I have been at one Paseo going on 7 years. I love living here my apartment is beautiful. I can walk everywhere. Shops, restaurants , and grocery store everywhere I go. It’s dog friendly the amenities here from the gym to the Jacuzzi and the pools. It feels like you’re living in a five star hotel. The staff are very sweet if I ever needed anything they take care of it right away. We have fantastic security since I live alone, I feel very safe .. i Love living here and you will too just take a tour.

Immediately felt at home. The building is beautiful and very well taken care of. The staff are all super nice, professional and go above and beyond! Only negative is there's a little too much catering to families and retired. Such a nice area but there needs to be more adult entertainment options at one paseo!

One for sale is the best community in North County, the leasing, maintenance and management staff is the best in the business. Great community of people in a great area. Highly suggest for anyone looking to live a healthy active lifestyle away from the noise.

The experience in this apartment is excellent. I've been doing very well for over three years now. There wasn't a single uncomfortable topic here. I think it's an apartment with convenient everything and the most convenient and excellent community among the surrounding apartments. You can feel it even more when you compare the surrounding houses.

It’s okay, a lot of things need to be done. I can hear neighbors above me so thin layers and noisy. My expectations were high based on how they presented the place. The building and service does not match, hopefully they will implement ways to improve.

Consistently the team is very proactive in addressing issues or concerns. Yesterday there was a large party in the rental room and the rented bbq grill filled the entire pool/workout open air common area with a lot of smoke and the bbq grill was under the overhang of that structure. It was significant permeation by the gate and into the apartments. Unrelated to survey but thought you should be careful with outside vendors be in going in portable grills.

We enjoy living here every day! Best place to live in north county San Diego. My health and wellbeing improved since moving here. Apartment is very comfortable and the amenities that this community offers and the beautiful surroundings are very lovely and so nice to have. Leasing staff and management are thoughtful and professional in every way, especially Dan. Maintenance always responds promptly to every request and does an excellent job every time.

This community is great overall, with everyone being very friendly. While a few interactions with the staff haven’t been the best, the overall experience is positive. It’s very quiet and relaxing, and all the amenities are great. Moving in and out can be difficult because of elevators and the walk to get to door.

The surrounding facilities are good, and the staff is friendly. However, there is a lot of noise between floors, such as footsteps. Also, the apartment is 5 years old, and I think it would have been nice if the carpet had been replaced before I moved in.

One Paseo provides more amenities and more helpful management than anywhere else I've lived, with the added benefit of walkable shopping and dining. Very nice renting experience, for those who can afford it! For those with mobility problems who need elevator access and en suite bathroom with a roll-in shower, this is the only apartment complex in Del Mar Heights with these accomodations.

One Paseo is the most convenient, clean , well designed community to live in . The amenities are useful and pleasing . Access to shopping and dining is well appreciated as it is so convenient. The lounges are awesome and well designed . Mailroom gets well used and offers free coffee . Love the theater lounge too .

That’s peace of mind you can’t put a price on. Bernard, who joined the team more recently, has been just as phenomenal. Always attentive, quick to help, and completely locked in. He and Dan work in sync, and I genuinely view them both as equal pillars of this community. Their professionalism and consistency are unmatched. Overseeing it all is Theresa, the property manager—and her leadership shows. Managing nearly a thousand units in an upscale market is no small task, but this team handles it with grace, precision, and heart. And let’s talk amenities—top-tier across the board. Saltwater pools with cabanas and hot tubs, a fitness center that rivals boutique gyms, yoga and spin studios, co-working spaces, fire pits, grilling stations, a screening room, dog spa, golf simulator—you name it, they’ve thought of it.
