You definitely don’t want me marketing for you. Leaving this place early with no penalty explains it all. Management at this place has been changed during our stay and it got even worse. The place is disgusting, hallways/staircases never have been cleaned properly in 8 months. Doors not working properly. Key fobs stop working 3 times in 8 months. Management takes weeks to respond to questions and always gives the same answer that they have no resolution for almost anything.

This apartment was build in 2020 so everything is quite new. The amenities are good, especially there is a yoga room. My unit is pool-facing and there is some noise especially when there is a party at the swimming pool but it is quiet at ordinary times. I like the gas stove and W/D is also quite new and easy to use. The garage is gated however one of gate has not been repaired for a while. The property managers are nice but you had better to double check the details by yourself because they may make mistakes. So far the maintenance is quick. The apartment is close to Santana Row and it is only 5 mins drive. And it is close to 280 and 17 freeway.

Awesome community! The entire onsite staff was helpful from the time of my virtual tour up until official lease signing. I’m very happy with the decision to move here. They made my move from across the country seamless. Great place to live!

do not rent here. Way too expensive for things not being fixed. Nothing works properly. Fireplaces have always been out. You have a serious rat infestation. Rats living in the barbecue pits. Gym It never restocked and always dirty. Nothing is ever done about the rat feces underneath the pool furniture.

It was better needs to be fixed, charging a lot and slowly getting less for it. New Management needs to make an effort to know residents host events. Seems like they hide in office all day because they don’t have answers to people’s complaints. The fire alarm issue is ridiculous.

Very dirty/defective apartment when I moved in. The cleaning vendor didn’t do the job. Very difficult to get problems revolved. Poor communication. Understaffed. Dirty hallway. Garage is ungated for months

Unfortunately my experience is that the apartment management has gone downhill from past years. I’ve known residents who spoke highly of this complex before it was taken over by new management company.

Very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. The leasing office consistently ignored our emails and questions, making communication frustrating. Upon moving in, we were immediately forced to make payments, yet key access for the mailroom and garage was not provided. The apartment itself had several issues: the bathroom drain was clogged, the cabinets and hardware were extremely dirty and worn, and all the floors were covered in dirt. Overall, the management's professionalism was lacking.

My wife and I have enjoyed our new rental, from clean a clean property to excellent amenities such as the gym which is always very clean. As well as the pool, and multiple at that . Makes a great place to have guests over and enjoy time in a quiet bit beautiful complex

Nice apartments, horrible staff. Apartments: Nice and spacious. The model apartment that they show for the 2 bedrooms is bigger than the actual available units. Confirmed by Zaid. It's a few inches on a couple walls. The place needs to be up-kept better. You need a maintenance person on call everyday, not just one day a week.

I'll post reviews on Google, Yelp, etc I understand that it's not perfect but I do like it here. I location to be perfectly between work and my parents house. Area is great. Easy access to freeways and grocery stores.

The garage gates must be quickly fixed coz they can cause accidents with only one gate working and lots of cars coming in and out. Please fix the fire alarms. They are annoying as some people work at night and sleep during the day.

I think my judgment is skewed because I came from a great apartment community but so far I haven’t been much impressed with Lynhaven. The garages are always broken it seems and having to carry furniture to my door because is hard for delivery to be made to my door is annoying. There’s also gnats in and near my unit.

Lynhaven is a new apartment that is very clean. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable living space. The gym and pool are also very convenient and well-maintained. The garage gate tends to break easily, which is a minor drawback

I've endured over 7 weeks of a persistent roof leak issue in my apartment, leading to significant disruptions in my life. Despite numerous requests for resolution, the problem remains unresolved, causing mold growth and damage to my personal belongings. This situation escalated during the holiday season, resulting in emotional distress. Unfortunately, I was forced to involve Code Enforcement Department and move forward with legal action because the management ignored my pleas for resolution. We had to abandon the apartment because of significant mold growth in the primary bedroom. I would recommend everyone to avoid this apartment complex.

The issue of package storage and loss is causing a lot of stress due to frequent losses. There is a need for a prompt maintenance service response, as the current service is too slow. Additionally, there are problems with phone responsiveness, as calls often go unanswered.

The amenity at Lynhaven is great. And the leasing office staff is quite helpful when I missed one of my packages. And Lynhaven is close to Westfield ValleyFair and Santana Row, so it is very convenient for shopping as well.

Apartment are good and quite community. Neighbors are good and apartments staff are very friendly. But when I request something from residents portal response was late and I think not working. Because I asked trash can for several time and they didn't provide. We paid 35 dollars every month but we didn't use vallet trash service while 2 months.

I was apartment hunting for a few months. I was looking for a safe neighborhood, located generally close to places I would like to see but far enough that the crowds wouldn't effect me, updated apartments and building, and enough amenities that they wouldn't be over crowded. I found a few places that were close runner ups, but I found myself always comparing them to lynhaven. After that I realized this was the community for me. Lynhaven has 2 buildings, that means I have access to 2 pools, 2 clubhouses, 2 rooftop areas, 2 gyms, ample parking and much more. The community is friendly, the grounds are clean (even though its pet friendly the place doesn't smell like piss), and as far as I know, there haven't been any car break-ins in the resident parking. Grocery store across the street, valley fair down the street, downtown campbell in the other direction, close to the freeway but not too close. What more could you ask for?

The pool area is too noisy and even if you close the windows it is annoying. The security is very bad someone broke into my car parked in the garage. The rent rate is also very high compared to other apartments.

Too many non residents roaming the pool area. I don’t know for a fact that they are non residents but we see so many different people each weekend. Could be friends on residents so not sure. But like I mentioned in my previous comment seeing lots of cars in garage with no parking pass displayed. Could be just temporary.

I am not satisfied with this apartment maintenance. The staff here are not at all helpful. I personally faced many safety issues in this apartments, when i reported this to apartment manager, he simply mentioned according to their policy i should have contacted 911 if i faced any such issue. This is the type of response they give.

Overall, a nice apartment to live in. Never encountered something bad yet, which is a good sign. I love the amenities, the finishes of the building, the community and the area. Will extend my lease if everything will run smoothly.
