No other place I would rather call home!
I love it at Cheyenne Crossing! I have lived here for a little over 3 years and could not imagine living in a better place. The office staff and maintenance are awesome! I believe that there is never an absolutely perfect apartment, but I think Cheyenne Crossing is the next best thing.

Very Old Apartments
I agree with most posters--the ofice staff and maintenance are great and some apts have fireplaces! However, the apartments have many layers of paint and smell funny (I assume it's from all the paint--they are over 20yrs old). Apts have a large number of windows (nice if you face south or east, but don't get an apt facing North). They run specials all the time , so there is no reason to overpay (eg: lease for $550-$599 for one br apt; without special it is $710). there is a washer/dryer hookup in apt or laundry on-site. The special prices make it well worth putting up with the old outdated appliances and layers of paint, but I woudn't pay full price.

WOW!
The people in the office and the maintenance guys are teriffic. I have lived at several complexes in town but this is by far the best! They really take care of stuff for you and seem to care what the place looks like. (like you can't have junk on your patio and stuff like that).

Everyone I know that lives around me feels the same.

Highly recommend
I have been completed satisfied with all aspects of the management and quality of life at Cheyenne Crossing. Management delivered as promised and the maintenance staff is responsive and courteous. I think the apartments are a good value for the money. My neighbors are quiet and parking is not a problem. They do a fine job maintaining the grounds. The location is convenient to Fort Carson. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice. My only complaint is that my car insurance went up $150 when I moved here from Northeast part of town but management has no control over that. My guess is that the zip code encompasses a part of Nevada Street that is more crime prone. I appreciate the opportunity to live in a nice place like Cheyenne Crossing. The mountain views are wonderful.

Wonderful place
I have lived at Cheyenne Crossing for a little over a year and I absolutely love it! The staff is wonderful! It's cool that they have a fitness center with a sauna and a laundry facility that is open 24 hours a day! There's a business center for residents to use too! It's even a gated community! I think that Cheyenne Crossing is a wonderful place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great community to live at!

THE BEST!
I am a new tenant here at Cheyenne Crossing. My internet access was not going to be hooked up for several days so I was told to use there business center. I was in there one morning and someone from the office brought in some warm cookies for me and the other person in the business center. That was great. Also, one of the guys that works there helped me carry my tv upstairs one night after work.
Very caring staff
I have lived at CC for the past 3 years and find pretty much everything great. All the staff is friendly and helpful and any maintenence issues are taken care of within hours. My only problem is that you cannot store stuff on your patio. Just don't see the problem in that.

It's a beautiful place to live and the poool is open all year and it's great.

Caring office and terrific maintenance staff
I lived here for 2 years. Despite the usual problems that anyone experiences living in an apartment, the overall experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend Cheyenne Crossing to anyone looking for an apartment. Any problems with my apartment were fixed within 24 hours, no matter if it was considered an emergency or not. The office ladies were always nice and would do anything to ensure that you were happy and comfortable. Apartments are mostly all the same, it´s the people that make a difference.
