Great place to live!

I just moved in here a few months ago and have been very surprised at this place. They have a team that plans events every month and there is something going on here all the time. One of my neighbors went to a girl's night and she got a free massage. They have some really cool breakfasts as well. All the people living around me are nice and polite and I am glad I picked this place.

Best Place Ever!

This is going to be my 2nd lease and i feel that aslong as im in Colorado Springs there will be no other place for me! Cheyenne Crossing is clean, quite and a GREAT place forall. Both Gin and Anna are the sweetest, you can always talk to the two of them about anything, i feel like they are my firends! If your thinking about moving into Cheyenne Crossing stop thinking about it and just do it... i promise you will love it!

Great place to live

This is a good, layed back place to live. It is right by ft. carson and two big grocery stores and gas stations. My neighbors are awesome and the gated commuity is totally a plus to me. The apartments are a little old, but if something breaks, the maintenance men are right there to take care of it. All and all, I think this is a place for young or old to live.

this place sucks, yo!

there is hardly any place for storage, people are fake, and completely oblivious to all surroundings, except myself, of coarse. children are being brought up like hell, gang bangers, shootings every night that keep you up all night, blood everywhere! ALL THE TIME! unless you want your children to be raised a juggalo, you probably don't want to live in these apartments, because nobody likes a juggalo.

CHEYENNE CROSSING IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO CALL HOME!!!

Cheyenne Crossing Apartments is a wonderful place to call home! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help whenever you need anything. Whenever I have a maintinance issue...they are quick to respond! Parking is great...not only are there regular open spots to park, but also carports to park in as well. The grounds are exstremly clean...in fact I always see maintinance walking around picking up anything that didn't make it into the trash. The pool is wonderful! Heated year round and cleaned on a regular basis. I have never seen it dirty!! The clubhouse, gym, and sauna are added perks that are always available for use! We have a two bedroom here at Cheyenne Crossing and we just love it! We love our fireplace...that again is always cleaned once a year! Its just a well maintained and friendly apartment complex! I'm proud to call it my home!!

VERY HAPPY HERE AT CHEYENNE CROSSING APARTMEANTS

I love it here a CHEYENNE CROSSING apartments, its a cozy and very clean complex. The staff is always so friendly. I relly enjoy the pool and weightroom. I have everything i need here. I would tell everyone to move here. I plan on staying here at CHEYENNE CROSSING apartments for a long time. Thank you to the staff for making it what it is and that is a great place to live!

CHEYENNE CROSSING APARTMENTS ARE THE BEST

I HAVE NOW LIVED AT CHEYENNE CROSSING APARTMENTS FOR A YEAR NOW AND IM READY FOR ANOTHER YEAR HERE. THE STAFF AND THE APARTMENT COMPLEX IS GREAT,I HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED HERE, A GREAT COMPUTER ROOM AND A AWSOME POOL AND WEIGHT ROOM. I HAVE BECOME FRIENDS WITH THE STAFF, WHEN THEY SEE YOU THEY ALWAYS SAY HELLO BY NAME.THE GROUNDS ARE SO CLEAN AND ALWAYS MAINTAINED. FRIENDS LOVE THE COMPLEX WHEN THEY STOP BY. MANY WOULD REALLY WOULD LOVE TO LIVE HERE. IM CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT FUN THIS NEXT YEAR AT CHEYENNE CROSSING WILL BRING. I CAN HONESTLY SAY "IM HOME"

cheyenne crossing is just average

once the management staff get you locked into a lease they really change there attitudes and not for the better. the apartments are not made very well, very cold in the winter. they also charge way to much for the pool and electric. im electric in a small apartment was over 100 dollars.the speeding thriugh the complex is very bad for children and the laundry room is never claen. my lease is only a year and i will not renew.

Living in Cheyenne Crossing

I hsve lived in Cheyenne Crossing for 2 years. I find that living here has been quite nice. It is close to all my shopping needs. The staff has been quite helpful in fulfilling all my needs. I have had great respect for Gin, who has always helped me when I have any questions or maintenance problems. The place always looks beautiful. The pool is clean at all times. The parking doesn't seem to be a problem. I feel safe and secure here. I live by myself so in the past this has been a concern of mine. I do not have that fear living at Cheyenne Crossing . I would hope that any of my friends who needed a place to live would first check-out Cheyenne Crossing. I can't say enough good things about living here. I give it a 5.0 rating

WONDERFUL PLACE

I have lived here for 9 months and think the complex is great. All the staff is very nice and helpful and everything is taken care of as soon as you ask for it. The flowers and shrubs are well taken care of and it is a gated complex in a Broadmoor neighborhood. Very nice homes across the street. It is time to renew my lease and I definitely will. They even sent me a birthday card. No other place takes the time to do things like that! YOU SHOULD GIVE IT A TRY!

Great place to live

I have lived here for 4 years and I have always been treated fairly by all personell. Any time I have anything wrong in my apartment, it is taken care of quickly. The pool is awesome and is always very clean. The tenants around me are very nice and quiet. I have friends who live at other places with gates and their gates are always open, ours are always closed. I would higly recommend Cheyenne Crossing to anyone!

Awesome staff

I just moved in at the end of May and have felt right at home even before I moved down from Denver. Gin,Anna and Dan have been great since day one. I'm new to the area and they have been very welcoming. What a great place to live!!!

Best place in town

I have lived at CC for 2 years now and can't say enough things about my stay. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of, and the office and maitnence people are wonderful. It is a very quiet place to live and the prices of the apartments are good as well. The pool is awesome and I have met a lot of the tenants and they are great as well.

Fantastic Place

The staff and facilities of Cheyenne Crossing are fantastic. Any issues are resolved quickly and to satisfaction that I have never had at any other apartment complex. The area is clean and quiet. I would and hhave recommended Cheyenne Crossing to many friends!!

R U Kidding? This is a great place......

I have lived on both sides of the complex in the last three years and have no idea what your talking about. The staff here are great and always go above and beyond for the tenants. Even when they have to deal with rude, dissrespectfull people that don't deserve to live here anyway. My neighbors are also great, always friendly and curtious. Again, not sure where your livin, but i recommend this place to anyone!!!

All Around Excellence

I have lived in this apartment complex for going on 2 years now. First and foremost, the service is excellent. Gin, Anna, and Dan are always right on top of any issues that may arise either with the grounds and apartments themselves or with neighborhood issues. I first lived in a one bedroom and have since moved into a two bedroom. Both apartments were clean and well maintained when I moved into them. One the 3 occasions that I had an issue with something in my apartments, I just left a note with Gin or Anna in the morning and by the time I arrived back home, the issue was fixed. The staff is always cheerful and ready to help. They know the area and can always answer your questions or find an answer for you. Dan is forever maintaining the property and the whole area is neat clean and safe! I am kind of tough when it comes to standards and giving my recommendations, but I will say that I have given it several times for Cheyenne Crossing.

Cheyenne Crossing

I have lived at cheyenne for about one year and the property is always clean and neat.My kids and I live in a 2x2 and we love it here.We feel safe and love the pool's.My kid's go to office for cookie's baked daily and the staff is always there to welcome us. They are always on top of things and when we put in work orders they get them done within hours.The bussiness center is so nice to be able to use free of charge and always supplied with paper when we need to print something fast.What can I say I love Cheyenne Crossing's and would recommend my friend's here.Thank's for a great place to live.

Cheyenne Crossing is awesome! I just moved in and I was having trouble with my washer and dryer (I couldn't get the connections on tight enough and it kept leaking) I called the office and the woman answering the phone said she would put in a service call. It was maybe 20 mins. before there was a knock on my door. What amazing service! I have never lived in an apartment that has treated me this great! The staff and service is outstanding. I absolutely love my new apartment!

Pry me out

I've been living here for 16 years, and I told the staff I would need to be carried out. I've watched the improvments to the complex from carports which is great during the winter months (no frost to clean off the car windows or looking for a parking place) to gated. Its always quiet and well maintained from striping to parking lot sweeping. The apartments have been re-painted and re-roofed several time during my stay here. Staff is great and can always be seen working to maintain the property or helping others and sometimes it has nothing with their job responsible just going the extra mile.

Great place to call home!

I have been a tenat for 1 year and have found the complex to be great! All the staff are helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The fitness center is open for 24 hrs and is well lit so you feel comfortable going there in the middle of the night. I have not had a problem with parking. It is gated so it mjakes me feel safe. I would highly recomend the place!

The best place to live in the springs!!

I have lived here twice. I lived here from 2005-2006. I moved away from late 2006 to late 2007. Upon returning to the area I moved into another apartment complex, for a few months. I was very dissatisfied with this other complex . I moved back to Cheyenne Crossing, and have been happy every since. The staff is always willing to go out of their way to help, when possible. The office always has fresh coffee and cookies available. The office staff is extremely friendly. Improvements are always being made to the property. The staff always listens to any suggestions, such as adding recycling area. The maintenance staff always makes repairs the same day, or next business day if the problem is reported after hours. The maintenance staff made a minor modification helping make my apartment more enjoyable for me, they did not have to make this modification. I have called the maintenance staff in the middle of the night twice, due to a maintenance issue. One issue was caused by the upstairs neighbors neglect. The maintenance staff came out and fixed the problems, both times, within an hour of being notified. In both apartments that I have lived in I have had minimal maintenance issues, I can only think of one issue that was not due to tenant neglect. During the winter the walks are always clear and salted. During the rest of the year the grass and landscape is well maintained. Litter is rarely seen, but maintenance staff is always seen picking up what little litter there is. I feel that the price is very reasonable for the services that I enjoy.

NOTHING BAD ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS

I love cheyenne crossing apartments. I have lived here over a year now and I dont plan to leave any time soon. All of these people writting messaged about how bad the management is, thats a crock of crap! Gin nor Anna have ever been rude to anyone who isnt rude to them. They are great managers and the maintenance men are great. They getr things taken care of. Also, as far as people "speeding" through the complex, the office doesnt have controll over that! Thats why there are speed bumps in the complex and a gate around our complex. If you see someone speeding, take the lisence plate number and call the cops. Dont write a bad review on this place because you dont like someone in the management or because something didnt go your way! Thats childish!! I COMPLETELY RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!
