FABULOUS LEASING EXPERIENCE. No doubt Greystar put their finest leasing agents and staff at this property. Mia and Malissa in the leasing office have been nothing but helpful, friendly and professional throughout the process from our first inquiry about living here to the multiple tours of the property, the application process and move in. They both made themselves available as needed, expedited special requests in a timely manner and were friendly and made the process hassle free and simple. They were patient and went above and beyond to meet some special requests and needs we had. As for the property itself it's at state of the art complex. new construction, fabulous amenities and you can tell the attention to detail that management pays to the the condition and care of the property. It's located within walking distance to One Paseo and Del Mar Highlands which made it an even easier decision to choose this property. We're excited to call this place home.

Great! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I had some issues with cox cable but one Paseo stepped in to make this go as smoothly as possible. I really appreciate the friendly and positive attitude all of the staff members have.

Bad experience all the way through. This place is badly run, it is poorly built (black mold issues,...). If you are concerned about your safety in the time of pandemic, this is not a place for you: No one wears masks in the elevator and common areas, good ground for getting the Covid. All in all, it is very expensive for what it is and I do recommend the place. There is either a parking garage across the street and you will get the leaf blower at 7am, or racing in the parking garage in the middle of the night. Let's not forget the very noisy courtyard, or the streets.

I'm very happy with my choice to move here. The move-in was extremely easy. There are two truck docks and a huge service elevator. The management team is extremely helpful, professional & welcoming. The maintenance team keeps the premises very clean. The amenities are exceptional. This is the first time I've lived in a community like One Paseo and I'm enjoying every minute. I'm in walking distance to retail, food, grocery, postal amex, Itan. What else do you need. I'm extremely happy I moved here.
