All I can say is WOW!! What a great place. My niece is a young Army wife and newly married. We were very worried about her moving away. When we arrived at the apartment complex we were immediately impressed. The gated complex is very clean,safe and well maintained. The pool is heated and clean. We began moving her into her apartment and a maintenance man named Andy saw us struggling with furniture and asked if we would like help. He was friendly and helpful. The office lady went out of her way to be helpful and informative about the surrounding area. I read one review that stated the Army guys smoked pot all the time....this could not be correct seeing that they are tested WEEKLY or BI-WEEKLY. I stayed a few night and the noise level was no higher than any any other apartment complex I have visited. I was on the phone with my niece and she stated she had a maintenance problem and was going to call. She called me back after speaking to them and within five minutes they were knocking on her door. I was on the phone with her they had the bedroom door knob replaced and was gone within 10min. It was Andy to the rescue again. What was more impressive is that it was less than 30min before close of office hours. They came for what most would consider a trivial matter and would have made her wait until regular maintenance hours. I heard him tell her to call anytime day or night. We love knowing she is safe happy. Thank you to the wonderful staff,maintenance and security you are doing a wonderful job!!!

This complex is so poorly ran and is not well kept at all (rundown and dirty). The Management staff is rude and very unprofessional (lazy). I would never recommend Advenir at Cheyenne Crossing to anyone.

I hate this place I moved here few months ago and I regret it every minute the is way over priced. These people are full of crap never new I get billed for than we agreed on. The maintenance people here are usless always at the ogfice sittin and eat drinking coffee. Thats why this place looks and smells like crap dog ---- everywhere smells like pee. POO ARKING SUX ALWAYS HAVING TO PARK IN THE STREETS OUTSIDE THE GATE HOW SAFE RIGHT. upstairs people smoking pot everyday very rude people and the people who are writing good reviews are probably them because I have talked to many neighbors who would also want to brake the lease DONT MOVE HERE THEY ONLY WANT TO TAKE UR MONEY...

This place is great! Any of these idiots that complain about the complex just have some kind of vendetta against someone there. I personally loved it. The maintenance crew was great and friendly. People need to GET A LIFE! Highly recommend this apartment complex.

Haven't been here a long time, just a few weeks unfortunately I'm starting to think I made a mistake. The place isn't kept up like it should be for the high rent there is dog droppings all on the side of the apartments. Also the noise levels are outrageous at like 10pm, 11pm, 12am. So disappointed. It seems like the management doesnt care. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone who likes peace and quiet it's crazy.

THE COMPLEX IS DIRTY, RUN DOWN, OLD AND THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT EVEN CARE HOW THE PLACE LOOKS. BEING IN THE MILITARY WE HAVE MOVED MANY TIMES AND LIVED IN MANY APARTMENT COMPLEXES AND THIS BY FAR IS THE WORST. THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE, EVERYTIME WE GO TO PAY RENT THEY ARE EITHER NOT THERE OR ON FACEBOOK AND EATING. THE GYM, CLUBHOUSE, POOL AND LAUNDRY ROOM ARE NASTY AND NOT KEPT UP.I WOULD NEVER RECOOMMEND THIS DUMP TO ANYONE. IF ALL THE ADVENIR APARTMENTS ARE RUN LIKE THIS ONE THEN THEY WONT BE AROUND LONG. Moved in last year and very thankful our lease is about up. It really is very overpriced for what you are getting. The 'remodeled' apartments are remodeled with the most inexpensive materials they could find. I am disgusted by the amount of dog mess that is all over the complex. If they cannot control the people who own the dogs, and make sure they clean up after themselves, they should not allow people with pets to move in. The paint is peeling all over the places, both staircases and units. The main office is always in disarray and the office management staff is horrible. Dressed unprofessionally, act unprofessionally and have no business running this place. Very glad to be moving out of here. Soon enough it will be like living in the slums, it's almost there considering how often the police are here.

Just moved in here about 3 months ago...and what a mistake Dog crap everywhere Our carpet smells like wet dog that someone had here before we moved in We have a black refrigerator that they put a piece of cardborard under it so it doesnt rock. The "FAKE" wood floors are peeling and rolling up in the corners so we had to super glue them down Our windows on the outside have spray paint on them. These are just a few of the problems this dump has. You can obviously tell the management does not care about this apartment complex. This place is WAY WAY over priced for the dump we rent. We only have about 3 months left and we are so out of here. Just found out that we also pay a extra electric bill for the complex that is over $100 dollars extra a month. Plus we also pay a real estate tax, ( what ever the hell that is). Seems like you have to let the management know if anything goes wrong or needs attention because they dont seem to care. We do not and would never recommend Advenir at Cheyenne Crossing to anyone we know.

My husband and I have lived here for a little over a year and we have never had any real issues or complaints. Its a quite safe gated community and everyone usually keeps to them selves. On a monthly basis there is a neighborly pot luck or function the complex holds to give a chance to meet with other residences. the facility is well maintained and the maintenance men are always nice and willing to help if ever an issue. The only complaint is it is over priced for the little space you get due to being so close to Fort Carson.

I'm not certain as to why there are disparaging comments in regards to these apartments. In my opinion, Advenir at Cheyenne Crossing reflect an outstanding residential community with a well-trained and professional staff. From the start of my relocation to my now monthly stint here, the staff and maintenance crew have been very friendly, productive, and timely with any of my concerns or problems. Additionally, the monthly rate here are very reasonable considering its location within the affluent Broadmoor community. I would recommend this property for anyone who are looking for "the best bang for their buck" when it comes to apartment searching. Lastly, this is one of the very few apartments in Colorado Springs that actually provide free internet and wood floors.

You forgot to mention how rude and unprofessional the "office staff" is. Thats our main problem, along with all that you listed as well. FIX THE GYM WEIGHT MACHINE, ITS BEEN BROKEN FOR 4 MONTHS.

DISGUSTING! OVERPRICED! ------ AND NOT EVEN ------ FAB! I have lived here about 8 months, and it's the worst decision ever. I would not recommend it to anyone. Parking is awful, cars with their loud radios all hours of the day and night, I hear my upstairs neighbors with their TV blaring all night. Grounds are horrible! People in the hot tub being loud and obnoxious. People come home drunk and are loud and inconsiderate in the middle of the streets. The Maintenance guys are filthy, smell of smoke. It's just overall, yuck. The main office smells like a fast food restaurant, it's dirty and management sucks.

Wonderful complex. I find it to be extremely clean, and the landscaping is aesthetically pleasing and well-kept. The apartments are spacious and well built. What's absolute best is the maintenance people. Any issue is fixed incredibly promptly and always right the first time. I've had an extremely positive experience at Advennir and I'd recommend it to anyone else.

We have lived at Advenir just over a year and have no complaints. I have had just one issue requiring maintenance and they were more than helpful and responsive. Can only speak from our experiences and Advenir is a good place to live and I feel more than safe when coming and going with our young daughter.

Lived here a little over a year now. I can't say anything bad about this complex. Parking isn't the greatest but other than that, its great! Friendly staff all around. Any problems were fixed by maintenance quickly. Live here with my daughter and there is always activities in the club house. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.

Worst place ever to live. Over priced, dirty, rundown, maintenance is worthless, speeding through the complex so be careful if you have children, its a gated complex yet the gates never close, dog poop everywhere, other then the older lady that works on the weekends the management staff is rude and unprofessional. Would never live here again if we ever had to. way over priced for the quality which is beyond poor.

My roommate and I have lived here 6 months, being in the Army we have lived in many apartment complexes and this one is the worst. We have dog ---- in front of our building and trash everywhere. Our downstairs friends pick it up so there kids dont step in it. The office manager says its picked up daily, that is false. It has also taken a month to get a work order taken care of, and its still not done. Today we needed to print copies in the computer room and the office is closed. We should be informed of office closings. This management seems to open and close when it wants to. I would never recommend Advenir at Cheyenne Crossing to anyone. BE WARNED THIS PLACE IS A DUMP !!!!

Managed horrible. Couldnt even tell you who manages this complex. Quailty horrible. They now charge everyone a REALESTATE TAX every month. Dog waste everywhere.trash is everywhere and never picked up. Dumpsters have more trash outside of them then inside. No one from the office "management" walks the complex to see how bad it looks. Maintenance is horrible. Dog waste stations are never emptied therefore they smell. Had snow and the streets were not plowed so now with it melting we have sheets of ice to drive on in the freezing mornings. Laundyroom is only cleaned once a week therefore its fithy by the 6th day. Clubhouse is a lunchroom for the staff, when they are not eating in the offices. The carpet in the clubhouse is so dirty and smells. We live by the so call rundown playground and the equipment is so rundown and old. All the summer lawn furniture is still out and not put away therefore it will be weatherized and usless in the summer. We have to ask for someone to walk around our building to pick up dog waste, otherwise it dose not get picked up. These are just a few yes a few of the problems we have to deal with at Cheyenne Crossing. Would we have known that paying $1000 a month plus high electric bills and a electric bill for the clubhouse and office use for them to stay warm and now a "realestate tax" added on as well we would never signed a lease. Six more months and we are out of here. THANK GOD!

Been here a year and what a dump. Seems like the Manager and Maintenance doesnt care about this place at all. The complex looks so run down and dirty. No one ever cleans up, dog crap everywhere. trash, debris everwhere, the main enterance looks bad with all the trash. Find it odd that when you tell the Manager there is always a excuse, or when the Staff pulls into the complex that they dont see it all. They dont care and thats so obvious how Advenir at Cheyenne Crossing looks and is ran. If all Advenir properties are ran like this one is then they wont be around for long. This proprty definitely needs a new staff, one that cares what the property looks like. Very disappointed in Advenir. We will not renew our lease.

THE COMPLEX LOOKS RUNDOWN AND NOT TAKEN CARE OF. WE CANT UNDERSTAND WHY THE MANAGEMENT OR MAINTEANCE DOES NOT SEE THIS. EVERYTIME SOMETHING NEEDS ATTENTION YOU HAVE TO TELL MANAGEMENT AND HOPE IS GETS ADDRESSED. WE USE THE MAIN GATE AND 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 THE MAINTENANCE IS STANDING OUTSIDE THE OFFICE SMOKING. THIS IS WHY THE COMPLEX LOOKS LIKE IT DOES AND NOT UP TO PAR. THIS IS A PET FRIENDLY COMPLEX AND YES THEY HAVE DOG STATIONS BUT THE COMPLEX MAINTENANCE STILL NEEDS TO BE WALK THE COMPLEX DAILY. MY HUSBAND HAS TAKEN UPON HIMSELF TO PICK THE DOG CRAP UP AROUND OUR BUILDING. THE POOL AREA THIS SUMMER WAS SO NOT CLEANED AND MAINTAINED. DEAD PLANTS AND BUSHES EVERYWHERE ALONG WITH SO MANY CIGARETTE BUTTS AND BEER CANS. THE WEIGHTROOM WEIGHT MACHINE WAS BROKEN FOR 3 MONTHS, LIGHTS OUT EVERYWHERE. ITS A EMBARRASSMENT TO HAVE COMPANY. WE USED THE LAUNDERY ROOM MAYBE 3 TIMES AND IT WAS DIRTY AND SMELLY, WAS TOLD IT GETS CLEANED ONCE A WEEK. THE LAUNDRY MACHINES WERE FULL OF DOG HAIR AND MOLD. MAINTENANCE ALWAYS HAS A EXCUSE. WE NOW USE THE LAUNDRY FACILITIES ON FORT CARSON. THE STAFF IS SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, WE DONT EVEN KNOW IF THE COMPLEX HAS A MANAGER. AS FOR THE ASST. MANAGER WE TRY TO AVOID HER AND HER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. TT SEEMS BY THE DOORS TO THE OFFICE ALWAYS LOCKED AND THE BLINDES CLOSED TIGHT THAT THEY DONT SEEM TO WANT TO BE BOTHERED. THE OFFICE OPENS AND CLOSES WHEN EVER IT WANTS. THEY SIT IN THE OFFICE TILL AFTER 10AM WITH THE DOORS LOCKED THAT YOU CANT EVEN ADDRESS ISSUES WITH MANAGEMENT. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE PAY WAY TO MUCH TO LIVE IN THIS RUNDOWN COMPLEX. THERE IS EVEN A EXTRA ELECTRIC BILL THAT ADDS 75 DOLLARS TO YOUR RENT FOR THE COMPLEX WATER AND ELECTRIC. THIS IS SO THE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE CAN BE COMFORTABLE AND DRINK COFFEE THATS MENT FOR THE RESIDENCE. WE HAVE 6 MORE MONTHS TILL OUR LEASE IS UP AND WE CANT WAIT. IF ALL ADVENIR PROPERTIES ARE RUN LIKE THIS ONE I WILL NEVER MOVE INTO ONE AND WARN EVERYONE. HOPEFULLY ADVENIR WILL SEE THIS POST AND SOLVE THE PROBLEMS WE HAVE HERE AT ADVENIR AT CHEYENNE CROSSING....

We are moving out this week and it couldnt come fast enough for us. This has been by far the worst apartment complex we have ever been in. We have been here only a short time but thank god for that. We moved into Advenir at cheyenne Crossing thinking it was a nice place,boy were wein for a surprised. First off our apartment wasnt even ready and the Maintanence gave every excuse they could. There wasnt a reason they dropped the ball and couldnt careless. We approched who we believe is the Asst Manager in the first office and all we got were eyes rolling and attitude, like she hated her job. Finally getting moved in we noticed a bad oder, we looked around and relized it was dog waste in front of a window we had open. No one ever cleans up or walks the complex to pick up dog waste. We were told there are dog waste stations all around the complex. It doesnt matter not everyone uses them and we the others should not have to deal with it. The complex is way over priced for what you get and how you are treated. My husband worksout alot and the gym weight machine has been broken for over two months. The pool area looks trashed and is never maintained. Our trash dumpster has mega trash all over the ground and its never swept up. Speeding through the complex must be ok because we watched a car speed through while the office Asst. just watched and detailed her car. The residence are the ones that have to let the office know if something does not work or they have a issue with. Never seen once the Manager ever walk the complex. We have friends that are having the same issues and as soon as there lease is up they are gone from here as well. The office is so unfriendly and sees fit to talk about others that live here in the complex that they do not like. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... But we are not surprised. Very disappointedin this complex and the so called "management".

I really don't know where do the bad reviews come from... I've lived in many places across Europe and the US and I consider Advenir one of the best places I've stayed at! As a non-American I received all the support that I needed, or even more. The staff (especially amazing Nichol) were always there whenever I needed help. They are very flexible, approachable, understanding, and always ready to take the extra step for their tenants. The apartments are cozy and I hardly ever hear my neighbors. The grounds are being cleaned on a daily basis. The gate is working well, making me feel safe. Neighbors are very friendly. The maintenance guys are just AMAZING, they would always chat with me whenever I'd be around with my dog. Fantastic people. The pool is great, the gym is great, the neighborhood is great. Definitely a 5* complex!
