Property is always well maintained and clean. Grills are always cleaned every time I grill. The leasing team is very efficient everytime I have any concerns. I look forward to using the amenities like the pool and hot tub after the gym. Love it here.

    My move-in experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. The team was very responsive, helpful, and made sure all my questions were answered ahead of time. On move-in day, everything was ready as promised, which made the transition easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the warm welcome and the level of professionalism shown throughout the process.

      This is a well-managed property, in a good neighborhood, clean and quite. We've enjoyed living here for almost 5 years now! If they would be able to keep the rent increases at a reasonable rate, I would sat that the living conditions are close to excellent!

        I’ve had a generally positive experience living in this community. The grounds are clean and well-maintained, and the neighborhood feels safe and convenient, with easy access to shops and transportation. The maintenance team usually responds on time and handles requests properly. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever I have questions. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live, and I would recommend it to others.

            Lived here since 2023, amazing property, well cleaned and maintained, great staff. the location is also really great, you have grocery stores, gas stations, and the famous santana row nearby, campbell is 6-7mins away and downtown is 15mins away.

              I like the place, quality and maintain, and great stuff- on the other hand: it is noisy in many mooring due to gardening and maintenance outdoor, and the outdoor grill are not operating for way too long- fix it :P

Our landscaping and maintenance teams follow a set schedule, but I ll review it with them to see if there s any flexibility to reduce early?morning disturbances. As for the outdoor grills, thank you for calling that out. We know they ve been down longer than expected, the new grills have been installed and should be back up and running in no time, just in time for the spring and summer season.                   Honestly, this is a great apartment community and I really enjoy living here. It’s clean, quiet, and well maintained. Having two pools, hot tubs, and gyms is a huge plus because nothing ever feels overcrowded. The leasing office staff is always friendly and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference. The location is also clutch... close to shopping, restaurants, and Santana Row is a short walk away. My apartment itself feels modern and pretty luxurious. I’m definitely planning to renew when my lease is up.

                      I just moved in to this community. The apartment is very clean and spacious with lots of amenities. The move in process was quick in timely. The parking situation could be smoother since there is a waiting list for parking spots.

                        Overall great experience so far. Problem with guest parking- never available, outside and inside. Since moving in I was never able to have a guest park in guests spots. Never. Club house party noise past quiet hours should be enforced. At least 2 FOB keys should be given upon move in.

                            The bad: Almost every weekend and some weekdays, people will play blasting music in the pool area for the entirety of the day and beyond quiet hours after 10pm. I don't believe there's any on-site security that can be contacted, I always get referred to the non-emergency police number. We have seen one live cockroach in the stairway next to the elevator, and the hallways smell of garbage due to stains in the carpet. I think perhaps people don't follow the rules of placing their garbage between the hours of 6-8pm, and they aren't told off for doing so. On the flip side, when we received a notice to collapse our boxes for trash delivery, we followed that feedback and the next day we got a different notice saying it was too bulky. Kind of not worth $420 a year when I could just walk 60 seconds to the trash room and the hallways would smell cleaner and with fewer garbage stains. The good: Team members at the leasing office are very attentive, caring, and knowledgable. I really appreciate their hard work. Similarly, maintenance is generally very great - especially Oscar - make sure you keep him!

                                  I am currently using Verizon for both my mobile phone and internet services. However, I have been experiencing frequent disruptions: my mobile phone often shows “SOS only” service, and the internet connection is extremely slow. I am unsure whether these issues are caused by the service provider or by the apartment’s MDF room. Regardless, it has been causing significant inconvenience. I would appreciate your assistance in investigating and resolving this matter.

                                    The whole move-in process was easy and smooth. The Lynhaven team is easy to reach out to for help, and the maintenance folks are awesome. I think the only thing that might need more attention is the cleanliness of the common areas. Some of the amenities, like the sofa, had dirt on them.

                                        It’s been good and bad. Garage gate is constantly broken, multiple break ins to vehicles occur. The door took months to get fixed. Amenities are nice but it would be nice if the pet spa and pet run were cleaned more often. The staff are a hit or miss, maintenance has generally been great. I understand it’s up to the residents to follow our lease agreement but it would be nice if management figured out solutions to ensure everyone here was creating a peaceful living environment.
