We’ve been living at Lynhaven since 2022 and really love the community. The front desk and maintenance teams are amazing — always helpful and professional. That said, we’ve noticed some small downgrades over time: the new valet trash cans are uncomfortable and don’t look great, hallway scents are gone, and the pool bed curtains were removed a while ago. With rent increasing every year and upcoming parking fees, it’s a bit disappointing to feel like we’re paying more and getting less.

Just recently moved in and loving the experience so far. The amenities are great and all the staff is always very helpful! The apartment has nice finishes and was very well maintained. We specially like how quiet our new place is.

I've had a wonderful experience at Lynhaven! The leading staff has been incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism and warm attitude made settling in easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate their support and would highly recommend Lynhaven to anyone looking for a great community.

My experience at lynhaven has been welcoming and warm. There is alot of information coming at you as a new resident. It just takes time to understand all the logistics of the property. I feel safe on the property.

I've really enjoyed my time living at M Lynhaven Apartments. The location is convenient, the amenities are well-maintained, and the staff is always responsive and professional. The community feels safe and welcoming, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly. The apartments are modern and thoughtfully laid out, with lots of natural light. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Lynhaven to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live.

This is a great place to live! The staff is great and available to help whenever I need it. Also, the community is very close to all the services I need. The only thing that can be improved is garbage collection. Specifically the quality of the provided farbage bins. They were recently changed for worse ones. Other than that, everything here is great

9/4/24 (4 stars): TLDR: The leasing process had some delays and errors, with paperwork taking a week and needing multiple revisions. Moving in was smooth, but there were minor issues like a clogged sink and no WiFi for a week despite prior requests. Instructions on parking and gate access were unclear. Communication could improve, but the apartment is clean and looks good overall. 9/11/24 (2 stars): TLDR: This review is for upper management. Comcast installed the internet correctly, but the apartment's faulty internal wiring caused ethernet ports to fail. Comcast offered to diagnose the issue for $100, since the problem was related to the unit, the leasing office (specifically Ishmael and Karla) was kind and helpful enough to escalated the issue to upper management. However, the manager, Alex, was unhelpful, blamed Comcast, and refused to address the fee, despite the wiring issue being the property owner's responsibility. Charging over $4k/month while refusing to cover such fees reflects poor and greedy practices. Be cautious when dealing with upper management. 9/16/24 (3 stars): TLDR: Comcast fixed everything, providing probably the best experience I've ever had with them. Turns out, none of the ethernet outlets in the unit were working, contrary to what the previous manager, Alex, claimed. After my complaints, Lynhaven upper management (Mari and Jeremy) reached out to discuss the issue in detail. They both acknowledged that most, if not all, ethernet ports should have worked on Day 1 and promised to investigate further. While no mention of waiving the Comcast fee was made, they said they'd follow up by Wednesday. I'll give a star back for their effort, though it seems prompted by my multiple online reviews. 10/3/24 (4 stars): TLDR: Lynhaven (Mari) reached back out to me as they said they would, offering to waive my entire Comcast fee that was billed to me for having the technician come back out to fix the incomplete ethernet connections. This would be a higher rating but due to my past communications with Alex, I'm incline to say that there will be some problems will likely get pushed back towards the residents rather than solved until you spam them with bad reviews. I will say the maintenance team is very helpful and communicative, and your maintenance requests will get done quite quickly. Updated 1/22/25 (1 star): Repeated minor issues have now became very frustrating. The package room is disorganized and not secured, wasting a lot of time trying to find packages, which eventually caused my package to be stolen. I complained to Lynhaven but only got a response with an email pretty much stating nothing can be done. The Shops gate was broken then fixed, but the Winslow gate (the one I use most) broke and remains nonfunctioning as of today's date. Other problems, like a broken main elevator and unannounced peak hours water shut-offs, were resolved quickly but added to the frustration. The last straw was the poorly handled first come first serve "assigned parking" process. An email was sent on 12/31/24 during the holidays which is a terrible time to begin with, and I didn't even receive it--it went to my partner, who rarely checks her email. We found out about it late on 1/2/25 and tried to submit the parking form but it was extremely unclear, with confusing color codes that even the front desk couldn't explain. To add to that, the submission form didn't even work for us. After multiple visits and emails to management, they helped us troubleshoot and submit our form and promised us a spot near our preferred location but ended up assigning us a spot on the opposite side of the garage from the elevators we use. The first come first serve unassigned system before worked, but now they "fixed" it and I am stuck with a permanent terrible parking spot that I paid for. Funnily enough, rent due emails are always on time and they make sure I get it first thing every month. Communication and reliable support for these issues have been poor, especially considering the $4k+ base rent monthly. My package that was stolen, despite having CCTV footage, Lynhaven refused to help without a police report. As if the cops would do anything.

Overall, Lynhaven is a great place to live. The community is clean, well-maintained, and quiet, and the staff is friendly and professional. We had a significant disruption recently due to unexpected repairs, which impacted our living situation for several days. While the maintenance team and staff communicated throughout, we would have appreciated stronger support from management, especially in considering some form of compensation for the disruption. Aside from this, it has been a positive experience living here.

It’s been great so far! I really enjoy living here because the amenities make everyday life so much more convenient—whether it’s the gym, the pool, or the lounge areas, everything is well maintained. Plus, the service has been amazing. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond whenever I need help with anything. It definitely feels like a comfortable and well-run place to live.

This place is falling apart and nobody cares. Things break constantly and they aren’t fixed. Grills are disgusting, stains litter the carpet flooring throughout the complex, outdoor furniture is moldy and gross, the exterior is littered with trash and dog poop, the gate to the parking garage is always broken. Security isn’t onsite and safety is minimal. Homeless people find themselves into the complex routinely. Packages are stolen if left in the mail room for more than a few hours/overnight. Emails to management are never returned in a timely manner and they are always “working on it”. Think twice about living here and then think again if you’re still crazy enough to think it’s a good idea.

Lyhanven is a fantastic community in the middle of a coveted area near santana row, downtown campbell, literally within 10 min of everything. The apartments are clean, high end and all amenities are well maintained. The staff does a really great job of making sure all residents have a happier time here, issues are promptly resolved and we r updated throughout. We were supposed to be here only until the end of our lease but we extended as we love it so much here! Shoutout to Marie, Ishmael, Karla, Maryann, Oscar, you guys are fantastic!

Lynhaven is very chill place to live at. Although the front desk guys never know anything, they toss the blame around from one agent to the other and throw each other under the bus. I’m worried about a team who does that to each other because it means they’re not working for the best of our community but for their own agenda. I don’t like that and it doesn’t generate trust for me. Communicate better, agree on your goals, and agree on what you’re doing for Lynhaven.

Lynhaven is a beautiful and modern property with tons of gorgeous and expansive community spaces. The 2 gyms and pools make it feel like a resort and the other residents I've met so far have all been very friendly.

Lynhaven is a quiet and safe community with good amenities and a great on-site staff. The floorplans are functional and the finishes are nice. There are some decent shops and places to see within walking or biking distance, although no parks or green spaces are in the immediate vicinity.

Packages got stolen 10 times during 2 years
The leasing have the video but they refuse to do anything about it. They wont even ask the tenants who stole your packages to live the building. They ignore. They force you to live with thieves..... DO NOT COME HERE

Will miss living at Lynhaven!
My wife and I (+ our dog) lived here for 3.5 years. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful, and any maintenance tickets we submitted were resolved quickly. The apartment itself was great - tons of storage and very functional. The amenities were awesome, too! A lot of my friends enjoyed coming over to take advantage of the pools and many BBQ areas. Many of the neighbors were really nice as well. There are tons of dogs here, so our golden retriever loved meeting them all. The only reason we were moving out is because we needed more space to welcome the bun in the oven. Otherwise we definitely would have renewed. Will definitely miss living at Lynhaven!

Really easy move in
After searching around San Jose, we found Lynhaven and was recommended this place from a fellow co-worker. Moving in was easy and smooth with the help of Zaid, and we really appreciate his help in the move-in process and making it a wonderful experience. The community is nice and everything has been great so far!

Superb move in experience!
We had a smooth move-in experience thanks to Zaid. Despite being remote, he made sure we had adequate photos and videos to make an informed decision. Finalizing Lynhaven without Zaid's guidance would have been quite difficult. Post our move, he helped resolve issues we faced super fast !

Zaid went above and beyond to help us with our move. He personally showed us apartments, provided virtual tours, and was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. His assistance with the finalization process and post-move settling-in made our transition stress-free. He was incredibly helpful when we were trying to find a place remotely. He took the time to video call us around the neighborhood and even inside our potential apartment, giving us a real feel for the area.

Excellent apartments, community and Zaid!

Horrible. I warn anyone to not move here the community is not well kept and you are at high risk for theft. My vehicle was literally stolen from the parking garage. Parking garage gate took 9 months to be fixed. Amenities are poorly maintained. This place is on a fast decline.

The community as a whole is great but there are some areas that are left untouched for a while, like the garage and stairwells. At times there is trash for days/weeks until a resident picks it up. Other than that the environment is great!

My unit has so many ant’s and It’s a dump view, but It feels like they’re collecting trash in the morning. It’s really too loud. Once the package was stolen, I went to the receiving office and received a reply that I had no choice. It was ridiculous to induce a paid service.

Not clean, floor is stained, infested with ants, hard to reach staff, breakins, not too safe around the area. I had a very difficult experience moving in. I would not recommend to others about Lynhaven. I hope there is more improvement in the future.
