I've had an excellent experience living at this community! The property is well-maintained, clean, and feels very welcoming from the moment you arrive. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents, which makes a huge difference. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The amenities are in great condition, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable. I truly feel at home here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment community!

Love the rooftop dog park and how welcoming the residents are. The elevators operate very smoothly and I am still getting to know the apartment but already feel like I will quickly fall in love with the area.

Unwelcoming & Unsafe

READ THEIR YELP REVIEWS. This property, like many, appears nice. What really matters is what goes on behind the scenes. Most off the issues can be summarized to the property manager, ------. Luckily I have moved out and no longer have to deal with them. After speaking to other residents it seems we have had common experiences. These include: Break-ins and Theft - The building was frequently inhabited by non-residents and homeless people. They were in the staircases, garages, hallways, etc. Additionally, packages and things get stolen and there is just no concern or change in security/structure from management. Rude communication - when greeting ------ with a friendly "Hello" he usually responds with "what" - always a bother for him to speak to the residents in the building he manages. No communication - many issues come up such as roaches and rats, break ins, broken down elevators, etc. Not once did the residents ever hear from him or park triangle about any small or wide-spread issues. No problem solving shared. No dates about when things would be fixed. No concern about break-ins and missing packages. It is quite evident that the property manager only cares about getting people to sign a lease, and after that they are no concern. For a small building with insignificant turnover, you would imagine the management team would have loads of time to take care of the occasional resident concern. But time after time residents were met with disrespect, aggression, and apathy. Resident concerns for thefts, break ins, elevators down for months, apartment infestations, etc. are all down played and disregarded. Residents rarely interact with him and somehow he manages to consistently treat everyone as if they have gravely wronged him. It is quite disappointing and I hope it gets addressed for others sake. My advice would be to spend your significant amount of rent money at a location that treats residents better.

Management is generally polite and courteous and maintenance is quick and kind. Concierge kind of keep to themselves which is fine.. Some things about the community aren't ideal but its decent for the rent.

I am a new renter and early on my experience has been terrific. The building itself feels safe, quiet, and well built. The neighbors are friendly and so is the staff, which has been prompt to respond to any issues we have had since moving in. The issues are few and far between and nothing out of the ordinary for the sort of things you'd notice when you first move into a place. Still, it's good to know that they are taken seriously.

My roommate and I moved in about a month ago and have been absolutely loving this community! We have lived in other apartments/rental properties before and have never experienced such organized management. It has been truly a pleasure. Everyone who works for Park Triangle has gone above and beyond for us since our first time touring the community; the residents are warm and friendly; and the neighborhood is so exciting to be apart of! We can't recommend it here enough.

It's a nice community and location. You're located close to everything including Metro, grocery stores and bars. There is almost something for everyone and the neighborhood is a vibrant and diverse community that has a lot to offer.

The move-in process was so easy and the staff made it effortless. Paperwork was done so fast and my emails and calls were always returned in a timely manner. I really appreciate all the help, and I also have loved everyone I've met at the complex so far!

One of the first things I noticed when I moved here is how clean the building is. I have never seen a fitness center as clean as the one here which is something I really appreciate. Everyone I've interacted with who work here are very friendly.

I enjoy living in this building. The pricing is very fair for the quality of the apartments that are provided. The recent renovation to the gym is particularly nice. The rooftop with the grills is also a nice feature. Neighbors have complained about street noise, however it is not noticeable in my unit.

The location of this apartment is so convenient and the apartments themselves are pretty nice for the price. The building staff is friendly at face value, but not really helpful when you're having an issue. Maintenance is generally quick to respond but not super effective. The rent increases year over year aren't the worst I've heard in the city, but you don't get anything extra for the $100+ additional that they charge every year. There have been rodent issues on some floors, often persistent. Overall not the best apartment but also not the worst.

Park Triangle is a great complex. It has a good location with steps to the metro, and grocery access. The gym is nice and has most things you would want. However. the gym being this nice was a trade off for a smaller community room. Maintenance works very quickly and staff have also helped with most of our concerns. Overall, pleased with living here.

The windows let in the air from the outside so you have to compensate by cranking the thermostat. The water fountain in the gym is nonfunctional, but at least there is a gym. The building is cute though and pet friendly and there are always treats in the lobby, so that's a plus. But there are no community events if that's something you're looking for.

The staff from this community is very helpful they take the time to ask what I need and don't hesitate to lend a hand when necessary. I find the staff extremely kind and generous and that is very comforting to me. The promises is always spotless. The staff does an excellent job maintaining cleanliness and during holiday season decorations are all around the lobby and it is very pleasant. I like living here because of the staff that work here.

The management team are absolutely very helpful very professional. And very approachable and the building very beautiful extremely clean at all times. The gym is definitely at all time extremely clean.
