Poor quality and Poor staff

Poor quality and Poor staff. The apartments are not well made and you can find issues all over the place and they will charge you for those when you move out. The front office staff are very rude and do never respond to emails or requests. Not worth the hassle to live here

It's like living at a resort!

I love living at One Paseo SO much! First, my apartment is gorgeous and well-appointed, and the friendly staff goes out of their way to make it feel like a great home and community. Second, the grounds and amenities are all fantastic, so well designed and maintained, never any trash laying around or dead plants like I've seen in every other community I've lived in. I work "from home" and my colleagues have made a game of figuring out where I'm working from because I've always got something fun in the background -- whether a cozy fireplace, inviting pool or lush palm trees. Finally, you can NOT beat the location. Lots of great shops, lunch spots and nice restaurants just downstairs in One Paseo itself, and just across the street you've got dozens more plus a grocery store, gas station/mechanic, and the awesome "SkyDeck" which is its own fun experience. Then shoot 5 minutes down the road to explore Del Mar's adorable downtown or have your toes in the sand!

So far it has been a good experience - we have had an issue with our front door lock, and also did feel a little deceived about the doormats (when we moved in, everyone seemed to have a doormat, so we also bought one. Then, 4 months letter, everyone with a doormat got a dunning notice demanding they immediately remove their doormats for violating the community guidelines...) But overall it's been a very nice place to live.

Very good I really like living here, my life is pleasant and calm Temporarily stopped using the pool, probably the water in it needs to be changes. Sometimes there are dog marks in elevators Thank you so much!

Everyone is amazing! The community is well kept and just overall a great place to live. I’m super happy here and would absolutely recommend living here. The gym is a big thing that originally pulled me in but the quality of my apartment far exceeds expectations.

I love One Paseo. The staff, the cleanliness, the grounds all so peaceful and serene you never have to leave! Everyhing is walkable Food, Drink, Shopping are all at your fingertips and you never have to get in your car.

We looked at apartments all over San Diego and One Paseo checked all of our boxes. The amenities, walkability, and staff are wonderful. The property is very well maintained. We worked with Dan in the leasing office who was excellent.

It’s a very nice but very loud environment depending on how close your apartment is to the parking garage. Car alarms are disturbing multiple times per day. The apartment quality is average, materials and machines used are not of such high standard. Otherwise it’s clean and a nice place to be.

Everyone...the employees of One Paseo Living as well as the residents...are very friendly and respectful. The community is always very clean and well-maintained. My only complaint is the noise level. We live on the 7th floor and have a lovely view, but we are right above where the trash trucks empty the dumpsters every morning and we are also right above the dog park. Some people don't seem to care if their dogs bark or yip incessantly. I wondered if it was just me until I heard another resident shout loudly "Shut up!"

It is unbelievably noisy here!!! Trucks unloading. Trucks backing up. Leaf blowers beginning at 04:00. Resident monster trucks with loud exhaust revving and squealing from the garage to adjacent roads. Elevator doors slow down then jam passengers when they try to enter or exit.

gym equipment is broken all the time and takes many months to fix. It doesn't feel like this is well managed to there is anyone taking active responsibility for making sure the equipment stays maintained. Requests for missing or broken attachments don't seem to get taken care of. key fob readers often do not work correctly creating lots of inconvenience.

Adrianna is a dream! Having a residence manager on staff has made a huge difference. She really understands the residents needs and complaints and always does her best to please us, within the limits of her job, of course!!! She has made a huge difference! Love living at One Paseo!

My husband and I love living at One Paseo! The apartment and facilities are so lovely, and the staff are super helpful! Whenever I have a maintenance request Peter fixes it for me without any hesitation and usually on the day of submitting the request. We also love that it’s a dog friendly with dog parks and lots of nice places to walk our dog. Highly recommend One Paseo if your looking for a luxury apartment and b Carmel Valley / Del Mar area!

Wonderful service from Peter Chen in Maintenance

Peter Chen fixed several issues in my apartment today and I have to say that he went above and beyond my expectations. Not only is he fast and efficient, he is friendly and knows exactly what he is doing. I have had many different maintenance employees come to my apartment to fix issues over the years but Peter is the only one who has gone above and beyond to make sure I am completely satisfied. If you need maintenance help, ask for Peter Chen. He is by far the most knowledgeable and friendly maintenance staff you will encounter at One Paseo. This guy deserves a raise or promotion!
