I just moved in and it's been great! Nikea was beyond helpful, from the application process to the moving date. Norman is also a great manager and is always around. The entire staff building is great! I love that the building is super pet friendly (I have a dog) and that if you have any maintenance issue management handles it very quickly. So far we love it here!

This apartment is great! It is right be a grocery store, target, and tons of restaurants. It is clean and all the common areas are great. Gym and grilling area is well maintained and used. The staff is super friendly and helps out with anything you ask. Parking garage is really convenient.

Great building in a fantastic neighborhood. The apartments are modern and well laid out; the roof deck is beautiful; the gym is serviceable. Reasonable rent, though not cheap. Building staff are truly wonderful.

Park Triangle might be the best bang for your buck in DC - especially if you rent off season. The concierge service delivers packages to your door & feeds your plants & pets when you are gone. They keep the place very clean. The rooftop is awesome. The gym is well above average. Moving in was easy. You can rent guest parking spots by the day for $15. They are very prompt with repairs & do not give any hassle when appliances need to be replaced. Negatives: Each unit has its own water unit, which means the hot water runs out after one shower & takes about 90 minutes to warm back up. You also have to pay for your own water bills. Heat & cooking are electric, which is more expensive. Storage units are over-priced. And the party room is pretty expensive to rent.

Lovely building in the center of Columbia Heights with a gym and shared spaces. Good apartment layout, access to supermarkets and restaurants and many other things. Neighbors are mostly young professionals and a lot of lovely dogs. 10/10 recommended

I love living at Park Triangle. My only suggestions for improvement would be creating a business center or larger common areas since many young professionals live in the building, also when coming back to deliver things, I've had front desk staff come into the apartment when I'm showering or in bed. Would prefer if they knocked.

Overall, my experience living in Park Triangle has been a positive one. The amenities are good and maintenance responds to any concerns very quickly. It's a pretty quiet building, but that's in part because the apartments are well-insulated. I can host people at my apartment without being concerned that I'll disrupt my neighbors.

Park Triangle has been a wonderful living experience! The apartments are extremely nice, especially for the price, and the location is extremely convenient. A similar unit a few blocks down 14th would easily run and additional 1K a month.

Community is very business oriented and quiet. Most people keep to themselves but remain friendly. The office is always responsive to maintenance requests and fixes as needed. The noise level is decent despite being in the literal heart of Columbia Heights.

This apartment is clean and nice in general. But there are so many ambulances and police cars driving by throughout the day. It is noisy because of that. Other than that, my experience with park triangle is good so far.

Very convenient location. Well maintained apartment with reasonably up-to-date appearance. Neighbors are friendly and relatively quietly. Lots of dogs. Expensive, but not unusually so for DC. I don't really have anything else to say. If you want people to complete your survey, it would be good to let them finish when they're finished.

This is a great building with friendly staff and nice amenities. I hear sirens A LOT from outside and the doors aren't too solid so you hear people in the halls and elevator area, but it's otherwise pretty quiet. Cement floors really help with that.

The building staff is very friendly, attentive, and complete work orders promptly. The facilities are very clean, and the location is great for the weekly farmer's market, nearby shopping, and metro access. There is a resident-created facebook group to share information, offer recommendations, borrow a cup of sugar, or just get to know your neighbors a little better.

I love the roof deck. It's awesome. I like the free coffee. It's close to Target, Mi Cuba (amazing food), grocery stores, dog parks, 2 community gardens, and the metro. It's super convenient. I really like it.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far at Park Triangle. Between helpful staff and all the amenities I might ever need, I feel very at home. The neighborhood has become a wonderful place to stroll, go to restaurants, shop, and hang out. The rooftop on the Park Triangle is likely its best asset.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. The rooftop area is literally one of the best in the area and always has fantastic views. I have zero complaints about being here and have never had an issue while living here.
