I moved in end of September and still don't have a parking spot. I was told I'd get one end of December or early January. There needs to be better management of parking spots. Otherwise, I think it's a good community.

    My bike got stolen here. The management office told me tough luck even though they had security footage of it. The management office is extremely unhelpful and incompetent in general. Once you sign that lease they could care less to help you.

      Great staff, very attentive

      Renney has helped me with all my needs since I moved in last year and continues to be on top of everything. The move in was smooth and the resigning was smooth as well. My time here has been great and look forward to another year here!

        Fire ------- she is the rudest management director in the whole building. She talks so rude every people that lives here. She talks back. The worst management people except some. Nobody wants her. This building overall is nice except her.

          I have lived here for over four years and love it. The apartments are spacious compared to most others in the same area and the location is perfect. Being on the south side of the New River means that we are close to everything in Downtown Fort Lauderdale yet the pace is slower.

            New River Yacht Club is an incredible place to live. The waterfront views along the New River are absolutely stunning, especially with yachts passing by and the beautiful downtown skyline in the background. It truly feels like resort living every single day. The amenities are top-tier — the pool deck is amazing, the fitness center is well-equipped, and the common areas are always clean and well maintained. The building has a great atmosphere with friendly residents and a welcoming community vibe. The location is unbeatable. You’re within walking distance to Las Olas Boulevard, great restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and entertainment, while still enjoying the peaceful feel of waterfront living. Everything you need is just minutes away. Ana and Yazmine are accessible and responsible as management, they handle matters with care and professionalism. They make New River Yacht Club the perfect combination of luxury, convenience, and lifestyle. Highly recommended for anyone looking for upscale waterfront living in Fort Lauderdale!

              There is the North and South Towers...North is a better location but has smaller amenities and appears to not be as well maintained as the South. The pool and hot tub in the South is much brighter, cleaner, well maintained deck and the North pool is smaller, lacking lighting and pool floor needs attention and deck is not the same condition as South. Besides that, I do enjoy living here with the great location and proximity to restaurants and bars in Las Olas.

              Overall a decent place to live. It could be better if property was maintained better. Something is always broken (elevators, hot tube, stream room, weight equipment, garage, doors and gates. They allow dogs to urinate in right outside the side and backdoors - we have to walk through it to get in and it's the first thing guest see and smell. No penalty and rules not enforced regarding where dogs can use the restroom.

                  The apartment building was well maintained in the beginning but has since gone downhill. There are repeated elevator breakdowns, awful smells in common areas and elevators, broken garage doors are commonplace. The hot tub is often closed for endless repairs and a great deal of the shrubbery all around the pool deck has died. The package room is usually unorganized and a general mess. Otherwise, everything here at Regatta South is wonderful.

                    Exterior of the building is filthy, moldy and sad to look at. Garage parking is filthy. Front door front desk people are worthless. Carpets in the halls are dirty. Garbage shoot need cleaned. Homeless on the bench's infront of the condo are ridiculous. No locked exterior doors to keep people out are dangerous. Amazon packages are left at your front door so that they are easy to steal.

Our maintenance and cleaning teams are reviewing schedules to ensure all spaces, including the garage and hallways, are properly maintained and meet our standards. The garbage chutes are also scheduled for a deep cleaning. Please note that the benches in front of the property are located in a public city area and are therefore beyond the management s control. However, we are in contact with local authorities to help maintain a safe and clean environment surrounding the community. To enhance building security, we re pleased to share that our new fob access system is being implemented and is expected to be fully operational within the next few days. This will provide added safety and controlled access to residents and their guests. Regarding package deliveries, we encourage the use of our designated package delivery company Fetch.                       Needs work , FOB system out because they wanted to use the storage room for packages to make it an office, putting the security of the residents at risk. Cockroaches on the second floor. Black mold in one of the neighbors place. High turnover of employees.

                          We have been quite pleased with our experience here. The staff is friendly and accommodating the front desk security are always approachable and helpful. We are completely enjoying our residence.                               I really enjoy living in this building! The apartment itself is very comfortable, the pool is big and perfect for swimming and everyone in the building is friendly.                                 I love the building overall, but management has been sub par the last 2-3 months. Recently, they removed the ability for residents to communicate in our apartment message center. It feels like they have silenced our voices. Maintenance request have also been taking a while. Had a request last week to clean up a mess a resident made on the 5th floor (dog ---- on floor), and it took over two weeks for someone to clean it up. ------- gross. Also, the pool chairs suck. they reupholstered broken chairs. Very stupid of them to not fix the broken chairs before they reupholstered them.

                                  Maintenance is slow and not great. Building is in a good location, pool is nice. Very dog friendly, apartments are a nice size for price but a lot of hidden fees. Fobs don't work every other month. Parking is expensive.

                                    The building is generally well maintained and quiet, of course every building has people who themselves are inconsiderate of other residents in keeping the place clean and well maintained. Parking has always been a problem but the building has now made a deal with the pay lot in the front. The same residents are inconsiderate and prefer to park in violation because they know the building will not tow them. Why? Get towed once I am pretty sure you do not want to get towed again. That would solve the parking problem. Pool gym and other areas are very nice. As always every building has its bully's and problems.

                                        Great location but so many issues with the property. Perfect example is the pool - go try and find one chair that is not destroyed. Parking garage is a disaster. So many things broken in our apartment that never get fixed. It's too bad. The location is amazing but this is by far the worst managed building I've ever lived in.

                                          Residing here since 2015 two weeks after opening up I must say I will commend the good work that been done under it's new management staff such as Maintenance Staff supervise by Pedro as well as the building manager Ana plus ---'t manager Rubiel are doing a outstanding job. Secondly Asha a concierge manager and Stacy staff concierge. Both are professional ladies and are loved by all the residents in the Regetta North Bldg.

                                            I enjoy the apartment. The location is fantastic and the staff is very attentive. i feel it is a good value for the area. Sometimes the lobby noise is loud and there seems to be constant issues with irresponsible pet owners and issues with parking.
