The Park Triangle is an excellent community. The building is safe and clean and the staff is friendly and responsive. The location is fantastic, minutes away from Giant and other stores and very close to the metro. My only complaint is that the walls are a little thin and I can hear my neighbors talking, but nothing a little white noise machine can't fix.

    I have nothing but good things to say about Park Triangle. The building itself is very modern with brand new furniture in the lobby as well as on the rooftop. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment building to all of my friends.

      We love living at Park Triangle! They have been so courteous and always are doing little things for residents, like the happy hours and free coffee every morning. We are hoping to stay in the building if something bigger opens up in our price range!

        A major grievance I have being a resident of the second floor, is that the trash compactor often gets stuck in a loop, which causes a great deal of noise in my apartment. When this happens, it's very difficult to sleep. I've lived in more than one apartment on the second floor of this building, and this issue impacts you no matter where you are on the floor. I don't know about floors 3, and above, maybe they're fine.

          Thank you for your review. We completely understand your frustration with the fire alarm disturbances and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Anytime a fire alarm is triggered in the retail space it in turn sets off the property alarm. This can mean that from time to time they are triggered by accident and unfortunately this was the case this week. We do our very best to minimize these occurrences by monitoring and testing the system to ensure that it is working properly. We recognize that these false alarms could cause residents to ignore the fire alarm, but we would encourage everyone to continue to exit the property when the alarm sounds unless notified by the fire department or our management team.           Lived in two units. The first had very thin walls where I could hear the neighbor's conversations and the second where I can't. The doors are thin. Can hear noise come into the apartments from the hallway. For the most part staff is nice while newer staff hired is not as nice.

            If your apartment faces the street, it is very noisy. However, the apartments are nice, trendy.Appliances are not the best but that's a minor concern for me since I'm renting. the roof top is great but often college kids have parties up there.

                Staff is friendly and accommodating. It's a pleasure to live there in that capacity. Price is high and neighbors can be noisy on the weekends, bordering on very inconsiderate behavior. Roof space is lovely but chairs need to be replaced. Any request is quickly received and dealt with.

                  The rents are very inflated and continue to climb yearly. Many times I've found identical apartments rented for different prices. I think it is backward to penalize loyal residents. The apartments themselves are fine, and the location is to die for, but the increases are pricing me out of the building.

                    Moved in two years go. Always found the staff and residents friendly. The activities arranged by the staff have been fun. Only problem would be the need for updated outdoor furniture and some redecorating in the lobby. The location is OUTSTANDING, especially the distance to the Metro.

                      Community is great. The gym is nice and having a two bedroom guest apartment avaliable was a huge draw. The apartments are surprisingly large and the kitchen and closets have a ton of storage which is a huge plus. The building is quite and it's nice to have a concierge avaliable during the day.

                          Park Triangle is excellent and I enjoy living here; the staff are great and approachable; any issue, concern or question I have they are readily available and more than happy to help; any maintenance issue or problem that has occured (which is not many) they are fast and reliable.

                              I have been threatened to be taken to court when it took me one extra day to pay the rent due to a human mistake. I have required three times that no packages are delivered directly to my apartment and I have still received them. We have a long standing suspicion that people get into our apartment. The latest was a few days ago when our bathroom flush was all of the sudden broken. We feel intruded and this is not the first of the second time. I find this utterly unacceptable. The renovation that we just went through has been chaotic - and that was only to change the carpet of the corridor and paint the doors. I cant understand how my apartment needed to be wide open for around 8 hours. The lady who was meant to supervise the entire process said to my wife she could leave as she would be making sure our dog didnt escape. Unfortunately she lied, cause our dog escaped. Thank God the guy at reception is wonderful and loves our dog - he found her and put her back into the apartment. I was terrified when I came back and he told me the story. I am perfectly aware that we got a notification saying we needed to make arrangements for our pet, but I think that is just hysterical. We pay 2700 a month (including a PET RENT) and we needed to spend another 200 in pet day care so that you could do the painting of the doors more comfortably? No way.

                                Good location; well-maintained. 24-hour supermarket across the street. Metro one block away. Inner courtyard units are quieter. Roof area is pleasant. Small but sufficient gym. Note that all utilities are over and above rent. No Fios yet.

                                  Upside: Great management, great maintenance staff. Dog friendly! Downside: No real sense of a community. Smoke can leak from one apartment to the next, so be sure if you're a non-smoker, your neighbors are also non-smokers. If you get an apartment facing 14th Street, get a white noise machine. There is always a fire engine, street performer, boom box, kids, whatever, making a TON of noise.

                                    Mostly good experience here, but a few issues. Primarily, the apartments aren't very soundproof at all, either from neighbors or from the outside. It's a noisy neighborhood, so that's an issue. Also, it would be nice if there was always someone at the concierge desk--there's often no one to help you if you need something. Maintenance has been great, though--very impressed with that aspect.

                                      Great community and place to live, easily accessible to many restaurants and grocery stores etc. Staff is polite and respectful. The rooftop was a huge selling point for me and grilling on the roof is awesome...not to mention good activities planned.

                                        We have been living in the building for 2+ years and very much enjoy it. The management is very nice and professional; the staff is great. The maintenance of the building is good and the amenities and price are well-correlated. I've heard that some of the units do not have great acoustics i.e. you sometimes hear your neighbors but that hasn't been an issue for us.

                                            A beautiful building and great location, I love this apartment and appreciate the staff who work here. That said, I read reviews about the noise level in the units, and I can confirm- it's true! You get a lot of noise if your apartment faces the street and the walls are pretty thin inside the building. Sounds travels through the air vents quite well in the unit.

                                              Need to change the carpeting in the hallways. It's gross. Other than that, I really like the apartment I'm in and the maintenance staff is terrific. There has been a lot of turnover in the front-desk staff, which I don't like. Doesn't feel safe when there is a new person there every night.
