maintenance staff is great and friendly/responsive though the feedback/notification system could use help. more issues with amenities than i would expect for a newer build, but perhaps it usage dependent. interactions with front office staff highly variable, usually don't answer emails.

Exceptional Maintenance Service! I just had a maintenance worker come into my apartment to address a number of issues, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. The worker arrived on time, was very friendly, and made sure to explain what needed to be done and how long it would take. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing, and I felt completely at ease with him working in my space. He was respectful of my home and ensured that everything was tidied up afterward. As for the quality of the work, everything was fixed perfectly! The issues I had, from a toilet not functioning properly to some minor repairs, were handled with such attention to detail. It’s evident that he took pride in doing things right, and I’m really impressed with the results. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the maintenance service I received. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care taken to make sure everything was in top shape. Highly recommend this service to anyone in need of quick, reliable, and thorough maintenance!

We love this community. Heck, we may never leave. There are a few "oddities" that I find "distracting" but overall things are fantastic. I especially like and enjoy the company of your "front desk representatives" and in particular Bernard. He is the quintessential example of the perfect community facing reps of your community. He is kind, engaged, helpful, always attentive, fast to act, and just an all-around wonderful person. We need more people like him!

I love living here at One Paseo and am truly blessed to be able to via the affordable housing program. Everything here is great and I always feel like I am on a permanent vacation with the pool and other great amenities! Just be aware that if you are on the bottom floor, the noise is a lot. Each unit has hardwood flooring and there is no sound proofing between the floors. So if someone above you drops something or is vacuuming it is quite loud. I am used to it because we are truly lucky to live here! I still would recommend living here as you have the best of both worlds! Great dining and shopping just footsteps from the complex and all the great additions of living here. The two pools, the large gym, and many other great perks!

Very nice place. Amenities are great and the staff is nice. I will say the apartments have some design flaws and lack storage and closet space. Living above the pool can get pretty noisy in the summer time with kids being home from school but overall we really like living here.

The community immediately felt like home. It being so quiet is so amazing considering I moved out of a very noisy home. Contacting maintenance, getting mail, asking questions, etc are all very easily accessible. My top complaint is the parking in the parking garage. The spots are way too small and too close to the poles. My spot is in between 2 poles and extremely stressful to park in.

One Paseo leasing staff is amiable & helpful. They address my issues with concern& efficiency. I feel safe inside the building. Ace security is not patrolling the grounds sufficiently.There are cars everyday parked where the they don’t belong blocking the entrance to the second floor garage posing accidents dangers. My designated trash room smells & needs to be desinfected& tended to daily. The seventh floor garage across the Leasing office still has truancy: the cameras need more attentive staff. I should not have to call them.

When I first moved to One Paseo in August of 2020 it was a complete mess. Ants were everywhere. Support from Paseo/greystar did not inspire confidence. My neighbors and I were incredibly frustrated -this is all well-characterized. For a “luxury” apartment the appliances are poor quality. Having lived in 3 apartments over 14.5 years in Manhattan I know what luxury looks like. I’m a model tenant. No loud music. I’m clean. I pay on time. My Porsche 911 4S was bumped and received a bit of damage in the garage. My assa abloy app didn’t work for years. I followed all the steps. Nothing. My requests for help/support fell on deaf ears. I NEVER received a single update on progress. It was always me that had to reach out. No remedy. The automatic debit on my checking account wasn’t reliable. Never an issue for any other automatic debits I had -only one Paseo. Setting up a new one with micro deposits that never arrived was beyond tedious. The community of shops and restaurants are remarkable. I love that aspect so I stay.

We have been residents at One Paseo for almost 3 years. How time flies when you're having fun!! The staff has been very helpful on a couple of occasions. The grounds are lovely. There are a wide range of people and ages. From young families to retired people and people on the move.

Disappointing Experience at One Paseo Living

As former resident of One Paseo Living, we feel compelled to share our overwhelmingly negative experience with this complex. From the moment we moved in, it was clear that this was not the upscale living environment it claimed to be. Let's start with the building itself. The so-called "luxury" apartments were anything but. The walls were paper-thin, providing zero insulation from the constant noise of neighbors. Whether it was blaring music, yelling matches, or the endless barking of poorly trained dogs, peace and quiet were nonexistent. Sleep became a luxury we could only dream of. The quality of construction was abysmal. Plumbing issues were a constant headache, with leaks and clogs plaguing the building. Maintenance requests were met with delays and half-hearted attempts at quick fixes that never lasted. But perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the staff. Incompetence seemed to be the defining trait of management. Communication was virtually nonexistent, with emails and phone calls routinely ignored. When confronted with concerns, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, displaying a shocking lack of professionalism. The leasing office was a revolving door of clueless employees who seemed more interested in collecting rent than addressing the needs of residents. Requests for assistance were met with eye rolls and sighs, as if inconveniencing them was some unforgivable sin. It was abundantly clear that resident satisfaction was not a priority. Rent prices continued to skyrocket with each passing year, far outpacing any improvements or amenities offered. It became increasingly evident that One Paseo Living cared more about lining their pockets than providing a livable environment for their tenants. In conclusion, we would strongly advise against anyone considering One Paseo Living as their next home. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and look elsewhere for a place to live. You'll thank yourself in the long run.
