So far I have enjoyed my time living in this community. It is kept extremely clean, and the staff are very hospitable. The apartment is very spacious and the common areas (community room, gym...ect) are kept very clean.

The apartment is near multiple stores, eatery and very convenient to the metro. I don't like that guest have to pay for parking especially with the limited street parking around. However the apartment is spacious and neighbors are quiet. The neighborhood is a little noisy but not bad. My concerns have been addressed quickly and the staff is so nice.

Great area, eclectic eateries, good value, and fast service that is friendly. Have been a resident for almost 5 years and it is very much home. The rooftop is nice and open and great all year round. Love being here!

The leasing process was incredibly easy, Norman the property manager went out of his way to follow up directly and efficiently, given that I toured another 10+ properties this is absolutely not the norm. The staff is also so courteous I cannot recommend them enough.

Great staff, amenities, and apartments! Everybody is super nice and the garden and rooftop are beautiful. I love the view of the ColHi plaza from this building. They have a renovated gym opening soon so very excited about that.

The leasing process was super easy and I got approved within an hour after submitting my application. The move in process was also super easy. The doorman is helpful collecting my packages and delivering them to my apartment everyday. The maintenance staff responds to your request almost immediately. Apartment visuals you get to see on the website match with what you get in reality.

Love living here! The space is always clean and the neighbors are courteous. Not a ton of amenities but if you are looking for a solid living space in the heart of Columbia Heights this place is it! I am looking forward to the updates gym and hopefully the community room will be next!

Park Triangle is conveniently located in Columbia Heights. Everything you'll need is within walking distance. I moved in 2 months ago and so far the staff has been nice a friendly. I also appreciate the cleaning team in the building, you can definitely tell they stop by almost every day of the week. The only downside is that since the community is located at a very busy intersection it can sometimes be noisy, though this is usually for short periods of time. I would also like the side gate at Kenyon that gives access to the garage to be closed at night, but not sure if that's possible.

I've lived in the building for about three years. The staff are responsive and the building is well-maintained. I love spending time on the rooftop and I love how close the building is to the metro, grocery store and U Street. The building needs to renovate the club house and replace some of the larger furniture on the rooftop. They could also replace the tile on the bathroom floor and shower. The staff is friendly and has always responded to my requests in a timely manner. Being that the building is so close to restaurants and grocery stores, I have experienced mice in the buildings. However, the building has an exterminator that comes once a month for preventative measures. Overall, I have enjoyed living here. Its close to everything and I love my unit. The zen garden is a great place to read and relax. And like I said earlier, I love spending time on the rooftop.

I generally like the building and my apartment. Maintanence is very responsive to issues, though one time I did have to wait a few days for an issue to be fixed. But otherwise, the building is nice, and I do like my apartment.

Been a decent experience. Staff is responsive and friendly. You get hit with fees for a lot of things, but overall a good experience. The property is well maintained and cleaned daily, which is a bonus. There is a night concierge, which provides added security and peace of mind.

It has been a comfortable and easy to be in community. During the pandemic everyone has been respectful about mask usage and staff in the building has been attentive and kind. I wish there were more events and things going on with the community, but hopefully that will change in the future.

I have really enjoyed my first year at Park Triangle. The location is perfect where you have Giant on one side and Target on another with the Green/Yellow line a stone's throw away. I love the rooftop for both hanging out and using the grills and the gym has everything you need. That said, if you are a light sleeper, get a unit on the inside of the building, not facing Park st, the street is bustling pretty early in the morning.

I moved in during the summer of 2021. I've enjoyed the apartment so far, it has good amenities and my apartment is very spacious for the price. I think its a steal! The reception and leasing office are always very friendly and responsive. However, I've noticed sometimes there is no reception on the weekends and packages will pile up in the lobby or at the door.

Great experience so far! Nikea in the leasing office was immensely helpful during our move in process. We moved from across the country so we were not able to tour the community but she answered all of our questions and took care of all of our furniture getting delivered early.

Great apartment and great location. The best things about the apartment include in-unit washer/dryer, central heating/cooling and the size of the bathroom/kitchen. I never feel cramped in my apartment! The property is well taken care of and the staff is very responsive.

It's a very cool apartment. It isn't without challenges. There aren't many storage areas, but it's a huge space and fun to have. It's great to be able to mold the apartment to fit my creative mindset. Lots of space to put up wall art.

Park Triangle is in a great location next to metro, stores, restaurants, etc., and the staff is always so attentive and professional.
