Love this apartment! Super clean, great area, and tons of space. The Park Triangle staff was extremely helpful in making sure we had a smooth move in and the apartment was perfect. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and love it.

The apartment is fresh painted though some of the cabinets drawers are loose or do not close. Location:far from GW, is sketchy and a lot of drunk people are outside sleeping The facade of the apartment needs cleaning and the front square. More plants in the entrance would add a beautiful touch.

Fantastic experience! Friendly and helpful management and maintenance staff. The apartment was in perfect condition for moving and once you're moved in it feels like home quickly. Residents here are friendly and courteous. In my living experience, I've never had noise problems or cleanliness issues in communal areas! Overall a great community to live in with great apartments.

Great front desk and maintenance staff. They respond to urgent requests immediately. Custodial staff is friendly and keeps the common areas well maintained and clean. Grills on roof are a nice amenity.

The community seemed to be really sensitive to the time when a homeless person lived in an empty unit and some petty theft occurred. Like, i GET it, but honestly, the community members didn't have to be so performatively concerned. it was a fluke, and honestly that guy deserved a roof over his head!

Park Triangle is a great community to live in. Aside from a great location in the hub of DC, Park Triangle offers great optional services (package delivery inside your apartment, mail delivery, etc.) The community spaces are lovely and properly cleaned. The units are spacious and durable. The maintenance team is speedy and effective.

Great building. Always immaculate with very kind staff. Neighborhood is loud, but there is a lot to do. Farmer's market is right outside. Metro is too. Apartments are nice and beautiful with great amenities.

I just can't wait for my lease to end. It was a fine place for me to move into without knowing the city but that this point I can't wait for it to be over. Place is overvalued and the community seems like it's going downhill. Lots of Open store fronts do to violent activity, 6 people where shot 2 blocks over 2 months ago. Lots of aggressive homeless in the area (get its DC but it's still a lot) The staff could be better, only one person makes me feel like I'm not a total inconvenience to their day anytime I have a question. The bikes in gym are broken often, the residents in the building aren't friendly, and so many loud children screaming running up and down the halls. The cleaning staff is rude. Employees form the 1sr floor restaurants are constantly chain smoking cigarets outside. They enter your room without permission when you have a package. I could keep going but I really don't care anymore, my lease is up soon and I can't wait to move on with my life.

Great roof area and gym, apartment is very spacious and has good appliances. Quality of internal soundproofing varies widely - in most apartments you can never hear your neighbors, but in some it's like they're in the room with you. Some residents smoke, and DC law makes it very hard to evict them.

I've loved my time here. Though there have been a handful of occasional inconveniences (fire alarms in the night, a couple intruders, broken garage doors, loud neighbors), it's nothing that I haven't dealt with before in an apartment setting or anything that the property manager didn't work to quickly address and rectify.

This is a great building! The move in process is easy because they reserve a padded elevator for you. Also, the staff is always helpful and kind. Maintenance is easy to submit and the team is super fast and efficient when fixing things that come up. It has been a pleasure living here.

I like it. Very relaxed - great for professionals in their mid-20s that are looking for a nice place for good value. Pet friendly but lacks pet amenities (especially with pet rent and security deposit taken into consideration)

I like my apartment, but when I had a smoking issue from a neighbor it was handled poorly by the property management. When I asked him to come up to smell how bad the apartment smelled of smoke because of someone below my apartment was smoking inside he threatened to evict me because it would be my apartment smelling of smoke. I later found out they knew the people who were smoking and causing health issues for me the whole time they just knew the lease was ending soon. No excuse this should've been handled when I brought it up. I'm happy to share several emails that I've had with the manager and to show how long the process was.

We like the apartment overall. It fits our needs. The management office is terrible however. They are rude, dishonest, and uncommunicative. While they handle basic maintenance requests well, anything more complicated takes forever. They are unprepared and poorly managed. Given how much rent is, this is surprising. The parent company is only marginally better.

The community has a very convenient location (probably its best asset) and features a number of great amenities (both apartment and community amenities), but there are some dramatic inconsistencies with the type of service you are going to get from the staff. The residents feel most like a community when they are unified over something that is wrong/broken. Columbia Heights as a neighborhood is lovely, but you should be prepared to feel right at the center of it if you live here?the noise and activity can sometimes feel overwhelming. In-apartment maintenance is quick but sometimes sloppy. Community maintenance is slow and residents can feel left in the dark about it.

Management has a very specific tact of reminding residents that even though they live here, they shouldn't expect much. The website says "feel right at home" but only if you want to be made to feel guilty for wanting a clean and safe community. A recent string of burglaries was met with shaming and blaming and dozens of residents still have questions that have been left unanswered about how these home invasions occurred. It took days for the issue to even be addressed en mass but it had to happen since the property manager was going to try and bury the truth in the name of profits when contacted by the washington post. https:// …/140ab004-36bb-11e9-af5b-b5… Since moving in, employees work shorter shifts at what used to be a stringently controlled front desk. Doors are broken and left in disrepair, so the burglaries were only a matter or time. The front gate to this building has been broken for at least 2 years and rather than fix it, they removed the the electronic access post where a card reader once sat, basically signaling that broken is the new normal. That's what this building is, BROKEN and that is normal

There were 5 breaks-i in the last month. Residents have written to Paradigm and the building manager without any formal answer. There was transparency and security was not upgraded while the break-in happened. It was upgraded just after the case showed up in the Washington Post: https://

Building is maintained well. Very responsive to our needs. They answer all our questions. Neighbors are generally quiet. The rooftop is great. Only issue is the meeting room is to expensive to reserve.

Great place...but you pay for it...it ain't cheap. The location is excellent and the maintenance staff are personable and prompt. It can get a little loud with street noise, but if you can sleep through it and can bear the costs, it's a solid place.

Overall, Park Triangle is a great community. The location is very convenient, and the quality and amenities of the building are better than most. Due to the busy location, street noise can be an issue, as well as noise from neighbors. This is a smoke-free building and management does its best to curtail any offenses, but it is a constant challenge.
