The Lynhaven community is fantastic! My overall experience from the initial tour has been great. The staff here has been amazing, communicative & helpful. The community is spotless and the location is central to everything you could need. They have great community events here too. Id highly recommend Lynhaven!

very noisy no feedback for my maintenance request and complaining. Again and again. So terrible. Noisy from above unit. And the questionnaire is stupid why u have the 202 characters required? Wasting my time to put in the useless word

Absolutely superb. Nothing to add. I am very happy that I found this wonderful community and now I can call it my home. Everything here is luxurious, premium, and well thought out. The leasing office staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional. The same goes to the maintenance staff. 10/10.

The Staff has been great and amazing. The community is great. The apartments are new and have great amenities. The location is great as its very close to Santana Row. The rooms are spacious as well. This is a brand new community so everything is nice and clean. They need to figure out a few things such as parking and mail but that's something that will eventually be handled. No other complains.

Moving in was a very quick and easy process thanks to the team, whom have been extremely helpful and welcoming. The virtual tour provided a great representation of the apartment and I'm even more happy with the space in person. This is the kitchen of my dreams and I'm extremely happy with my choice.
