Yep, go somewhere else!

I moved in there because it was cheap to get into but they didn´t tell me it would be expensive to get out of! Of course not, silly me! <br> <br>The office staff was rude and at times, vague and evasive. Like you were a bother to them oftentimes. I didn´t see many children and the place really didn´t seem kid-friendly either. Parking was a nightmare most of the time and the neighbors weren´t very friendly. The apartments are constructed poorly and it was like living in a motel. Maintenance was slow and I had to get them up several times over a broken dishwasher. It still wasn´t fixed when I left. <br> <br>I wouldn´t move there again or recommend it to anyone else.

BAD-BAD-BAD

The mangement is horriable, things always break and they do not fix them. We we finally moved out after we fulfilled our lease and they refused to give us any of our deposit money back, and charged us additional fee since I did not clean out the window tracks. The place was spotless. They will find any way to keep you money. Renter Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the exception of one gentlmen managment is very rude and unproffesional. Good location but there are many other places in the area.

Where do I begin. Managment is horrible, things break everyday and it takes them forever to fix. Did I mention Managment is horrible? They do not know how to treat there Tenants. Our lease is up very soon, and we are asking for a rate decrease due to renter´s market. They are very rude and are unwilling to negotiate better rent. I have found better apartments for $100 less a month. They qouted my wife a 2 bed 2 bath apt for 790.00 and are unwilling to give us a new apt for that price. Its best if you just keep on looking.

DON´T GET STUCK IN A LEASE HERE

I just moved into Firdale Village and have had nothing but trouble from the management here. And unfortunatly for me I signed a year lease so I have to stick it out. Don´t get me wrong, the apartments are wonderful. Very big and nice washer-and dryer in the hall way. But management is horrible, they have messed up my rent and other things and I finally had to go to the corporate office. I hope they can resolve it. But unless management here gets changed I WILL NOT be renewing my lease.

They have poor response in issues with these apartments soon after we moved in we realized that there were roaches when we called management on this issue they told us that they would send out a exterminator. 4 months later they did then told us we would be billed for the service and any other apartment around us that has complaints of this problem.

Treated me well, nice roomy apts, great amenities

Leasing agents were great, amenities were awesome, apartment was very nice and had no major maint. problems. I never noticed any crime problems when I lived there, the only real downfall to these apartments is major lack of parking, plus there´s just too many people living there. It´s a large complex, we had to park a good block away at times and walk to our apt in the dark. Otherwise, they were okay to live in. We moved in for dirt cheap too...(under $200 if you can belive it!)

Buyer- or Renter- Beware!

I have been through the approval process there, which was much like other places or so I thought at first. Then I find out that with out me even moving in the lies begin. It´s really too bad that it is so poorly managed.

Choose A Different Location

I am giving up my lease in a couple of weeks, and am waiting to get out of them. For 8 months, I had asked them to fix things, such as a new carpet that is very very bad, the bathroom, which has paint and other stains all over, for 8 months i have been promised to get these things like this *but many other then what i listed* the said it would be done, but not once have the followed through. Police are constantly at the Firdale Village apartments, and it can be very scary, when the police tell you not to leave your apartment, and stay inside. I do not recomend these apartments at all
