be fixed in a fairly quick time frame

I have lived at Brackett for 8 years and just signed on for another year. It's been a great place to live. Very pet friendly. Helpful and response office and maintenance staff. The grounds are kept up beautifully.

I just moved in here in July 2020 and have had the best living experience here so far. The staff is always very friendly and super fast to respond to any emails. The location and price are amazing and is by far the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in.

Our time here has forced us to rethink all our previous apartments. The buildings are small and homelike, interspersed with well kept green spaces, and the management team consistently and without fail shows real pride in their work. And so they should.

This space is about the size of a small studio not comfortable for two people and an animal even with barely any furniture. The units are definitely not sound proof, extra squeaks and short ceilings so you can literally hear stomping and steps all the time. All utilities paid by renter and were told to be about $50 but comes out to about $160 a month and only electric is metered individually which usually come out to $80 . There is no privacy for how they spaced out the units some of them face directly 10 ft away from another unit . Our mailboxes are broken into often and cars are thefted . No security cameras in nessecary spots (cameras in pool area , gym, and recreational center ), even after suggesting it and there being multiple problems and shared concerns. Disappointed to say the least be careful of how long you lease its expensive to break it.

Great place to live. Everyone is super friendly. Recent renovations make everything look brand new inside. However, black mold is a problem here and an inconvenience, we spend a lot of time cleaning around the windows.

Disgusting insect infested apartment complex. Neighbors blasting their stereo at all hours. Dog poop everywhere. Only live here if you're currently homeless and just need a place to get off the streets.

I've been a resident at Brackett Apartment Homes for over 5 years. I originally intended to stay for 6 months while I sold my house, but I stayed because of its great location, courteous and professional staff, and pleasant green spaces. The property has changed management a few times since I've been here, and each time there is continuous improvement. The staff will regularly poll the residents to ask for feedback, and all the feedback I've given has been addressed. For example, the trash areas by the parking lots were often overflowing and messy. They had maintenance staff take care of it and have recently implemented a valet trash service to help manage the issue. The response and improvement has been excellent. The staff are very courteous and always address me by name (they knew my name even before I learned theirs, which is surprising. This is a large complex.) Most packages are left at the office and the staff manages package pickup very well. All my maintenance requests have been promptly and fully addressed. I have a balcony that overlooks a large green space with lots of grass and trees. I use the balcony often, in all seasons, and it's very peaceful and pleasant. I highly recommend Brackett Apartment Homes. The location is excellent. There are nice walking routes in all directions, with a grocery store and some nice parks all in walking distance. I-5 is a short jaunt away--easy on, easy off. The staff are responsive, professional, and courteous.

I left this on Yelp, but wanted to make sure I spread the word - :) Having lived in multiple apartments all across the US, I have to say that Brackett was one of my favorites. The location is perfect because it is close enough to catch the bus and be downtown in 30 min, also a quick trip (like 5 min) to Edmonds waterfront area shops, restaurants, hipster dive bars, etc. I found the staff very helpful and pleasant, but I'm a rule follower so never had to really interact with them except for packages and 1 maintenance issue. The price is also very competitive and the space and location for the money is unparalleled anywhere downtown. I lived close to the main leasing area so it was pretty quiet. Parking was always available on the street for my friends and they have some unreserved spots in the lot. If you live close to the clubhouse you can pick up their wi-fi. Also, I have a pretty big dog and they were okay with it... maybe I was an exception? IDK, I have seen others... Only downside is there really isn't anything good within walking distance it's bus or car for sure. My experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

#brackettapartments great community lived here since 2015 when precious that greystar took over it has been nothing but great things. New look.. love the idea of the amenity center and the community graden can not wait when they are ready.

The rent is insanity for the quality, but I'm stuck in the area until my child graduates high school. Appliances are mediocre-we've gone through 3 washers in less than 2 years-and you have to put in multiple work orders to get things fixed. There were many times I'd have the work order show as closed, when the tech hadn't been to the apartment - which I knew because I'd been home. Storage is non-existent for more than one austere person, and carpets and fittings are cheaply made and poorly applied (carpet edgings pulling up from "new" carpet, cabinets and shelved drooping and bowing to the point nothing stays on them). I will say that since the new management company has come on, there at least seems to be an attempt to fix issues, as well as a staff that doesn't treat you like YOU purposely broke the washer. I'm not sure if I'll be renewing my lease, unless pricing is MUCH improved with the new company. it is a beautiful area, and convenient to everything - Seattle, Everett, the freeways and good shopping are all reasonably accessible.
